Ishita opened the door and amma showered her with lots of questions" ishu kanna why had you locked the door ,why aayu was crying so loudly ,how we would he helped you if you couldn't open the door by any chance ".
I- arey amma why are you asking somuch question at a time ,aayu was crying kyuki usne susu kar di thi and I had bolted the door while changing but forget to open it .
She spoke and looked towards the direction Raman has gone . She wanted to recheck that he has gone or still there . She signed in relief when she find him gone , amma talked to ishita somemore and then went to sleep. Days started passing normally ,ishra closeness increased . Raman use to visit ishaayu regularly in the night and they use to spend some nice time together . Aayu is now 11 days older and amma was had decided to arrange a big naming ceremony for him . She had invited whole society in the function and all were busy in the preparation of it .
Ishita got ready in cream color kanjiwaram saree while she dressed aayu in same color kurta . She had not done any makeup still her face was glowing .Soon the guest started coming and the ceremony started , ishita sat with aayu in her arms ,panditji did puja then told ishita to call someone to name the baby .
Ishita looked at her mother then Raman, then spoke " panditji baby's aunty is not there so my friend sweety will name him ".
Bhallas got happy listening to this while sweety got emotional ,her eyes got moist while ishita nodded and called her . Sweety walked to ishaayu ,took aayu in her arms and was about to say his name in his ears when all heard ," why any other woman will name my nephew ,if his own bua is there ".
All turn and looked towards the voice , everybody was confused to see some people standing there while iyers were shocked looking at them . Ishita hides aayu in her when the lady said " this is not fair ishita ,you didn't invited us in naming ceremony of our son's baby ".
Ishita was in shock as well as was scared, senior iyers too were still when mihir came forward and asked " why you people are here ,kyun aaye hain aap log ".
That's when ishita's late husband's mother said " what type of question is this ,this is my son's baby ,atfirst you people didn't invited us and now asking why we are here . Arey mere bete ke bachche ki naming ceremony hai to hamein to aana hi tha .ishita we never know that you will change like this ".
The lady spoke looking at ishita ,making her think . Mihir made a disgusting face and spoke " who ishita , you were the one who had said that you will not take care of akka and her baby ".
L- yeah ,we I had told that but that does not mean that our relationship has ended .
I- what do you mean to say .?
L- that we had come to take you along .
I- why do you think that I will come with you when you yourself had thrown me out of your life after my husbands death .
L- no beta we hadn't threw you out of our life we just had send you to your parents place till your delivery as it's a ritual that first baby should born in girls mother's place .
I- ye kya bol rahin hain aap ,you never told like this instead you had literally thrown me out of your house .
L- no beta nothing like that .
I- I m not coming with you .
Ishita said and turned her face to other side ,the lady walked to amma and started convincing her . Amma too started melting, when the panditji said " at first complete this ritual then you can talk about this ".
Everybody said same and ishita sat again but told straight " I had told sweety to keep my hat's name and only she will do the ritual ".
Her husband's mother made a dirty face listening to this and spoke " ok beta if you want to give your sister in laws place to anyone else then it's ok, let her do that ".
Ishita didng felt any bad listening to this, she looked at Raman and then called sweety, she was hesitant but Raman send her to ishita. Sweety took aayu in her arms and spoke his name huskily in his ears ,he laughed fully listening to it as he felt ticklish ,everybody too smiled seeing the little baby laughing so openly . Soon the ritual got over , ishra couldn't talk to eachother but they shared their feelings through their eyes . Ishita was all tensed after her husbands family arrival ,she wanted to talk to Raman about this while he was assuring her through his eyes . The lunch was over and all the guest left, though Raman don't wanted to leave but bhalla's too had to leave . Now only iyers and ishita's husband's family were left . They sat together and started talking, ishita's mother inlaw said that they wanted to take ishita and aayu along . Appa and mihir were not ready but amma was thinking that finally ishita is getting her position in her husbands family ,so it's a nice idea. Though ishita was straight that she don't wanted to go but her mother inlaw and sister in law convinced her lovingly making her think. Now she started comparing her life with Raman, with the life she will have in her deceased husband's house . She started thinking about society's reaction on these both situation. She was lost in her thoughts while her mother in law was successful in convincing amma to send ishaayu with them but mihir stopped ,and said that aayu is very small, ishita too needs rest and care moreover they had to discuss in themselves before sending ishita with them. They agreed with this and left leaving a confused ishita behind .
Soon it was night ,all retired to their room, ishita too bolted her door and started waiting for Raman . It was almost midnight when she heard knock at the balcony door ,she got up and opened the door . Raman entered the room and asked " ishita are you ok ".
She shook her head negatively and hugged him tight . He too hugged her back for sometimes then parted and both started talking . Raman asked what's bothering her , ishra told everything to him along with her delimma and fear . She cupped her face and kissed her temple then spoke softly " ishita I think you are over thinking ".
I- may be but what if they are genuine and actually wanted me and aayu in their house .
R- ishita you tell me what you want, a happy life with me and aayu or a alone life in that house . I m not saying that they are wrong but you too have right to be happy .
He spoke making her think ,they were still talking on this topic when they heard knock at the door ,Raman made a dirty face and spoke " aunty don't sleep at night or what ,we are discussing such important topic and she is disturbing ".
Ishita made a pleasing face and Raman got up to go when ishita's phone buzzed ,she saw its mihir's number and picked the call ,he said " akka open the door ,I need to talk to Raman ".
Ishita got shock of her life listening to this while Raman stopped seeing her in that state .
