"If you are going to kiss me Handa, then it should be proper kiss, saying so his lips were on hers, he very slowly pulled her over, lifting himself a little he settled himself and she was now almost in his lap all the while his lips were just teasing her, he could find her warm, his one hand went towards her waist and he could find her gasping as she finds his hands caressing her soft flesh above her clothes. As he deepened the kiss, she found herself tasting the bland soup he had eaten, and his breadth filled with peppermint. She had seen him eating peppermint candies on various occasions and now all those peppermint candies were making him more desirable. She never thought that the same Maan Khurana she despised some hours back was able to evoke those unwanted feelings in her. He chuckled as she left the room and he laid on his bed this was by far was the best day of his life. He had finally made sure that he could express himself and what a start it was, for the first time he enjoyed getting ill. His insides were dancing with the thought of having some time with her alone. He could make her like him as she had done it with him unconsciously.

"The Bookworm... Maan said but he immediately nodded in a No and hugged the same pillow which had been close to her and smiled this time allowing his feelings to take over.

Arjun looked at his friend, first, the git didn't join them and then he had gotten the temperature. He looked Maan who was rummaging through his clothes, most of the clothes were spilled out and Arjun was lying comfortably on the bed which he shared with Maan, three boys were given a room and along with Arjun one more of their friend was there.

"What are you searching? Look I am not going anywhere today, and you need rest, Reasoned Arjun as he saw Maan finally settling on a grey turtle neck and black denim. Maan looked at Arjun and gave him a look that clearly stated that he is not looking for some boring company today.

"Fine, don't tell me but Naina aunty will call in twenty minutes and be ready to answer her why you were not picking the calls Maan Khurana, Arjun cautioned him and Maan left whatever he was doing and gave Arjun a deadly look.

"You didn't tell mom I was sick yesterday, did you Arjun Singhania, asked Maan.

"Of course not, what do you think of me, the moment truth of your sickness has been out, I am sure both of us would be packing our bags and would be going back to Delhi. If you remember my mother is best friend with yours and yours would have easily convinced mine that we are reckless and irresponsible fools who couldn't take care of ourselves, Before Arjun could have said more, the cell phone rang and Flashed MOTHER on Maan's and he without a second thought just picked it up.

Hello, mum... Maan tried to sound all found, but his raspy voice gave up the lie that he was about to say to his mother.

I am going out... answered Maan, this time he didn't want to give away what he wanted to do and how he had planned it for Geet but Arjun knew Maan's ins and out and when he found that his childhood friend was finally quiet with his plans, he immediately knew what could be the work or say the most important work that Maan couldn't even rest for a day more.

He had an athletic body even at the age of sixteen all thanks to the back to back sessions of the football club, plus lately Geet came to know about his secret passion for karate and tai-chi.

She had taken time to get ready, lied to her friends and here the git was making fun of her.
