PK was already shown wealthy before he cheated ashok though. They were living in the same big mansion too as shown in FB where PK admits to suman, dadaji and chanda that he framed ashok. So her dad's medicine formula didn't give PK that big swanky house or all of his wealth for her to call it her and her dad's rightfully and usurp it all.
If we talk about what would have been the right and justified thing for her to do, she would have cleared her father's name, got Pk jailed and claimed a massive compensation etc as per her right, but instead she took hold of everything that wasn't even hers to take either. It basically all watered down to power and money for jhanvi just like PK, once she took her revenge of getting PK done for the crimes he committed, but she did the same to PK's innocent family members as PK did to her and her sister.
She now has hold on things that she has no right over either like taking over the house and business. Clear her father's name, have PK jailed for his crimes, make sure she and all those affected by PK's medicine receive adequate compensation and any scraps lefts over once the compensation has been made to the victims would rightfully belong to the innocent family members like PK's sons, but jhanvi didn't do that, but did what a typical vamp would and thought the whole property and business was hers to own.
Now all they're doing is making jhanvi's character truer to the tamil original, so there is no point in trying to justify all of jhanvi's actions through PK's injustice done to her, because jhanvi usurping the property and house is simply to bring the show on track with the tamil original and make jhanvi's character more negative, not because it's her right or justice for her to do all this.
