Finally it was evening, the day for which all were waiting since long has finally came. They day when Ishra was about to get tied in an unbreakable bond,the bond of marriage. Mr bhalla and appa was busy in checking out the last minute arrangements while Toshiji was making sure that Ishra got ready in time.
Toshiji went to ishita's room and saw her sitting infromt of the mirror wearing the heavy peach colour lehenga with matching accessories while the make up artist was tying her hair in a beautiful bun.
Ishita saw toshiji and said -achcha hua aap aa gayi maa, Main kaisi lag rahi hoon.
Toshiji came close to ishita and saw her thouroughly. She cupped her face and planted a feather kiss on her temple.
Toshiji -bahut sonni lag rahi hai, ekdum hoor jaisi. Matarani tujhe hamesha khush rakhen. She said happily making ishita smile too.
Toshiji -tere liye kaleerein laayi hoon, isse pehen le. Phir jiske sar par yeh girega.samajh lena agli shaadi uski hogi.
Ishita -aap hi pehna do, maa.waise bhi yeh aapka haq hai.
Toshiji -haq toh saara mera ho hai, tujhe kaleerein pehnane ka bhi, aur chooda pehnane ka bhi. Kyunki meri maa, aur sasu maa, dono main hoon. She said and start making ishita wear the kaleerein.
Ishita smiled fully wearing it and said -yeh kitna sundar hai, maa.
Toshiji -bahut, but meri gudiya se jyada nahi. Chal jaldi se ready ho jaa, then I will come to take u for marriage. Saying so she was going when ishita said -maa.
Toshiji turned back and ishita hugged her tight.
Ishita -i love u maa.
Toshiji kissed her hair and said -love u too puttar.
Ishita kisses her cheek and said -u know maa,aap best ho.
Toshiji just smiled and went while ishita sat again to get her hair done.after meeting ishita, toshiji thought to check Raman also, as she want to talk to him before the marriage. Thinking so she went towards Raman's room.
Raman was getting ready wearing his sherwani when there was a knock on the door.raman opened the door and said -maa Aap??
Toshiji -haan puttar, dekhne aayi thi, tu ready hua yaa nahi.
Raman -dekh lo maa,how ur puttar is looking in wedding outfit.
Toshiji saw him from top to bottom and said -bahut sonna lag raha hai, puttar. Nazar naa lage, matarani tum dono ko hamesha khush rakhen.
Raman hugged his mother and said -khush toh hum rahenge hi maa, after all we have such a loving and caring mother.
Toshiji smiled and said -actually puttar,i want to talk with u, something important. Bolun??
Raman -ofcourse maa, yeh bhi koi puchne wali baat hai. He said and Toshiji sat on the couch.
Toshiji made raman sit next to herself and was being reluctant to start the convo when Raman said-kya baat hai maa??
Toshiji -actually mujhe tujhse bahut jaruri baat karni hai,ishita ke baare mein.
Raman -sona ke baare mein?? Boliye.
Toshiji -actually today I have come as her mother not urs, and want something from u for my daughter. Tu dega naa.
Raman -haan maa, Aap bolo toh.
Toshiji -woh actually, woh actually. She was fumbling with words when Raman said -bolo naa maa??
Toshiji -actually I don't want u two to plan ur baby soon, she said in a go looking down while Raman got confused hearing that from Toshiji.
Raman -iska kya matlab hai maa,we r just getting married today, bachche ki baat kahan se aa gayi.
Toshiji -haan I know, tumhe meri baat ajeeb lagegi but yeh bahut zaruri baat hai.
Raman -aap kehna kya chahti hai maa, tell me clearly.
Toshiji -actually main nahi chahti ki tum dono jaldi baby plan Karo. Dekh puttar, ishita tujhse bahut pyaar karti hai and she did many sacrifices for u. Tere liye usne apna career chod diya, pehle appa entrance, phir London aane ke liye Delhi mein padhayi. Tere saath rehne ke liye usne interior decoration ka course kar liya, Jisme usse koi khaas interest nahi tha, but still she joined it, just to be with u. Tu samajh rahi hai naa.
Raman -ji maa.
Toshiji -phir hum aa gaye, shaadi ki baat le kar. Though both of u were not agreeing but finally agreed just for us. Tum dono ki abhi umar nahi hai shaadi ki but still u two agreed for us. Toh shaadi toh tum dono ki hai jayegi. I know u will support ishita but shaadi mein jyada responsibility biwi ko hoti hai.tum toh apne career banane mein lag jaoge but I want u to give ishita the same opportunity for her career too. Agar bachcha jaldi plan karoge toh woh apne career mein establish nahi ho payegi, will happily give her career for ur sake, for our happiness aur yeh main nahi chahti. I want u two to plan baby only after she get settled in her career.usse uska career bana lene dena, phir baby ke baare mein sochna. Tu samajh rahi hai naa meri baat. She asked looking at Raman while he was just looking at her.
Seeing no response from Raman, toshiji said -tujhe bura toh nahi lagaa naa puttar.
Raman hold toshiji's hand and said -u know maa, aap kab aish baatein karti ho naa. I start respecting u a little more. Socha toh Maine bhi yahin tha but aapke muh se yeh sunn kar, Main bata nahi sakta kitna khush hoon. Main khud yeh maanta hoon ki sona left everything for me and she will be my first priority always but aapka yeh kehna. I just love u more maa, I just love u more. He said and took his mother in a tight hug. Toshiji smiled and said caressing his cheek -jeeta reh puttar, hamesha khush reh.
Raman -jiski maa Aap ho, woh kaise khush nahi rahega. He said and kissed toshiji's temple.
Toshiji -achcha ab ready ho jaa, pandit ji thodi der mein bulayenge.
Raman nodded and Toshiji went out.
Soon Raman was called, he went and sat in the mandap. Pandit ji start chanting mantras and told toshiji to bring ishita. She nodded and went.
After a while, toshiji bring ishita with her. All eyes went to ishita who was glowing in the peach heavy embroidered lehenga along with a red dupatta on her head. Raman was just looking at her smiling not able to take his eyes off, his beautiful bride while ishita was just walking very slowly looking down knowing well that every eyes is on her only.

Toshiji was taking ishita to sit when the girls came running and told her to shake her kaleerein over them.ishita look at toshiji and she nodded.
Ishita shaked her kaleerein and it fell on candy. All smiled and went happily while Toshiji took ishita towards the mandap. She made ishita sit next to raman and pandit ji started the wedding rituals.
He gave varmaala to Ishra and they happily exchanged it. Then they sat together and pandit ji start chanting mantras while both sat folding their hands.
Pandit ji called appa for kanyadaan. He sat and kanyadaan started
He gave ishita's hand in Raman's making ishita cry.
Appa kissed her temple and said -dont cry kanna, I know Raman will keep u happy and safe, just like I did and may be even more happy.
Ishita cried hugging her father while he was just consoling her.then Ishra got up for taking rounds around the sacred fire. They took the pheras hand in hand.then both sat and pandit ji gave sindoor to Raman. He filled her partition and she closed her eyes feeling the moment.
At last pandit ji gave him the mangalsutra and he made her wear it, making her as his forever. Ishita looked at him and both shared a serene smile while pandit ji announced them as husband and wife.
