I had to go back and read the prologue and the first chapter again. The Khushi in them is so different! I love how beautifully you have brought out the differences between a woman who is caught being a dutiful daughter-in-law and a woman in love.

The red jumpsuit, the high heels, designer bag...none of which I envisioned the Khushi from the first chapter, wearing. Was she forced to being something that she was not? The pressure of being a rich businessman's wife?

Arnav's comes across as an honorable, concerned man. And a bachelor!! Hmm...that now makes me really wonder why Arnav and Khushi did not get married. Couldn't she get a divorce? Is she hiding from Shyam, perhaps? I am sure you will reveal the mystery at your own pace. Meanwhile, we will take pleasure in reading what you see fit to tell us. 😊

Very sweet chapter. What ever Arnav felt for her, she also felt the same for him. Otherwise she would not have come. Yes, she has already suffered and trying to find solace outside her home. Hope she returns tomorrow to unburden her sorrow.
