Things would have been different if the show had started with this promo and then they could have shown what happened in flashback with no Kavya, Arush and Vyom in story. But now they have already shown the equation between all characters, how they are going to fit their new plot in it. For Pooja, her every relation with Mittals was fake so even if she called Kabir brother , she never considered him as his brother. But Kabir emotions as a brother for Jhanvi was not fake. And most importantly he was falling in love with Kavya. That emotion will also get erased?New viewers may not have an issue will old viewers be able to accept such drastic change equation and emotions of the characters😕

That makes Kabir's character questionable. Love to Hate and Hate to Love is fine but considering someone sister and after some time developing love interest for that person😳 well even movies never dared to explore such a complicated emotional imbalance.

Even in naamkarann CVS ruined husband goals Neil character towards the end but then that was the end.

Yes, Kabir's character will get destroyed. What to say, the makers don't care about characters, they care only for TRPs. So let's see if Kabir's character assassination is worth it.

I dunno whether Kabir looked up to Jahnvi as a sister/mother. He definitely respected her a lot.

But lets think logically. Kabir only used to come home from the army during holidays or something.

The last time he met Jahnvi, was on her and Dhruv's wedding, when everything was fine and happy. And PK was being nice to his family. Thats what was shown in the flashback, when Kabir was talking to Kavya.

All that Kabir knows of Jahnvi is what he has heard from other family members, and whenever he talked to Jahnvi on phone or in person. On the basis of all that, he developed respect for her. But he doesn't know her enough to develop a brotp like say in other shows, like Shivaay-Gauri or Rudra-Annika in IB, or even Khushi-Aakash in IPK. Kabir in fact, knows nothing about Jahnvi.

And Jahnvi toh was faking everything all the time.

In this scenario, Kabir will only developed hatred for Pooja, when he comes to know the truth. Pooja toh doesn't give a damn about the family anyways.

So, their hateful equation makes sense to me.

About romance, I don't know. I just hope they take their time in all this, and don't hit the romance on audience's heads with a sledgehammer, if at all they are planning romance.

I think channel will call back Tanvi, if the audience reject romance. We'll find out in like a month.

Er yeah, he said all this to Kavya like in this week's episode. And i didn't describe these as monologues, its from this thursday's episodes, dialogues.

And no where has Kabir insinuated that Jahnvi is like his sister/mother.

Its all upto ppl's opinions right? If some ppl can think that JanBir have a brotp, then some ppl can also deduct that there is no brotp.

More than Jahnvi-Dhruv angle, I think kabir has feelings for Kavya, which is why JanBir romance doesn't suit.

But I want Jahnvi to be free of Dhruv. Kuch aur ho na ho. 😆

I dunno man, I mean Kabir always stood up for Kavya so I assume kuch toh feelings hogi. 🤔 I mean, he did say in one scene, that Kavya is his special (khaas) friend, apart from Dhruv.

(btw I am really not taking any sides, I don't even want romance, so why pick on me, man? I'm not anyone's keeper, so take it out on them. I always try to think logically. )

@bold: Yes please! Dhruv is so cheesy, and clingy, I'm starting to think I probably judged RK's character harshly in ADHM.
