Next morning, Ishra were sleeping cuddled in each other when their phone rang together.
They woke up hearing the ring and saw it was their mothers phone. Both look at each other with questioning eyes and picked the phone.
Ishita -haan amma. Itni subah subah.
Raman -hello maa.
Amma-ishu, u were right. Woh raman tumhare kaabil nahi hai.
Toshiji -u were right puttar, that ishita don't deserve u. both mother said simultaneously.
Ishra look at each other and got confused. both walked a little away from each other and start talking to their respective mother.
Ishita -what u wanna say, amma?
Raman -kehna kya chahti ho maa??
Amma - tujhe raman pasand nahi tha naa,tujhe tamil ladka chahiye tha naa. pareshan hone ki bilkul zarurat nahi, I have called off ur wedding with raman. Tere liye bahut achcha ladka dhoondhungi main.
Toshiji -i called off ur wedding with ishita. now I will find a nice punjabi girl for u, waise bhi u didn't like her. Tune haan sirf mere liye kaha tha naa, now I will not force u. Infact I, myself cancelled ur wedding with ishita.
Both said making Ishra shocked to no end and hung the call before ishra could say anything.
Ishra look at each other and ishita said -amma ne kaha,
Raman -that they called off the wedding.
Ishita nodded in yes all shocked, confused and worried. She was feeling many feelings together.
Ishita hugged Raman tight and said -ab kya hoga raman??
Raman -kya hoga se bhi jyada jaruri yeh janna hai ki hua kya hai. Kahin aisa toh nahi that they got to know about our secret love and now teasing us.
Ishita -i really wish ki aisa hi ho, I just can't take any problem now. She said getting worried.
Raman hugged her tight and said consoling her -kuch nahi hoga, kuch bhi nahi hoga. Just relax and call amma, Main bhi maa ko phone karta hoon, pata toh chale inn dono ko hua kya hai.
Ishita nodded and both called to their mothers.
Amma picked the call and said -kya hua??
Ishita -aap bolo kya hua, why u r cancelling my wedding with raman.
Amma -tujhe usse shaadi karni thi kya??
Ishita -nahi amma, but, she was saying when amma said -toh thik hai naa, I cancelled ur wedding with raman. Ab main tumhare liye ek achcha tam-bram ladka dhoondhungi. Waise bhi I never like that punjabi.
Ishita -amma, hua kya hai??
Amma -arey woh santoshi,what she think of herself. Ek toh uska ladka galat kaam karta hai aur koi puche bhi naa.arey I am ur mother, it's my right to ask about his going out.
Ishita -hua kya amma??
Amma -aaj savere santoshi told me that raman didn't went to Bangalore. Toh I asked Kahan gaya, aise kaise jhooth bol kar jaa sakta hai. What if he lie to u also after marriage. She start fighting,kaha that I don't trust her son. Arey Maine kaha that being a daughter's mother, mera darna natural but she start blaming me. Yeh kehne lagi ki mujhe nahi pata tu London jaa kar kya kar rahi hogi. Arey tumhara beta characterless hai toh meri beti par ungli uthaogi. I broke off the marriage, ab teri shaadi achche tamilian se karwaungi, tu bilkul chinta mat kar. BTW when u r coming back.
Ishita -in two days. She said all disheartened and amma hung the call.
Ishita turn to raman and saw him still on call making a serious face. She went to him and hugged him from back.
Raman felt wetness on his shirt and hung the call telling toshiji that he will call later.
He turned to her and she said -sab kuch barbaad ho gaya, Raman. Can kuch barbaad ho gaya. Hamare iss khel mein hamari shaadi ho khel ho gayi.
Raman cupped her face and said -jaan,kuch nahi hoga. Everything will be fine.
Ishita -kaise hoga fine, hamare jhooth ko wajah se hamara rishta toot gaya, Raman. Amma aur aunty ji mein bahut bada jhagda ho gaya hai, now they r not ready for our marriage. Jin logon ne hamare rishta joda tha, unn logon ne hi tod diya. She said and cried while Raman too was feeling guilty for messing up everything.
Raman -haan, maa ne bataya, unhe call aaya tha Bangalore se, and she got to know that I am not in Bangalore .she told same to amma and they had a huge fight and both start blaming us, amma mujhe characterless kehne lagi aur maa tumhe.
Ishita -ab kya hoga raman, main aapko kho nahi sakti. I just can't loose u. Aur agar kisi ne mujhe aapse alag karne ki koshish ki naa, I sure I will kill myself. Main maar dungi khud ko aur koi mujhe nahi bacha payega, Aap bhi nahi.
Raman -pagal ho gayi ho, kya bakwaas kar rahi ho. Samajh mein bhi aa raha hai kuch.
She hugged him tight and said -mujhe kuch samajh mein nahi aa raha. All I know is that I love u alot, Matlab alot se bhi jyada. Main aapko deewangi ki hadh tak pyaar karti hoon and can't see myself anywhere without u.
Raman -toh tumhe kya lagta hai, sirf tum mujhse pyaar karti ho, Main tumse nahi. I too love u like mad, nahi jee sakta pal bhar bhi tumhare bina. Tumhe lagta hai main tumhe aise hi jaane de dunga. Arey mazaak hai kya, kal shaadi fix ki, aaj tod diya. I will not let it happen, tumhe khud se alag nahi hone dunga, samjhi. He said hugging her tight to which she just nodded in yes.
Raman -good girl, now stop crying. Rone ka time nahi hai, we have to sort out this problem. Amma aur maa ko kisi bhi tarah convince karna hoga toh change their decision. We have to fight for our love and we will fight for it. Naa, he asked to which she nodded wiping her tears and hugged him tight.
