@ Tinku2015 .. You always ask the same question on my all the stories😆.. If you have read the first update carefully, you could have know about the whole attire of Geet..

@all the readers who think that maan is already in love with geet are wrong..Whatever Maan said about Geet were his honest views about Geet.

Many readers are thinking that Maan may fall in love with her seeing her long hair so I want to tell them that he hasn't seen her hair for the first time..He as well as Dev knows about her long hair since their childhood.

And most importantly.. I have already made it clear in the beginning and saying it again that story is not like KKHH or MHN..it's only inspired with the characters of these two movies.. Like..Geet's character is inspired by sanju of MHN and Ajnali of KKHH.. and Maan's character is inspired by SRK of KKHH and Jayed Khan of MHN.. and from this update you will see the story turning towards different side..Not any Tina is going to be introduces here

4.Caught Red Handed

He was still holding her hands .. Geet tried to free herself

"Maaregi to nahin na ab?'' Maan asked and she shook her head..He released her both hands..Her hair were in complete mess because of their struggle and now her hair were scattered on her face..

Maan tried to remove them but she instantly moved away.not letting him to touch them

Seeing her moving away he stood at his place and dusted his clothes then gave Geet his hand ..Geet looked at him and he said

"Uth jaldi se. Teri pitaayi ke baad bhookh aur jyada badh gayi hai.''Geet stood by holding it.. She fixed her long hair in to a bun ahain and covered and put the cap on her head

Maan smiled and put his arm on her shoulder..She tried to move away but he almost dragged her by her shoulder to dining area..

Everyone sat around the grand dining table of Khurana Mansion.. They were chitchatting while having BF.. Everyone had different taste and there was a variety of dishes..aaloo ke paraathe with curd and pickle for Geet, Mahinder and Rajveer,Pasta for Maan,. Omelet with butter toast for Dev. Suji ka halwa for everyone as it was favourite of all. Ladies were ladies so Rano and Rima were happy to share everything which their family liked.. Everything was delicious and all were enjoying the taste..But Geet was today quite and was just playing with the food..

She was sitting between Maan and Dev..It was her fixed seat .. In their childhood Maan and Dev always used to fight with each other to make Geet sit with them.. so as a solution Geet was asked to sit between them on dining table

Rima noticed her

"Geet.. kuch kha kyun nahin rahi.?''

And everyone noticed that..

Raj asked her with concern"kya hua Geet?..kahin in dono ne phir se jhagda to nahin kiya na tere saath?''

Maan and Dev looked at each other and shrugged their shoulders

Dev asked "Dad aapko aisa kyun lagta hai ki humse jhagda hua iska?''

Maan too supported Dev"Haan dad aisa kuchh nahin hai''

"dekho kitni chupchaap hai aaj ..warna har samay chatar patar bolti rahti hai..tabiyat to theek hai na teri?'' Raj asked geet with a concern in his voice

He more than his wife always wanted a daughter but unfortunately he got two sons at one time so gave up the idea to make another baby.

Rano looked at Geet "Kya hua Geet?..Ghar se aayi tab to theek thi tu?''

"Mom kuchh nahin hua hai ..bas bhookh nahin hai.'' Geet tried to distract everyone

Rima asked her

"Kuchh aur khaana hai?''

And Geet shook her head

"na Auntie ..kuchh nahin chhaiye''

Maan looked at her and then broke a piece from paratha and dipped that in curd and brought near her mouth

"le muh khol..dekh bahut tasty hai ye.''

But Geet was looking at him without any word

Maan was surprised to see her like that

"Hua kya hai aaj tujhe? Wahaan gym me bhi tu ekdum alag sa behave kar rahi thi?ab kha le fatafat. agar khaayegi nahin to hamaare saath ladne ki energy kahaan se laayegi...mujhese aur Dev se ladne ke liye taqat ka hona bahut zaroori hai.''.and he held her mouth with his one hand from both side and pressed a little so that she could open her mouth..

And she again for a moment lost in his touch but opened her mouth and Maan put that morsel in her mouth..Geet was still looking at him.She moved her mouth to chew the food

Maan smiled seeing her chewing the morsel

"Chal ab mere haath se bhi kha.. mera omelette bhi bahut achha hai and Dev brough the fork holding a bite of bread omelette near her mouth but laughed looking at her face

"Tujhe hansi kyun aa rahi hai.'' Geet frowned and Dev laughed again

"kuchh nahin ..Tere face ne bhi dahi khaya hai kya?''

