Whole day Geet keep running away from Deep as if he is some disease . As soon as she saw Deep, Maan's word come back to her ...' boring and both perfect ' this enough for her to run mile away . She didn't even sit with him when he offered her and went to last bench surprising everyone , one time she hide in washroom so that she won't have to face him . she surprised with her own stupid behaviour . Why she doing this ? She not know .
She never thought Deep more than classmate , he not even her good friend . But after hearing Maan she felt little uneasy seeing Deep at any place . Never in her dream she wants her name with Deep or anyone . Unknown to her She did effected by Maan's word .

" where is Robin ? " Maan asked as soon as he located his friend Sheena . She shrugged her shoulder not knowing
" mujhe kya pata... Tera pichle Janam ka bhai hai woh "
" shut up " he lightly slapped her , sitting beside her
" he is just my friend , just like others ..."
Sheena knows the reason of Maan and Robin's bonding , both have kinda same issue family , and somehow Maan can understand the former drug addicted boy more than anyone .
When no one dare to be friend wirh him , Maan went forward shocking everyone . And Maan is Maan didn't care what peoole think about him , from that time his group too accepted him without any question
" ya ya I know . Anyways back to you , What is cooking between you and that boring nerd Geet Handa ... "
" nothing " his answer came flatly ...
she raised her brow still processing the whole thing " so you made me lie to sleeping pill for no reason ? Do you know how many question he asked ? it was like I kidnapped his daughter . His question is just like his lecture ...neendh aagayi thi mujhe . " she made irritating face remembering last night then finally asked her doubt ..." waise ek baat bol , if im not wrong you were with her..."
" ahhh your parents called last night . Your father sounding quiet worried , bola ki tu ek subject mein fail hui ... I was wondering what will happen if I tell him you failed not one but three..."
now it's time for Maan to stop her and this is the only way he can do it . As expected Sheena punch him hard signaling his secret is safe with her as her with him . Their friendship is very strong to understand when they need to stop , what is their boundaries, where they should interfere, where shouldn't. And that's why Maan likes his friend more than his family .
" She is nice girl "
Sheena suddenly spoke up looking at Geet who was passing the same corridor where they were sitting . But stop as a girl's book fallen on floor and she went to help that girl .
" but she is not for you..." she completed with sad smile pointing behind them where Mr Handa talking to Deep very affectionately.
" As if i care " he announced loudly before going away from here .
" hope so " Sheena muttered after him looking Geet for last time.

At evening
" hey Mr Big bro Khurana what's up ...looking cool " his brother couldn't help but rolled his eyes at Maan's silly remarks .
" you seems happy today " Maan picked up an Apple and asked normally . His brother took the apple from him, without giving warning..
" hey it's mine "
" now mine " he took a bite proving his point making Maan sulking while he laughed at his face .
" relax just an apple yaar .. " he gave her another smiling ...
" today we got the deal man I'm so happy . You should come today . Dad was so happy, he was asking for you . And I had to lie . "
" you shouldn't lie...i already told him I'm not going . "
" Maan it's high time you should take interest in our business . Dad so worri..."
" it's his problem . I already told him last year I'm not joining his business ...he should stop trying . I'm not going to listen everything like some puppet. " he answered as matter of fact not caring how bad he is sounding .
" And I think it's time you should forget past and be civilise with Dad and Mom "
Maan stopped eating for some time then throw the apple through window and ready to go but his brother stopped him " Maan please . I know you are hurt , but they are sorry can't we be like normal family . Can't we ..."
" no we can't . " he turned around " it's easy for you to say because like me you were not abandoned..." the pain in his voice not to hard for him to understand.
Even he can't blame Maan to thinking like this but he only wants peace now ..for Maan for their parents. " they didn't abandoned yo..."
" of course they didn't. They just went aboard taking you with them, leaving me with Dadima ...gotten busy in business for years, forgetting they have a son . Then just one day they remembered their so called son and took me with them even when I didn't want to go . "
" we never forget you Maan trust me . Mom Dad we always love you , we always missed you . "
" really just tell me how many times you saw them calling me . You atleast called me every week they hardly do that . If they loved me they would have cared for me , not leaving me here ...they didn't have even try to call frequently ...are you calling this love ... "
" Maan it's not like that ...situation was ..."
" situation can be worse but i single call wouldn't have harm or cost much right "
he has no answer for Maan's question , he knows very well nothing can justify their parent's action ,still he wants his brother to get peace now , atleast after years Maan could get the love which he gotten from childhood . He loves his brother very much and he wants nothing more than his happiness. But in his eyes Maan is too stubborn to let go past .
" look Maan..."
" bro please let's not argue on this . We both know we don't agree in this matter . You won't stop praising them and I can't take those sorry . But let me tell you one thing , they can't control me "
Maan stated his statement very clear , not letting his brother to argue on it .
" they don't want to control you Maan. They just want you to get settle in career. Har parents yeh chats hai "
" har parents apne baccho ko khush dekhna chate hai . But not mine . Did they cared when they left me here? , did they cared when they took me forcefully no they didn't. They did what they wanted , for once never asked what I want . What will make me happy . For them it's only their wish their happiness. Where was mine ? I'm telling you last time bro they can't force me more . I'm not that Maan, i won't let them do their will . I'm not joining damn business no matter what " giving final words he left from there to his room .
Just then his brother noticed their parent's standing few feet away with sad and guilty face .
