Raman walked out of the building in anger while ishita was looking at him from her cabin's window. She remembered his harsh words and a tear escape her eyes.
Ishita -he don't love me, actually he hates me. He want me to die. Itni nafrat karta hai mujhse ki chahta hai main Mar jaaun. Do I deserve this only, do I really deserve this hatred of him. Maine aisi kya galti ki hai that he hates me so much. Bas pyaar hi toh kiya hai raman se, aur joh kuch bhi kiya, sirf usse paane ke liye kiya. Itni planning, Itni plotting, all I did just to get him. Toh Kahan galat ho gayi main, ki raman mujhse itna nafrat karta hai. Where I went wrong. She thought and sat on her chair thinking while tears start flowing from her eyes not able to bear his hatred towards her, as she was not used to of it.
On the other hand, Raman reached his home in anger and then to his room. He throw his coat on the bed and screamed feeling helpless. He crushed on the floor and cried.
His parent came running hearing his scream and got shocked seeing him like this. Both ran to him and sat next to raman. Toshiji hugged Raman tight while Mr bhalla asked -raman, what happened puttar??
Raman didn't answered but was just crying when Toshiji asked -kya hua, mera bachcha. Why u r crying??
Raman -i told her maa, I told her. I told her that how much I hate her. Maine keh diya.
Toshiji -kisko keh diya puttar??
Raman -ishita ko, I told her that I hate her and pray for her death everyday, Maine bol diya usse ki kitni nafrat karta hoon main usse. He said crying bitterly making his parent look at him.
Raman -maine keh diya maa,maine keh diya. He said and settled his head on his mother's lap. Toshiji caressed his hair and said -u should not have told her like this, usse kitna bura lagaa hoga.
Raman got up and said -u don't know her, maa. Usse bura nahi lagta, kyunki woh insaan hai hi nahi. Woh gamand se bani Ek statue hai. She don't have any emotion, she is just emotionless.
Mr bhalla -then why u r crying?? Agar tumhe lagta hai ki tumhe sahi kiya toh tum kyun ro rahe ho??
Raman -kyunki main insaan hoon and I have emotions. Maine aaj tak kabhi kisi ko itna hurt nahi kiya, the way I hurt her. I said that I prayed for her death. Aisa nahi kehna chahiye tha naa. Maine galat kiya naa, maa. He said making his parent confused. One side, he was relieved that he poured his anger on her, while on other hand, he was sad thinking about her hurt. But one thing they were sure about, that Raman is also hurt and they have to be on his side to console him. So they settled next to him while Raman continued to share his pain with them.
On the other hand, ishita reached iyer mansion feeling alone, but her parent wasn't there. Only helps were going to sleep. She asked them about her parent and got to know that they have gone out of station.
She settled on the couch and called her father. He picked the phone and said-hello.
Ishita -appa, where r u??
Appa -we have come to Bangalore, mera kuch business ka kaam tha ,toh tumhari amma bhi aa gayi mere saath. Kuch kaam tha kya??
Ishita -nahi, I just wanted to talk to u.
Appa -u want money,kanna??kitne chahiye bolo,i will transfer in ur account.
Ishita hung the call hearing this and said -i don't need money, appa. I needed u, I needed amma. Akeli pad gayi hoon, don't have anyone to share my pain, my grief. She said and cried. She get off the couch and walked to the bar in the mansion. She sat there and had a drink. She felt the taste to bitter but she continued drinking it one aftrr the another, as it was helping her to forget the harsh words of Raman.
In bhalla house, they had food in complete silence. Raman has very less food and went to sleep. Toshiji was going behind him but Mr bhalla stopped her.
Mr bhalla -yeh uski zindagi ki problem hai, let him deal.
Toshiji -but bhalla ji, woh bahut disturb hai. Hume uske saath rehna chahiye.
Mr bhalla -hum hai uske saath, but abhi ke liye isse akela chod do. He said to which toshiji nodded.
Soon it was night, Raman was looking at the clock again and again waiting for ishita but she was nowhere.
Raman was laying on the bed feeling restless turning here and there not able to sleep. He was closing his eyes again and again trying to sleep but in vain.
He got up and checked the time. Then walked to the window and look outside.
Raman -kahan hai yeh ladki, hadh hai carelessness ki. It's too late, abhi tak nahi aayi. But main kyun tension loon,ghoomti hai toh ghoomne do. Thinking so he was going back but was still feeling restless.
Finally he thought to call her, he picked his phone.he dialled her number but disconnected before it rings.
Raman throw the phone in anger and said -itna sab kuch ho gaya, usse ghar aana chahiye but no, she is nowhere. agar usse fark nahi padhta, toh mujhe bhi nahi padhta. Itni raat ho gayi, naa ghar aayi naa inform kiya. If she don't care to inform then I too don't care.he said and settled on the bed again to sleep but sleep was faraway from his eyes. He was thinking about their encounter.
How harshly he behaved with her and how she pushed him away. How her eyes got moist hearing the death curse for her. His eyes got closed getting sleepy and next second he saw her car loosing control and she had a brutal accident.
He opened her eyes at once screaming her name, he look around and got off the bed.
Raman-no, I can't wait. I have to go and find her. Pata nahi kahan hogi, kis haal mein hogi. He was thinking when his phone start ringing.
He picked the phone and said -hello.
Man -hello, is this Mr raman.
Raman -haan, bol raha hoon. Aap kaun??
Man -ishita iyer ko jaante hai ??
Raman -yes, she is my wife. Kya hua usse, woh thik hai naa.
Man-unka accident ho gaya hai, Main inspector verma bol raha hoon.
Raman -accident, kaise. Woh thik hai naa??
Cop-yes, she is fine. But unki car buri tarah damage ho gayi hai. She is drunk.
Raman -drunk??
Cop -bahut buri tarah. Bahut pee rakhi hai. I was about to file a case against her, he was saying when Raman said -i am coming. Saying so he hung the call and ran out of the house.
He reached the PS in an hour and saw ishita laying unconscious on the bench. He went to her and check her. She was all fine but fully drunk.
Raman got angry seeing her condition and said -hadh hai carelessness ki. Iss tarah sharab peekar gaadi kaun chalata hai. Saying so he turned when insoector verma came and said -inke father ki call aayi thi, we r not filing any case against her. U can take her home. Car inka driver le gaya.
Raman nodded and picked ishita in his arms. He walked out of PS thinking -ab yahin dekhna baaki reh gaya tha, peekar gaadi chala rahi ho. Naa khud ki fikar naa kisi aur ki. Will u ever change. Kabhi badlogi ishita, yaa hamesha mujhko aise hi hurt karti rahogi. He was thinking and put her in his car and drove towards their house while she was laying unconscious on the back seat of his car.
