If we look at it from the law perspective then it’s not allowed. But traditional wise, second marriage is allowed in Hinduism. Take Krishna for example, I think he had 3/4 wife. If Rakshit had married lava with all (real)bidi bidan then she’d be known as his second wife regardless of what the law says. Rakli wouldn’t be able to legalize their marriage as Rakshit will still be married to Drishti legally, but lava will be still be known as his second wife.
