Part 22

Raman walked towards Ashok where police has arrived and was arresting him.Raman told ishita to go to family while he is going to police station to file the FIR.lshita was reluctant but Raman assured her that everything will be ok ,she can just join the family ,telling everyone that he had gone for an important work and will return soon . Though she was not ready but he convinced her anyhow and left behind the police while ishita went to collect the cloths and join others .Soon everything went back to normal , all the staffs went back to their work while customers started looking for their cloths ,ishita walked towards the tailor and asked for their cloths . It was done so she collected them and joined the family ,after getting their location by calling toshiji .

Toshiji asked about Raman and ishita answered same as she was directed by Raman. Toshiji was about to call and scold Raman but ishita convinced her that he will join soon ,then all got busy in shopping while ishita was still very much thrilled with the event . She was time and again checking her sides ,still fearing that ashok may he following . Soon their shopping completed ,all had food and ishita got food packed for Raman too . They reached home and all retired to their respective room while ishita was eagerly waiting for Raman . She called him for many times but atfirst he didn't picked the call and then, it was switched off .

Ishita was in the hall waiting for him when toshiji showed up . She walked to ishita and asked " ishita puttar is everything alright ".

I- yeah mummyji everything is good , do you want something .

T- no puttar , I didn't tell anything in front if pummy's family but I could notice there is some tension. Is everything okay ,where is Raman .

I- mummyji ...

T- ishita don't lie to me .

Ishita looked at toshiji who was looking extremely serious, she realised that she can't lie to her anymore , her eyes got wet thinking about toshiji's reaction after knowing the truth . Noticing ishita's silence ,toshiji kept her hand over her shoulder and said " puttar you are scaring me ,Raman is alright na ".

Ishita nodded and spoke " yeah mummyji Raman is alright ."

T- then tell me where is he .

I- at police station .

T- police station ?

Ishita nodded then told everything to her , she was in tears till she completed herself . Toshiji know that she was crying out of fear ,so she consoled her and said that everything will be okay , Raman must be coming . They were still talking when the front door opened , both the ladies turned towards the door and saw Raman entering . They walked to him and asked being desperate " what happened Raman, why it took somuch time ".

Both of ladies asked in unison , Raman entered the house and spoke " I tried a lot , but his lawyer showed up with bail order ,so they freed him ".

T- how can they do this , he was trying to hurt a girl and they left him.

R- yes ma ,you know how law works, they told that he was about to commit crime but couldn't, so they just warned and freed him.

T- that's too bad about our law ,you people should be careful so that he cannot harm ishita .

R- you are right ma .

I- ok leave it , Raman you go and change till then I warming your food .

R- ishita you are okay na ?

I- as long as I m with you amazing people ,who cares somuch for me , i will be super okay .

She spoke smiling ,lightning the atmosphere. Toshiji and Raman smiled seeing her smiling face while ishita turned to Raman and spoke " mummyji now you go and rest , I will serve Raman or should I make some tea for you ".

T- no it's ok, I m going to rest , I m already very much tired .

Saying so toshiji gave a good night hug to ishra and walked to her room ,ending her day , Raman too made his way to his room for freshening while ishita went into kitchen to warm his food . Till the time he got changed , she showed up with his food . He sat on the couch while she served for him , he started eating while she sat beside him silently. Raman started telling her about the happenings of police station ,he informed that ashok has already apologised in front of police inspector saying that he never know that she is his wife . While the inspector warned him that not only ishita but he should be humble and nice to every girl either next time ,they will put a serious charge against him . Ishita looked at Raman and said " he is a disgusting man , he can never change , he sees every girl with same lusty eyes ".

R- even I was not buying his lies but couldn't say anything in front of police .

I- humm .

Their was silence for sometimes then ishita said " thankyou somuch Raman ".

He looked at her and asked " what for ".

I- for saving me from Ashok and accepting me as your wife in front of everyone.

R- you need not to thank me for that ,as i would had done that for any girl out of humanity . I had accepted you as my wife long back and I don't have any problem in announcing that in front of anyone ,its just that I don't want to flaunt my relationship to those ,who are not that important for me . You don't stress your little brain for this all ,okay .

He completed his food talking like this , then they cleaned up and started preparing for the night . Ishira was making her bed in couch when Raman called her " ishita ".

I- humm .

R- no need to sleep over there, you can sleep in bed .

I- I m good here , you are tired ,you sleep on bed .

R- I mean to say ,we both in bed .

I- are you sure .?

R- humm ,come over.

She smiled a bit and walked to the bed along with her duvet. She placed in the corner and climbed the bed . Both lays on their side and closed their eyes ,ending their day . Both were closing their eyes but non were sleeping as they both were lost in their thoughts .

Ishita POV.

I can't be thankful to Murugan for giving Raman as my life partner. I thought so bad about him but he is the such a nice person . He is handsome, charming and well settled person but don't have a bit of arrogance . (She turned to Raman and saw his sleeping figure and thought )Though Raman has accepted me as his wife but still there is a lot of differences between us . We are together but still there is no ease and closeness in our relationship like other couple, we hadn't shared any romantic moment till now, not even a short kiss . He has told there is no other woman after me in his life and he was not in a relationship before also , then why there is so much resistance between us . Is something wrong with me or Raman has just accepted me in his life out of pity ,seeing my miserable state .

She thought about it when her heart said " nothing like that , he has accepted me with his heart ,he had told that I always have chance in his life ."

She smiled recalling the day when he had said that but then again her mind interrupted and said " then why he is staying away from you ,why you people are somuch far from eachother ."

Ishita got tensed thinking so then her heart said " may be because it's too early for that , you had just move in his room two days back ,how can you expect him to get intimate in such few time ."

Ishita's mind - it's not about intimacy but like , did he like you as his wife , his life partner .

Ishita's mind - why not , nothing is wrong with me . I know I had done some mistakes in past ,but they had already forgiven me for that

Ishita mind - then let it go slowly , you should sleep instead of thinking about your husband , now a days all your time is aprbd in thinking about him.

Ishita's heart " actually you are right ,even I don't know but all the time I think about him and want to be around him. I think I m falling in love with him."

Ishita immediately opened her eyes when she realised that may be she has started loving Raman . She looked at him deeply ,then caressed his cheeks softly , after confirming that he is sleeping . She admired him for long time ,till she fell asleep .

On the other hand Raman too was thinking same thing .

Raman POV.

She was thanking me for saving her ,like really ,I m her husband and it's my duty to protect her . I don't know what's lacking , but I can see , there is very formality between us which is not there is couples . I had seen many couples they had connectivity, they smile and blush on eachother talks ,they can talk through eyes , they understand eachother by seeing them but seems this all is lacking in our relationship.I had forgave ishita for her mistake, even told her to forget about it and move further then why she is so formal . I like her , I like to see her smiling face ,to see her around me ,I try to make her happy but where m I missing. ( He thought for sometimes) . Is it because we are not actually like other couple , I mean about physical intimacy. Can it change our status, will she like it when I will try to be near to her . (He recalled some old incidents when ishita came into his room and buttoned his shirt, she had hugged him few times , he also recalled that he hadn't reacted very positively over that ,so may be due had thought that he is not liking it ,that's why she had backed off ). Humm may be because of that , so it's my mistake that she is so formal then I has to take measures to correct it . But how .

He opened his eyes and saw ishita sleeping turning towards her ,he caressed her face softly ,pecked her temple softly and pulled her close to him and started thinking ways to improve their relationship but before he can think any thing ,he too drifted to sleep .
