Salman Is Still Untouchable

I think in order to measure someones success, we must look at FLOPS too and not hits. Yes Ranbir got 300 Crore grosser with Sanju..Ranveer did well with Padmavat and Simmba.......Vicky scored with Uri.......But what about their flops?

Manmarziyan's lifetime collection was 25 crores

Jagga Jasoos - 50 crores.

Befkire - 60 crores

Race and Tubelight are flops but still earned over 100 crores. Thats the difference. If your flops earn more than 100 crores, I think thats something to think about.

You cant compare a Sanju to a Tubelight and make it seem like Ranbir Kapoor is hot shot and get excited over that . Why does no one compare Sanju to TZH? TZH earned more than Sanju lol

We honestly cant be in denial. I know lots of people here are working overtime to make Bharat seem like a flop, even if Bharat under performs - its still going to hit 200 crores. NOT A FLOP.

It is not like Salman has not gone through a phase of flops. Most actors do at some point. Nobody has a clean 100% hit record. I'm not sure I think Aamir's ratio might be better than Salman's.

Sallu's Marigold did less then 1 cr lol

It has become so easy for Salman. There's no one literally no one who would want to clash with him. He blocks major holidays and get away with it. SRK doesn't have that privilege.

Thats before he became a huge huge star Wanted and Dabang really made Salman explode.

Salman has consistently delivered 100 cr + films since 2010. Even Tubelight/Jai Ho and PRDP arent labelled as "flops" on Box Office India.

SRK just doesn't have that kind of star power anymore that Salman and Aamir have. His film choices are just ridiculous, not that Salman's aren't but he's clearly attracting audiences based on his star power and fan following.

Aamir had the highest opening day in BW history with TOH and that tells you about his star power too. This was all explained by Siddharth Roy Kapur on Film Companion.

Opening weekend is about star power. I guess Dilwale had bigger weekend or opening than BM.. but the ultimate winner was BM.. if someone clashes with Salman, his star power wont be able to save it too... but no one has that guts to clash with him.. that gives him free pass...

Yes 7/8 times in the last few years films have changed release dates to avoid clashing with his films
