Raman drove towards his home and soon he reached there only to see his parent waiting for him all worried. Seeing him all fine toshiji asked -kahan tha puttar, we were so worried for u.
Raman showed them Ishita's condition and said -sharab pee kar gaadi chala rahi thi. Police station gaya tha usse lene. He said making his parent shocked.
Toshiji -hey bhagwaan, bas yahin dekhna baaki reh gaya tha. Pata nahi aur kya kya dekhna padega iss ladki ke chakkar mein.
Mr bhalla-toshiji, chup rahiye. Puttar bring her inside. He said and Raman took her to their room. He removed her sandals and made her sleep comfortably.
Raman -maa, papa, it's pretty late. Aap log jaa kar so jaiye.
His parent nodded and went to sleep.
Raman too settled beside her and slept as he was also too tired.
Next morning, Raman got up at his usual time and got ready. He went down for breakfast and was going after his breakfast when Mr bhalla said -tu jaa raha hai, puttar. Usse kuch baat nahi karega.
Raman -its no point talking to her, papa. Usse sudharna nahi. I am going to search for another job. I can't work under her. Mujhe uske mere paas hone ke ehsaas se bhi nafrat ho gayi hai.
Toshiji -but puttar, she was saying when Raman said -maa, please. Don't stop me. And went out. Mr and Mrs bhalla look at each other thinking ways to resolve Ishra problem.
Toshiji -yeh kya ho raha hai bhalla ji, mere puttar ke saath. Kuch karo naa.
Mr bhalla -what can I do??I can't do anything till ishita herself don't want to solve their problem. He said and went to his room.
After an hour or so, Ishita got up with a heavy head and look around only to realise that she is in his house.
Ishita -main yahan kaise aayi?? She was saying when she heard, mera puttar laaya hai tujhe.
Ishita raised her head and saw toshiji standing there with lime water.
She walked to ishita and said -le pee le. Itni sharab koi peeta hai, hadh karti hai tu ,ishita. Kitna bada accident hua tujhe pata hai. Kuch ho jaata ho.she said almost scolding ishita.
Ishita smiled hearing toshiji when she said -why u r smiling, mazaak kar rahi hoon main.
Ishita -aaj tak kabhi kisi ne aise nahi daanta.
Toshiji -tabhi tu itni bigdi hui hai. Aisa nahi karte, kal kuch bhi ho sakta hai. Kyun peeya tha itna, she asked making ishita remember raman's words.
Her eyes got moist and she said holding toshiji's hand -woh mujhse pyaar nahi karte.
Toshiji got worried seeing her tears for the first time and asked cupping her face-kaun puttar??
Ishita look at toshiji and could feel her love. She hugged toshiji tight and said -raman mujhse pyaar nahi karte, maa. Kya main Itni buri hoon?? She said and cried while Toshiji felt bad for her seeing her crying and felt happy too hearing, maa, from ishita for the first time. She hugged ishita tight consoling her while she was crying bitterly.
After a while, Ishita broke the hug and said -maine sab kuch kiya Raman ke liye. I did everything just for him and he said that he don't love me. Infact he hates me, unhone kaha ki woh chahte hai main marr jaun. Itni nafrat karte hai mujhse. Main Itni buri hoon kya maa. She said again and Toshiji nodded in no.
Ishita -maine sab kuch kiya Raman ke liye. Mujhe India nahi pasand tha, I never wanted to be here but still I stayed back just for him. Shaadi nahi karni thi, I never believed in this institution of marriage but still proposed him for marriage. Unse shaadi karke ,I dream of having a lovely life with him. Toh kya galti ki maine, haan thodi plotting ki, thodi planning. But Kiske liye, khud ke liye ki thi. No, I did all this just to get him. Raman ke liye sab kuch kiya, joh main kar sakti thi. I made every attempt to bring him close to me. Maine kaha nahi but that doesn't mean I never felt bad when he pushed me away.i tried every damn way to close the distance between us, but nahi, unhone mujhe hamesha khud se dur kiya and now he said on my face that he don't love me. Mujhse pyaar nahi karte woh, now how I am going to live. She was saying crying while Toshiji was just listening to her. For the first time, she was feeling that ishita too have felt bad everytime Raman rejected her.
