Part-4
It was Mimi’s marriage anniversary. They had organized a small party in the society only. Raman had left earlier for the party Hall to see the arrangements as he had told Mimi to give a grand entry in the party together after all guests arrived while Ishita was making Mihika ready. It was time for Mimi entry. Raman hold the mike and announced for them while they made a grand entry together holding hands. Soon they were the center of attraction and all started wishing them with gifts. Raman was searching for Ishita, he gave a look all around then thought to check in their house only, he was going when Ishita came there all dressed beautifully making him to get lost in her only. She had also seen him and came to him, She was standing in front of him while he was openly checking her from top to bottom. She got nervous thinking if she is looking good or not. He was just looking at her smiling without saying anything while she was waiting for his comment. She couldn’t wait more and asked how she is looking, why he is looking at her like this. He smiled fully knowing she was waiting eagerly for his compliment. He looked around and then took her aside holding her hand seeing none seeing them.
Raman took Ishita in a corner while Ishita was asking him what he is doing.
R-Tumne hi to poocha tha ki kaisi lag rhi ho.
I-Ha to aap vo batane ke liye mujhe yahan lekar aaye ho?
R-(coming closer)-Of course. Ab meri biwi itni sajh dajh ke aayi hai to bachana to padega na, kabhi kisi ki nazar na lage jaaye.
Ishita smiled shyly and said, “kuch bhi Haa.”
R-Kuch bhi nhi. Sach bol rha hu. Maano ya na, it’s totally your choice.
I-Acha ji.
R_yes, aur isse pahle meri nazar tumhe lag jaaye. Tumhe nazar ka tika laga diya jaaye?
I-What?
R-Hmmm. Remember, ma ne tumhe jaise first day lagaya tha.
Ishita nodded thinking while he came forward and did it like his mother before she could say anything making her to look at him. Both shared a beautiful eye lock with a contended smile which was broken by the mobile phone ring. Both looked at other side while Raman attended the call and said that he is coming. He ended the call and Ishita asked where he is going now to which he just smiled and said that he is just going to receive a special guest. He was going but came back and said kissing her forehead that she is looking very beautiful. He went saying while Ishita smiled fully at his acts and words. She then went back to the hall. She was smiling fully and was standing alone when someone said slowly in her ears,
P-Thinking about Raman??
She nodded in yes still lost in his thoughts but then realised and turned only to see Payal standing there smiling fully. She got so happy seeing her and both hugged each other. Ishita asked how she came so suddenly and Payal told her that Raman called her making her more happy. Payal saw her contended smile and said,
P-I think you are very happy with Raman.
Ishita looked at her while she continued,
P-I hope our decision was not wrong to keep trust on Raman. He is so good. Right?
I-No,…. He is a person of gem. He is so so so good….
She continued praising him happily making Payal as well as Raman happy. Payal and Raman were coming when Raman got a call and he stopped to attend the call, then was going towards them from the back of Ishita when Payal saw him and praised him before he could reach them and Ishita too expressed it fully which may be she will not be able to do in front of him. He went from there without saying anything while Payal was happy for them. Ishita introduced Payal to Mimi while Payal congratulated them with a bouquet of flowers. Soon the party started and first Mimi spoke few words for each other then a paper dance was announced for couples, a few couples came forward along with Mimi while Payal and Mimi forced Ishra also. Paper dance was going on smoothly, Ishra were first little nervous but then started enjoying and dancing looking into each others eyes. With each folding of paper, Ishra were coming closer. It was last fold and ishra, Mimi and one more couple were left. Mihir picked Mihika in his arms and signaled Raman too to do the same, Payal too supported while Raman looked at Ishita who happily pressed her eyes. He too smiled and picked her in his arms and both started swaying while third couple backed out. Ishra were swaying looking at each other with a sweet smile when suddenly Raman placed his foot out of paper making Mimi win the game.
After sometime, Mihir came at the stage and called Raman to sing a song making Ishita and Payal surprised knowing his another talent. Raman didn’t deny as Mihir had already made him agree. Payal interrupted and said that Ishita also know singing. Mihika and Payal forced Ishita to join Raman. Raman brought a guitar and started playing it then both started singing,
Raman,

Ishra completed the song and all gave a big round of applause to them. Both stepped down the stage holding hands. Mimi and Payal complemented them. Then Mimi cut the cake. Then all had dinner together enjoying fully along with some teasing for Ishra. Soon the party came to an end and all went to their houses. Payal stayed at Ishra house only. Ishita entered in their room and was taking out her night dress when Raman came there with a small gift making her confused. She was about to ask when he forwarded the gift and asked her to open it. She opened the gift and found a wrist watch in it. She looked at him who was smiling looking at her only and she remembered how her favourite watch was not working properly from last two weeks but she was not getting time to buy new one and even she didn’t tell him but he understood it and brought same watch for her.
I-How can you?
R-It’s not the big deal for me. I know everything about my wife.
He said raising his collar while Ishita couldn’t stop her smile. He asked her to see and tell if it is good or not.
I-It’s not the big deal for me too. I know my husband’s choice is the best. Thank you so much.
Saying she hugged him while he too hugged her back. Then she went to change the clothes. After sometime Mimi, Payal and Ishra settled in hall of Ishra flat together to spend some time. They talked for almost one hour, then Raman felt Ishita’s head on his shoulder as she fall sleep. All were sleepy so they called off the night, Mimi left while Payal offered help to Raman to take Ishita to room but he denied and she left wishing him good night and was happy to see Ishra happy together. Raman looked at Ishita who was sleeping peacefully keeping her head on his shoulder. He touched her face then kissed her forehead softly while she held his hand with both her hand and tried to come closer. He smiled and picked her in his arms, taking her in their room. He entered their room and closed the door with his leg. Then he took her to bed looking at her with a sweet smile, he placed her in middle and as he expected, she didn’t left him but hugged him just like the way she used to do whenever she slept on chair or couch while studying or working and he made her sleep on bed making them sleep together in a small hug. He too lied beside her and hugged her. He kept looking at her for long time with a sweet smile remembering how they started their relationship and how they are progressing in it. Then he too slept hugging her.
