Humiliation was part of his protect prerna and Sharma niwas thing ....yes it was incorrect way but probably that was Anurag in his weakest moment going that route . But post that they have shown Anurag multiple time apologising and showing how much he cares for her and love her. If one wnat to keep Anurag hold for the lifetime and not move on the nothing can be done .

Anurag this mistake will forever be highlighted every time .... one wnat to show how wrong he is for Prerna completely ignoring what he has done in the past for her and doing now too .

Like they say .... you do 100 goods no one cares but 1 mistake and you’ll be hold responsible for the lifetime .
