" Today was very hectic , so many pending meeting, site visit I'm so tired . You know what Adi did.. "
like this Maan went on and on without looking at her properly . He started telling his day after entering house not for once glanced at her . Geet do appreciate it but she is littel hurt too . After all she got ready before his return and expected he would say something . But that something never came , his husband busy in his own world . He keep going on and on of every single thing of his office work . With much difficulty she controlled herself to stop him . He took out his mobile, watch and kept them on table.
" then at last Ms Shaina came , uff she is so irritating person...always busy to throw herself on me .. do you know what she di..."
" Maan you must be tired, go freshen up I will plate up dinner "
at last she couldn't take more and told him normally so that he won't feel bad . He nodded and went to washroom but before she went out he called out her from behind ..
" peach colour looking good on you , I mean everything look good on you but you should stop looking so beautiful, you know it's hard to look at you and control myself not to kiss you breathless . " even when he was saying it he didn't look at her " Better be careful next time. I am not saint ok.. "
with this he went in leaving her breathless without kissing . She couldn't help but blush hard and felt good . He and his unique way of saying things ,she can never get used to it . Now she understood why he was not looking at her , he was only trying to distract himself . As a woman and wife she felt desirable and be someone's desirable is good feeling.

" excuse me main ajeeb hoon " Geet raised her eye brow in question hearing him saying odd things about her . Both eating dinner but Maan seems I'm another world , thinking something hard . If only he ever give any expression she could have guess what he thinking .
" Maan what happened ? " with much hesitation she keep her hand on his .
" At least you know how to console someone " he looked at her hand and said with pout like a kid . Geet couldn't help but smiled , was about to take back her hand but Maan hold it tightly .

" Maan I know what is jealousy ." She stopped him frowning. ' what does he think of myself ? '

she tried to think something to say . Because she can't tell him truth that when he was telling her those she was in her own thoughts ...she was not listening him but was busy cursing him for not praising her.
" I was thinking to ask you but you were tired so I just leave it " somehow she managed get an excuse and told him although it didn't please Maan a bit.
" Jealousy is important for any relationship. Do you know I would never allow someone near you if he having bad intention. There you don't even care .."

she smiled looking at him , for the first time she found him cute . She so wanted to pull his check but stop . Maan has different way to say things but his feelings are same like others . She not fool to understand why he pressing this matter so hard . Like normal husband he too want to feel wanted ... jealousy insecurities all things come with this . When she didn't react hearing Sheena he felt bad , somehow he felt his wife doesn't care if he stays loyal or not .
" see i call her sexy but you again didn't react "
" you called her witch too " she pointed out .

" I trust you Maan " this time she held his hand and made him look at her .. " remember that day you told me you are one woman man and I trust those words . You can never do things which will disgrace our marriage . I can't see my husband with others but it's also true I trust my husband . And you know , who said I'm not jealous ..if i meet that Shaina Maina in any party , I will show her who am I "
she winked and his eyes twinkle in happiness. She again start eating but his next words made her frozen
" and I trust that one day you will love me ...after all trust is base of relation and love "
She tried to assure him on this but sadly she couldn't. She couldn't give him false hope when she not sure if she can ever fall in love again . She promised to work on them but love was not her option she ready to compromise that's it .
" I'm so hot charming , it will be hard to resist me "
somehow he sensed her dilemma and said those to make atmosphere light . It worked too " there is no doubt on it "
both start eating but this time Geet couldn't help but keep glancing at him ...no matter what she says something is not ones control , heart is one of those . Unknown to her Maan and his personality did make a big impact in her heart already ...

At late night Geet was trying to sleep but couldn't as Maan busy watching TV that too some serial . For past three hours he engrossed in TV forgetting every thing. She checked watch which showing 12.10 already but he not seem to care .
" Maan it's late .."
" just 20 minutes more ...let me finish this episode. It gonna be so interesting. I missed last night episode because of what you did "
he told in one go, that too keep glueing on TV screen before him . Geet atleast now know that he won't sleep till that damn thing end so she better not argue with him . She looked TV screen where a girl weeping floor and continuously crying , there other girl watching her smiling like evil hugging a man . Geet frowned , she may not addicted to serials but she saw these type scene 100 times before in many serial ...' how Maan tolerate this ? '

she didn't know Maan can be so possessive about serial but next moment she understood it as he looked at her as if saying shut up , even if his face expression less she understood well he didn't like her bad mouthing it . She didn't try to criticize more and try to watch same pathetic scene again .

" seriously he is the hero , who can't even stand for his wife and keep marrying random people. And that girl why he still doing with this pathetic man . She should leave him to Kamini . Vamps keep making innovative plan , they never stop ...such spirit even after loosing . " I got it for you vamps are best " seeing his list she understood he would go on and on so she stopped him and to her luck show ended . Even before he could change channel Geet snatch remote and trun TV off .
