2nd September Recap : Adi confronts Bhasmika

Last week Nazar spewed up a lot of interesting revelations...some funny, some emotional. It's become enjoyable to watch again. This week too we look forward to certain developments. Namely does Adi find out about his powers? What happens next in Visa's love story ? Riad's bonding & of course Pia Ansh drama... There's everything in it for everyone.

Monday's Recap : Adi confronts Bhasmika !

Adi's plan backfires on him ! Uru isn't exposed only her face reddens. Turns out she's allergic to coconut water. Uh oh ! He flashes back to Uru's convo with her mirror while Uru smirks. Wait Did she just set him up ? Ansh is so mad at Adi he orders him to his room. Pari calls him LJ (Lapujharna) for devising such a flop plan. Adi dejected at his failure recalls Pari asking him to remember what happened the day Uru was exposed ? Deducing it was his kada ( Yipee) he enters Uru's room to test his theory.

Pari meantime accidentally gets locked in the cupboard while hiding from Avinash. Through the keyhole she spies big bro going all alone to confront Urvashi. Trapped inside she doesn't know how to help until Jai Ho Maiyya Ki ! summoning all her force she keeps pushing the cupboard forward inch by inch.(Interesting a Hybrid ).

Adi bravely touches Uru's hand with his kada. Bingo ! Sparks fly Uru comes back in her real form. Adi screams for his family while holding on to Uru with all his might. Mo spotting this jumps from the railing to divert the family's attention. Bh enraged by Adi's daring sets out to punish him. She throws him on the bed. Adi hides behind the cupboard to dodge Bh's wrath literally ! Summoning all her powers she breathes fire once more only to be stopped by Adi's kada. She about to go all in when Chaitali interrupts. (Saved by the bell 😓 !)

Bh upon learning of Mo's injury rushes to her. Ved insists to call a doctor for a grievously injured Mo. Ansh doubts she needs one. Ved gently reminds him she isn't the same Mo as before. Chaitali agrees Auto - recovery mode is off !

Adi finding Pari locked lets her out. Aww both wipe the other's tears while asking if the other was okay? ( 😊 Sweet scene ).

Meanwhile Panditji informs Ved of the new KS in their house. He recounts how the nariyal turned black & then burst into flames. He doubts how the Rathores will combat this new evil force without Dai & Da ! Speak of the devil Bh comes to deliver juice to Mo.

Adi in his room recounts his ordeal to a horrified Pari. How did he survive ? Pari wants to know. In answer he shows her his kada. Getting serious Adi asks would Pari miss him if he died ? ( Oof mardala ) Pari wordlessly hugs him and admonishes him for his LJ type batein. Adi looks confused Pari explains what Lapujharna means. Adi is offended being called Lapujharna. To pacify him she offers a big Cadbury chocolate. (Did i mention i just adore Riad)

At Rivavanshi's office Ni & Sa look at the drawing of the mysterious creature previously shown by Upayan. Ni has never heard of such a creature who has all the KS powers. Saavi too recalls how during the feather test it had a connection to all KS's. Naman interrupts to berate Saavi for concerning herself for all KS Connection when she cut off his & his missus connection to plug in her WIFI connection. Irritated Saavi asks him what's his problem ? Big mistake ! This spurs Naman to go on his Ramkatha about him & his missus. Ni getting irritated by the minute scolds Na to keep his duty first personal life later. Na complains he has been looking in all the books about this creature. There's no mention of this mysterious creature anywhere. But I know ! Dil announces. "I know because I'm very smart HiHiHi.."

Back to Riad they wonder how to stop BhasAnsh's marriage. Idea ! Pari thinks if Piya's renters Ansh life then love will blossom Monster Aunty's (MA) exit will happen automatically. (Pari is too cute). Adi wonders how to make them meet ? Pari complains why is she only doing the thinking. Nevermind it's a tough thing for boys to do so I 'll think. Adi thinks they need to meet at a place where MA can reach. Pari has an idea ! Adi is dejected only Pari gets bright ideas. 'Don't worry' Pari consoles Adi 'in my company you'll become smart like me' (love how Pari bosses Adi around)

Ansh feeling guilty for yelling at Adi earlier goes to check up on him. Both father & son sweetly make up. Adi asks Ash will he give whatever he asks for. (Sneaky 😏) Ansh asks what. 'You !' Adi declares. He shows Ansh Adventure camp in Nonavla. Otherside Pari shows the same to Piya. Both parents refuse as it's not the right time. Riad don't give up. They try all the tricks known only to kids to convince their parents to say yes. Right from emotional blackmailing, to cajoling, to flattery and when all else fail the ultimate weapon the Puppy Eyes . Piansh are too smart to fall for it. But then they relent seeing that their kids have their heart set on it.

Dil is happily munching on Imlis while Sa questions the necessity of their plan. Time is of the essence ! KS had surrounded Rathores and they have no way of knowing what that is. Even Upayan only gave up it's sillhoute. Wooing Sanam to extract info is the only way. Only Naman is not ready for this Dostana ! Ni holds Na back while Saavi puts her A-Game on. Dil is escastic to see her love while Sa merely shuts the door on Ni & Na. Ni has to physically restrain Na from going in ( and I'm dying watching this )

Precap : Summer Camp is set like the one in Kuch Kuch Hota Hain ! Only Ansh's choice of music is 'Hum Bewafa' He strums the guitar while letting the world know his pain. From a distance Piya listens as tears fall away so too does Pari's. Adi looks on mournfully.

My Thoughts :

For the boy who used to quake in Bh's presence to bravely going into the dragon's lair Adi has come a long way today. He's finally coming into his own. I'm sure as he learns about his powers he will grow as a person. It also helps he isn't alone now in this battle against evil forces. I know what he did today wouldn't have been easy but the fact that he was willing to overcome his fears just to protect his loved ones impressed me.

Like his sister Adi has his own unique charm. At times reserved, other times mischievous Adi has many shades to him. In the coming episodes we will get to see many more delightful sides to him.

Riad- In the short time they've come to know they're siblings they become incredibly close. It was touching to see them put the other first. Their sibling dynamics is also quite interesting & dare i say entertaining. Pari clearly loves bossing her big bro around at the same she's protective about him. In Pari Adi has found his confidant, his friend, he's dependent on her at the same he looks out for her. Slowly he's adjusting to his sister's personality and her quirks. Most of the times she bemuses him yet she's someone he can't imagine life without.

Both Kisha & Diaan make Riad's relationship look real & believable. Kudos to the actors for that. Theirs is by far the strongest relationship in Nazar.

The other wacky relationship of Nazar is Visa. I'm happy that the Dilman track has been integrated into the actual story of Nazar. I was worried that we would get only a handful of their hilarious scenes going nowhere. They now have a purpose to exist in the serial. Dil is a welcome addition to Team R. In her quest to impress Saavi she can help in the fight against Bhasmo. Na Visa's hilarious antics can continue whe Team R continues with it's main mission.
