Nah.. Prerna was single when Sneha was born and she named her after Anurag and Prem.. Sneha was born and brought up as Sneha Sharma until Prerna proposed to Bajaj, thats when he gave her his name.. then she became Sneha Bajaj..

Prem was born as Prem Bajaj and later he changed it to Prem Prerna Sharma..

I guess we are complicating it too much.People loved sneha-bajaj relationship in S1 so they made her B's daughter without any cross parenting and involving AnuPre.Correct me if I am wrong coz I didn't watch S1 and little knowledge is from friend who was a S1 follower.

Yeah right let's keep it simple.. Mr. Scooter from season 2 thought Sneha is a nice name after watching season 1, invited all of his underworld colleagues and big shots in an event called naming ceremony, where he was invisible to the reporters and friends, and named his daughter as Sneha.. 😆

The old nanny is really waste.. she again let that girl run alone outside the mall on the road..