Geet understood and looked at Maan with a glare. He smiled looking at where the curd could be seen on her face

"Gussa kyun ho rahi hai? Abhi saaf kar deta hoon'' He brought his hand near her mouth and cleaned her face with a napkin and Geet trembled for a moment at his act as his finger touched her skin at her face

All were looking at them but that was not anything different for them..Trio were same with each other

"ab baki ka khud kha legi ya wo bhi main hi khilaaun?'' Maan raised his brows at her

and Geet feeling little shy lowered her face

"na main khud kha loongi.''

Everyone smiled that she was eating now..

"Good..ab fatafat kha'' and he hugged her sideways and pulled her nose between his thumb and index finger..Geet was having a blush on her face which was noticed by Rima..

She was little confused seeing that blush on Geet's face.. Was that really a blush? Or she was hallucinating that Geet was blushing?..

but she shrugged her thoughts

"Na ...Geet wo sab kahaan sochti hai.. ladkiyon wali aadaten to jaise babaji uske andar daalna hi bhool gaye''

They finished their BF and were settled in chairs in the hall..

Rima and Rano helped the servants in cleaning the table... Rima asked them to have BF before doing their works and servants left to have their BF..

Both the ladies joined them but Rima was not able to forget that blush which she saw on Geet's face.. She observed Geet..

She found her stealing glances on Maan every now and then while having some strange expressions on her face..and she also noticed when ever Maan and geet's eyes met Geet tried to look normal to him and grinned in her usual ways.

She was trying to understand what she was watching

And while being busy in talks between both families Geet became normal forgetting everything and now was talking like nothing happened at dining table and in gym..

Maan offered Dev "Dev.. Let's go on bike ride.''

"n..nahin Maan... mujhe ek zaroori kaam se jana hai.''

Raj asked Dev "Kaun sa kaam?''

"haan Dev ..kaun sa kaam?'' Maan asked pretending because he knew about Dev's important work

Dev gave a hard glare to Maan and Maan smirked understanding his plea. He was going on a date with Naina...

Geet understood too and blew a loud whistle hearing Dev

"Oye hoye Dev.. kya Baat hai... Gadii aage badh rahi hai speed se?''

And Dev's face became pale..

Rima asked curiously "Kuan si gaddi Geet?''

Geet looked at Dev who was giving her sharp glares to her and Geet realised what she did and tried to handle the situation "Wo Auntie..k..kuchh nahin..D..Dev ka ek dost hai usko koi ladki pasand aa gayi hai aur ye uss ladki ka dost hai..aaj uss dost ne isko bulaya dono ke beech jaan pahchaan karaane ko.'' Geet tried to handle the things but she gave again a reason to elders to ask more questions from Dev. Maan and Dev were looking at Geet as if she was some alien who was not understanding the seriousness of the issue

"Dev...tum kab se match maker ban gaye?'' Raj asked him in amused voice

"nahin dad..aisa kuchh nahin.. main bas common friend hoon dono ka aur wo dono dosti karna chhate hain to thoda hesitation hai dono ek beech .ab do log dosti karna chhate hain.. aur agar ek ladka hai aur ek ladki iska matlab ye toh nahin na ki dono ke beech kuchh chakkar hai..Hai na Geet ?'' He asked Geet little sternly to which Geet reacted quickly

"R,,Right Auntie.. bas aaj Dev undono ko lunch par leke jaraha hai.. hain na Dev?'' Geet looked at Dev and she realised by his looks that she had done a blunder again.. She was little scared now of him

And Dev wanted to hit his head in the wall hearing her nonsense talks and thought

".OMG.. Stupid Geet...Why she said about lunch? Aaj to ye mera bhanda phod ke hi rahegi mom dad ke saamne'''

He glared with an angry eye and Geet pressed her tongue between her teeth and Maan was smirking seeing both of them in such condition..Geet looked at him with pleading eyes to save her from Dev as she knew he was not going to leave her today..

Maan saved her as he understood that she wanted him to help her to save from Dev"Geet ..chal hum dono ride par chalte hain,...ab Dev to busy hai.Toh aaj ki bike ride tere saath''

"O wow.. That's a great idea.. .. chalo jaldi se''and she almost pulled him and went to take her helmet from Maan's room to avoid Dev's angry eyes..

