Neha Dhupia revealed in an interview that she feared that people will stop offering her work if she announced her pregnancy. Neha and Angad are expecting their first child in November.
She has already kicked off the third installment of No Filter Neha and has already shot for 3 episodes. Neha has also wrapped up Helicopter Eela and Styled by Neha which will go on air soon. In an interview with Mid Day, Neha Dhupia revealed that they were reluctant to share the news of her pregnancy as she did not want people's attitude to change towards her. She explained that the demands of her profession was a major reason of the decision.
Neha said, "I was worried people would stop offering work. It was a good thing my bump wasn't showing till the sixth month because appearances matter here, and one might be assumed to be unfit for a job. Fortunately, my energy levels are high.
Neha also said that she does not want to take a maternity break. "It's not that I am against women who decide to take those months off. It's my choice.