She was lost in her thoughts when ishita said -i was trying to change for him. Unke liye maine khud ko kitna badla, I was being polite to everyone. Raman ne kaha tha, main achchi ban jaungi toh sab mujhse pyaar karenge. Toh phir kyun nahi kiya unhone mujhse pyaar kiya, he chosed someone else over me, tab mujhe itna kuch karna pada naa. Agar woh mujhse pyaar karte, mujhse shaadi karte,toh kya mujhe itna kuch karna padta. Aisi kya kami hai mujhme. Sundar hoon, educated hoon. Unke liye achchi bhi ban rahi thi, toh unhe mujhe pyaar karna chahiye tha naa. Agar woh mujhse pyaar nahi karte toh unki galti hai naa, meri toh koi galti nahi. Then why I have to go through all this pain, why I have to go through so much of rejection. Kya ameer hona meri galti hai ,I was ready to do everything for him. But raman ne mujhe mauka hi nahi diya, bas soch liya ki main nahi hoon kaabil unke pyaar ki. Have he ever tried to love me, make me correct. Nahi, never, just hated me. She was go on saying and crying pouring her pain to toshiji.
Toshiji felt bad for ishita and realised that they actually did wrong with her. Yes she did wrong but they too never tried to correct her.
Toshiji -haan, galti hamari bhi hai. Humne kabhi ishita ko sudharne ki koshish nahi ki. We just accepted that she is bad and can never be redeemed. She was lost in her thoughts when ishita said -bolo maa,isme meri kya galti hai. Do I really deserve to be punished. Kya tujhe apni galti sudharane ka mauka nahi milna chahiye. Do I really deserve a death curse from someone whom I loved madly. Shayad mera pyaar jataane ka tareeka convincing naa raha ho, but mera pyaar jhootha nahi hai. I loved him with all my heart and soul. It's just I don't know how to show my love to him. Mujhe nahi aata batana ki kitna pyaar karti hoon main raman se. It's just I don't know how to become a good wife, but I am good. Really good and want to be good for him. Want to live a happy life with Raman and ready to do anything for that. She was saying when toshiji's phone rang.
She picked it and said -hello.
Raman -hello maa, mujhe ek achchi job mil rahi hai.
Toshiji -congratulations puttar.
Raman -but I have to go to Singapore for two months. Ek project hai, usse head karna hai. After that I will get permanent placement. He said making toshiji and ishita's face fell.
Toshiji -do mahine ke liye puttar.
Raman -haan maa, and I really wanna go. Main ishita se dur jaana chahta hoon. I just want to live in peace for sometime. Main nahi hounga toh woh aap dono ko bhi pareshan nahi karegi. Toh soch raha hoon chala jaun. Aap kya kehte ho.
Toshiji look at ishita while she looked away hiding her tears.
Toshihi -if u wanna go, then go. But itna yaad rakhna ki jaisi bhi hai, ishita tumhari biwi hai. Kabhi koi aisi galti mat Karna ki hamara sar jhuke.
Raman -aap ghabraiye mat, ur son knows his limitation. Yes I hate her but I can't cheat her. Woh meri biwi hai, and i will always respect our relationship bhale hi woh kadar naa kare ,I will always value this relationship.he said and hung the call.
Ishita cried and said -he hates me so much that he is going away from me. Ab woh mujhe bhool jayenge.
Toshiji -yaa phir shayad teri keemat samajh jaaye. She said making ishita look at her.
Toshiji -haan puttar, humse galti hui tujhe samjhne mein. Tu dil ki buri nahi hai. Bas thodi naasamajh hai. But now I will teach u, how to become a good wife. Main tujhe seekhaungi ki raman mein din tak kaise pahunchana hai.
Ishita got happy hearing this and said -sachchi maa.
Toshiji -haan puttar, inn do mahino mein main tujhe tere Raman ke kareeb le aaungi. And that's a promise. She said and ishita hugged toshiji tightly happily.