Maan and Geet both settled on the bike after wearing their helmets..

Maan pressed the start button and raced the engine for a while..

"Ready Geet?'' and Geet nodded.

"Be careful.. Mujhe tight se pakad le.. Aaj main bahut mood me hoon.. I want to fly high on my bike today. Agar kahin raaste me gir gayi to mom dad mujhe ghar me nahn ghusne denge''

"Shut up Maan.'' Geet replied and he laughed "Now hold me.''

Geet slipped her arms around his waist but pulled out next moment because her softness was pressed to his back..She felt little awkward

"Kya hua?'' Maan asked

"K..kuchh nahin. Main aise hi baith jaaun bina tujhe pakde? I'm fine by that.. Bachhi thode hi hoon main jo gir jaaungi'' Geet replied with some hesitation..

"Uff Geet .. ladkiyon ke jaise behave mat kar...time waste ho raha hai jaldi kar..'' He held her both hands and pulled her towards himself fixing them around his waist..

"Aise hi baithi rahna.aur khbardaar jo mujhe chhoda toh.'' Maan warned her.. He started to drive and and bike moved ahead with a jerk pushing Geet more towards Maan ..

She felt little shy but as she looked at him he seemed completely unaffected of that closeness.. She shook her head and cursed herself for feeling like that about Maan..

"Geet lagta hai tera dimag kharaab ho gaya hai.'' She scolded herself and then relaxed and started to enjoy the bike ride like always.. She was so fond of bike rides.. She herself drove a bike to her college but when she was with Maan she was so playful and cheerful that some time she could even stand with her both hands stretched in air and shouted too attracting the people travelling on the road.. But Maan and Geet never cared for anyone when they both were on the mission to enjoy their bike rides

With each passing day Geet's heart was going out of her control It had started to beat faster in the name of Maan but she tried her best not to make it visible by anyone. She was still a tom boy and be friends with boys like usual..She had no hesitation in talking frankly or boldly with all the boys..But with Maan she had started to feel different.. She wasn't sure what it was as she wasn't ready to accept that her feelings were changing for him .. His touch, his friendly gestures.His being protective with her was making her feel good but the act of him treating her as a boy was not being liked by her..But she couldn't blame him for her this situation..It wasn't maan who was changing..It was she who was changing.. She could not lose him as a friend for her these new found feelings..She herself was not sure what it was she feeling.. She was still not able to name these feeling as love as it's only Maan's few sentences about best friend which changed her perspective and it was her own assumptions..Maan had clearly denied very same that that nothing was like what he said in the debate.. So she was trying her best for not being affected by him..Their friendship continued but the closeness of Maan was effecting her now so she tried her best not to come close to him..

Earlier Maan and Dev were so used to pull her in their hug at their every happy moment..Naina knew their bond so she only used to laugh seeing her being crushed by two brothers in their hugs.. That time Geet could not do anything other than shout at them and beat them to get herself free from their strong grip..Those two were muscular men and Geet could not match them in physical strength..But nowadays.. With dev she was still normal but Maan's hug was affecting her a lot and she was not able to push this feeling away from her

It was again Sunday and today Khuranas were at Handa Mansion for break fast..

Everyone was on dining table..Rano and Rima as usual were serving to the family .Geet before sitting on her chair lifted the bowl of pasta and served Maan

"Maan.. khhao aur bolo kaisa bana hai?''

Rano smiled

"Haan Maan.. jaldi se kha aur bata warna isko chain nahin padega..subah se shor macha rahi thi ki aaj pasta main banaaungi''

Maan heard and said with wide eyes

"Kya?? Pasta Geet ne banaya hai? Na na Auntie.. main nahin khaaunga.. itna bada risk nahin loonga.. pata nahin isne isme kya kya dala hoga? Namak ki jagah shakkkar daali hogi pakka''

And Maan and Dev Hi fived to each other..

Geet's pouted looking at both of them but then without any cribbing she said

"Ok Maan.. main lachhi ko bol deti hoon ki tumhaare liye dusra pasta bana degi.'' Saying this she left to go in to the kitchen..

