The news flashes: a lady crying and saying: raman bhalla is threatening me that he will kill me.. per mein ab aur chup nahe reh sakti. Muje job kay liye he.. he.. she cries..
Reporter: you don't need to be scared.
Lady: he ask me to sleep with him when I denied he threatened me that he will destroy me.. apni hawas mitene kay liye he spiked my drink and..he raped me.. and then he started blackmailing me.. with these picture.. you can see his number also.. she shows her mobile.
Raman: ye to mera official number hai.. but how this is possible.. she is lying .. she is lying..he was shocked.
Lady: I want justice.
NGO lady who was consoling lady says: you don't worry we are with you and that Raman bhalla will get punishment.
Mr bhalla takes remote and shuts it and says: Raman we are with you.
Raman looks at his father and mother who nods at him he looks at ishita who was lost rooted to her place he touches her shoulder ishita shrug his hands and leaves for her room crying..
Raman: ishita... trust me.. I am innocent.. he shouts
Mrs bhalla holds his shoulder and says: puttar.
Raman: maa. He cries feeling helpless he curses his fate that whenever he think that his and Ishita relation will get better but something happens that ruin everything.
Mr bhalla: I am calling my lawyer he will take care of it. You don't worry go and be with Ishita.
Raman looks at his parents and slowly moves his feet to his room. He was scared with Ishita reaction. He knew that Ishita will not believe him. But he want support from Ishita. It's not easy for his to be strong and face all this when he is Innocent.
Other side, Ishita was sitting on bed and was restless. All the news and lady accusations were running in her mind. She closes her ears and gets up instantly while tears made their way from her eyes.
Ishita: no. No. He can't do this. Ya wo kar sakty Hain ye sab. Phely bhi to wo news I thi but rape?.. she pulls her hairs in frustration unable to get whom to believe Raman or the proofs she has seen.
Raman enters the room and finds Ishita looking outside the window while she was plucking the leaves of plant in anger or frustration. Raman walks closer to her and reluctantly holds her shoulder.
He softly calls her name and says: Ishita...
Ishita doesn't react to him Raman gathers some strength and makes his heart strong to bear her accusations. He says: Believe me I am Innocent I don't know her.
Ishita turn and looks at him. Raman tries to understand what's going in her mind but he couldn't get what Ishita is thinking.
Raman holds her hand Ishita shrug his hands and says: kaise karoon trust? Wo.
Raman: she is lying. I don't know how she used my official number I just don't know. Muje koi trap kar Raha hai
Ishita: kiyon.
Raman: I don't know
Ishita: mere pass koi wajah nahe hai AP py trust karne ki.
Raman: no. No Ishita. Trust me. He comes close to her but Ishita pushes him again and shouts holding his collar and says: why Raman. Why you didn't proved me wrong. Why you did this. Why my worst fear come true. Why you also turn out like appa. She cries.
Raman was taken a back with her sudden outburst.
Ishita: every man is same who just want to get his physical needs fulfill. Appa bhi yehi karty thy aur tumne bhi yehi Kiya Raman.
Raman: Ishita.. listen to me.sirf aik baar mujpe trust karo baby Kay liye. Humare liye. Humare future Kay liye. Mein ne kuch nahe Kiya ye sab jhoot hai He pleads while Ishita was just listening to him
Romi comes running to Raman and says: Bhai.. police..police I hai apko arrest karne
Ishra stands shocked. A sudden fear engulf Ishita she holds Raman hands tightly making Raman looks at her.
Raman: tu chal mein ata Hoon.
Romi nods and leaves while Ishita tightens her holds on his hands Raman makes her looks at him and says: I am just asking trust from you Ishita. Please.
Ishita leaves his hands and turns other side. Raman feels sad that she didn't trusted him he leaves the room defeatedly.
Mr bhalla presses Raman shoulder and says: tu fikar na kar Raman.
Raman nods.
Police inspector comes forward and says: janab ab wo zamane Gaye jab AP jaise bary log gunah kar Kay khud ko bacha lete thy ab nahe.he handscuff Raman and signs his constable to take Raman with them.
Raman: I am Innocent
Inspector: jab chamri udhry give to sab sach muh say niklay ga. Chal.
Police were taking Raman away when Raman felt a tight hold on Raman arms. He turns and gets surprised to see ishita who was looking vurnerable.
Ishita: don't take him. She pleads.
Mr bhalla comes to hold Ishita but Raman sign him and tries to hold Ishita.
Ishita: Raman. She cries and threw her arms around him.
Raman: stop crying Ishita. Mein ajaonga.
Ishita: I want to trust you Raman. Her voice comes out as a mere whisper.
Her words give Raman the much need strength, he was yearing. He looks at Ishita and smiles.
Ishita: I want that you prove me wrong I want to live the dream of perfect life with you and our baby.
Raman unable to hold his emotions and cries happily and nods.
Police: don't waste out time.
Ishita was not ready to leave Raman. He signs Mr bhalla to take Ishita. Mr bhalla holds Ishita and make her tears away from Raman. Police took Raman away while Ishita collapses. Mrs bhallas hugs her and consoles her.
Other side
A lady was watching news and laughing at raman state and says: poor Raman. You are trapped. Now no one can save you. Aisa jaal bichaya hai tum kabhi samajh nahe paogay. She laughs and tears Raman picture.
Police station
Inspector locks Raman in cell and curses him for commiting such a grave sin while Raman was continuously telling him that he is inoccent
Mr bhalla was trying to get Raman bail but all lawyers denies as it is rape case and they will not be able to help him.
Mr bhalla: Neil you have to save my son
Neil: Mr bhalla look case is on fast track and now we can save Raman only in court.
Mr bhalla: what do you mean. Raman will not get bail
Neil: exactly. After three days it's court hearing.
Mr bhalla: three days?? My son will stay in jail
Neil: sorry.
Mr bhalla feels helpless. He gives Neil the number of their private detective so that he can work out on case.
At bhalla house, Ishita and Mrs bhalla was waiting for Mr bhaa to come with Raman. Both loses their hope as they sees Mr bhalla entering home all alone and lost.
Mrs bhalla: bhalla jee.
Ishita: papa Raman nahe aye. Abhi bail nahe Hui?? Kal to Raman ayengay na?
Mr bhalla: ab court hi decide kary ga.
Ishita: court??
Mr bhalla: after three days it's court hearing.
Mrs bhalla: sab theek hoga na.
Mr bhalla: Neil will handle it.
Ishita was scared she hugs Mrs bhalla and says: maa. I am scared.
Mrs bhalla: puttar sab theek hoga. Raman will prove Innocent tu dekhna.
She lovingly caresses her hairs and gives Ishita motivation to fight with this difficult phase
