May be he is doing this for some personal grudge against anurag and he is not liking it to make prena going through it . He has heart also.
Or may be we are overthinking it the actors doing first time such suttle scene where he has to be polite to his lady earlier it was just confrontations. Bt knowing KSG he is not that uncomfortable doing scenes
