Bekhayali is on loop for me right now. The lyrics hit you right in the feels.... and the ending

Aa zamane, aazmale... so haunting.

It is definitely one of the best this year. Fed up of remixes n mediocre music they churn out these days.

Yes, definitely the best album this year so far.. Tujhe Kitna chahne lage hum is so soothing to hear with headphones on.. Bekhayali is the anthem for sure.. I also like Mere Sohneya.. Best part is Lyrics of all the songs are so beautiful and meaningful.. This album and movie is giving me Aashiqui vibes.. Sad love story with amazing songs.. who knows, this might hhelp the movie perform better than expected. Also Shahid-Kiara are rocking on the video fronts..

Kiara is doing for Kabir Singh, what Shraddha did for Ashiqui 2.The songs, lyrics are so beautiful. She ads that extra feel to it.

How is Kiara ,when compared with the south heroine?

Definitely a good contender for Album of the year but tbh that's Gullyboy's this year. I don't think any album can beat it especially with the response it had gotten. But it's very true how we've missed 'soul' in albums lately esp good melodies. If I have to pick a favorite it has to be Kaise hua. Lyrically I feel it's better than Bekhayali though both the melodies are solid.

Exactly how can people possibly forget Gully Boy??? 😅 I for one am absolutely done with these pyaar wale songs 🙄🙄

GB offered a completely unique and meaningful album and deserves the no. 1 spot. It was such a big hit and got such great critical response.

Definitely my favourite this year!

The genre wasnt for everyone I guess while this is more of everyone's thing. But that aside, Gullyboy's music impact brought a whole avalanche in the current scene. And it goes without saying every song is more lyrically powerful than anything else released in recent memory. Apna time aayega became an anthem of sorts. Its gonna win everything by a huge margin. I don't like love songs either unless they are something like the Taal/HDDCS /Rockstar albums which were musically, vocally and lyrically something else altogether. Kabir Singh is a good find after a really dull period of melodic music, and lyrically above average so I understand the praise.

yes Gully boy is also a good contender, it has definitely changed the rap scene in the eastern world. But if I look at it as an album as a whole I definitely have a lot of favourites but not every song is wow for me. There are a few misses in the album. Also I get slightly irked that apna time ayega gets all the attention( I like it very much) but there are other songs in the album which are better in my opinion but didn’t get the attention they deserve like Doorie, the train song, kab se kab tak and even Asli hip hop for that matter. My favourite is doorie hands down the lyrics and meaning behind it is above everything else in the album.

Doorie is actually my favorite too. I do agree that Apna Time Aayega hogs too much limelight but then it's almost an anthem or sorts, the kind that always get to be the crowd pleaser. Doorie the lyrics and also how it's picturized ( which adds volumes of emotions to the song tbh) is simply the standout.

Entire album is on Gaana.

It’s super awesome.

Kaise hua is good.

Akhil sings so nice Tera Ban Jaunga and then comes Tulsi Kumar. 😵