Maan and Dev both were surprised to see Geet not reacting like a lioness at them. If it was some other time she must have forced Maan to eat that pasta only with her own hands..But the way she just went to the kitchen without saying anything made them amused.Now that was very unusual for both of them

Rima too noticed unusual behavior of Geet when Maan said so..she glared at him but he shrugged looking at his mother.

Rano looked at Geet first and then said in a complaining way to Maan

"Kya Maan.. uss bechaari ne kitni mehnat se banaya pasta.. Uska haath bhi jal gaya tere liye pasta banaate time... maine kitna bola ki dawaai laga le par usko itna excitement ho raha tha ki wo dard bhi bhool gayi apna pasta banaane ke chakkar me''

'Kya? haath jal gaya uska?'' Maan was shocked. He looked at everyone and found them glaring at him only..

"Sorry..main mazaak kar raha tha. Abhi dekh ke aata hoon''

He got up from his chair and went in to the kitchen where Geet was telling lachhi to make some fresh pasta for Maan

"koi zaroorat nahin hai.'' She heard Maan but ignored ignored him He looked at Geet..She was looking unhappy

Maan held her hand to look in to it

"Kahaan jala haath?''

Geet tried to free her hand

"kahin nahin jala.. tumhen chinta karne ki zaroorat nahin hain. Tum jaao main dusra pasta leke aati hoon..Fikar mat karo main nahin banaungi''

but he did not leave her hand

"dikhaao''

" maine kaha na Kuchh nahin hai Maan..bas thoda sa hi hai...main lachhi ki help kar deti hoon..pasta jaldi se ban jaayega.bas 5 minute wait karo'' and Maan put his finger on her lips

"chup...bilkul chup. Bola na ki koi zaroorat nahin pasta banaane ki.''and Geet with wide eyes looked at him..What he was doing?

Maan after seeing her shut, inspected her hand and found the place where she had burn mark..he touched that and Geet flinched as she felt pain..it was still burning..

"Lachchi Geet ke haath par lagaane ke liye dawaai leke dining room me aao.'' He ordered lachhi and she went to take medicines

"Abhi bhi jal raha hai kya'' he asked to which she nodded

And he took her near the tap "Sabse pahle thande pani me haath daalna tha na'' He scolded her and put her hand under the water

Finding Geet this much silent was something new for him

" apna haath aise hi rakh.. main aata hoon'' he went near fridge and took out ice cubes and rubbed softly at that place and blowing air from his mouth too ..

Geet all the time was looking at him only. She wasn't able to remove her eyes from him..She took the advantage of the situation as Maan was busy in blowing over her burnt hand and she could look at him without any interruption. ...

One person was witnessing all this from a distance..Rima was there to see if Maan was still making her fun for pasta or he was sincerely careful for her burnt hand..but the scene in front of her made her smile..

She did not need to look at Maan as he was carefully caring her burn but her eyes were on Geet who was sitting all lost in Maan. She was continuously staring at him without blinking her eyes..and even from a distance she could see some emotions in her eyes and a sweet smile on her face while looking at Maan

Maan was done with applying the ice on her hand..

"Ab thoda achha lag raha hai Geet?'' Maan asked but he did not get any reply. He looked at her and found her looking at him..

"Aise kya dekh rahi hai? Itna bura insaan bhi nahin hoon main.Teri fikar hai mujhe bhi.'' Maan said as he thought that Geet was shocked to see his concern for her.. Geet took a deep breath and smiled

"Thanks Maan. ''

"ab chalo bahar..dawaai laga deta hoon..'' Maan held her hand and Rima returned from there without being noticed by them...

Maan brought Geet in dining room. Raj came near her and asked in a concerned voice..

"bahut jal raha hai kya?''

"nahin uncle..kuchh nahin hai..aur main koi nazuk si LADKI thode hi hoon jo itne se jalse se darr jaaungi.'' She put an extra force on the word ladki

"haan ye baat to ek dum sach boli tune.. Tu ladkiyon jaisi to bilkul nahin hai.''Maan smirked and Rima saw the change in the expressions of Geet.. She could see that Geet was little upset after hearing Maan and lowered her head ..Everyone thought that she was in pain due to burn so was little disturbed but Rima could sense that there was something else

Lachchi came with medicine and Maan applied the medicin at the burnt portion

"ab khayaal rakhna iska .. medicine lagaati rahna warna theek nahin hoga.''

And Geet who was still sitting with low face nodded..
