Prerna sighed as she powered down her laptop. It was twelve in the afternoon and she was starting to get hungry. Rearranging her notes on the bed, she started walking out of her room only to be ushered back inside.
"Anurag! " She exclaimed as he closed the room's door. '' What are you doing here? When did you get back from the trip? ''
'' Today. Just now. Came straight to see you. I don't have much time, I came under the pretext of giving Rajesh uncle some files.''
He held her face between his palms and kissed her on her lips, sighing deeply. He had missed her, it has been one whole month after all.
"We cannot do this here." She said through the kiss, giggling, but her hands wound up circling his neck.
"Our families do not have any idea about this interesting development." She said, gesturing at their entwined figures.
"Talk about your family" He said, winking.
'' What do you mean?'' Surprise coloured her voice.
'' What I mean is, '' He said, pecking her lips. "I talked to Mom and Dad. It took Ma some convincing but Baba was pretty much on board. I think he had our horoscopes matched the day you were born. So, ready rehna, we'll come tomorrow. '' He withdrew his arms from her waist and opened the door before turning abruptly and kissing her cheek.
'' I will kiss you properly later. We will have all the time in the world after all." He whispered to her, making her heart skip a beat.
