She did not know him personally, but she knew his name in the field. And it was a big thing for both Anu and Prerna that time to have Rishabh Bajaj getting interested in their business/company. They went there to impress him.

I am so glad Anurag was late. 😆 And at that point of time, Ekta had absolutely no plan to make this character to anything even close to Parallel Lead. It was strictly a cameo. So the meeting with Prerna was not aesthetic and no special effect was used. It was supposed to be a 2 month role. This season their first meeting should get the amount of screenshare that PRB as a couple command. Now there's no confusion who and what RB is 😎
