Raman opened the door for ishita and she came out nervously. Though she was acting to be strong but she was just a bundle of nerves. She was constantly praying to her murugan to keep everything fine. She don't want Raman to know ipsita's intention and hurt him.
Raman -aao ipsita, what u r thinking??
Ishita nodded and came out holding his hand. Raman smiled as ipsita hardly hold his hand.
Both walked inside while ishita was pretty nervous and her nervousness increased seeing the crowd. She gulped her saliva and said -itne saare log??
Raman -haan, for ur birthday. He said and was going inside when ishita said -please stay with me.
Raman -arey I am here only, why u r being so uncomfortable today??
Ishita -nahi, aisi toh koi baat nahi. It's my birthday naa, so I just want u to be with me.
Raman -main toh hoon hi tumhare saath. He said and both walked inside. All wished ishita and she too got happy getting so many wishes while Raman was just admiring her.
Raman -i don't know what's the reason but aaj tum badli badli lag rahi ho. U r not the confident ipsita, but sweet and simple ipsita, jisse maine kabhi dekha hi nahi jaana hi nahi. And to be true I am liking this ipsita more then the bindaas one.he was thinking when all called him for the cake cutting ceremony.
Raman took her to the table and she cut the cake. All clapped for her and she fed a small piece to Raman, he too fed her cake. She looked at him and thought -may be this is the time I can hug him with all my heart, even if it's just for once. She thought and hugged Raman tight. She closed her eyes and said -thank u Raman, thank u so much for this.
Raman smiled hearing her and closed his eyes feeling her touch. Though they have hugged many times before also but today he was actually feeling her warmth and his heart was filled with her love.
They stayed in each other's arms for sometime when all the friends hooted for them. They broke the hug in embarrassment and soon all were on the dance floor dancing like mad.
Ishita too danced with them for sometime but then went and stood in a corner. She start sipping juice while thinking about her sister's life. How easily she got gelled with everyone and has so many friends while she has noone. Only her family wished her since morning but in evening she got so many wishes jusy because she is acting like ipsita.though she was enjoying all this but was sad too as it was not her.
Ishita -main inki iss group ka hissa nahi hoon, I am just a stranger here.she was thinking when a guy came and said -hey ipsita, why u r standibg here, let's go and dance.
Ishita -no thanks, I am fine here.
He came closer and said -come on ipsita, don't be a spoil sport, kitna achcha music hai, let's enjoy. He said touching her making her uncomfortable. She look for raman for help but he was busy in dancing with other girls. Before ishita can say anything, the boy took her to the dance floor and start dancing with her.
The boy was hugging her and was dancing holding her by waist, everyone cleared the dance floor seeing them dancing, everyone was applauding for them, even Raman was also hooting for them. Ishita was surprised seeing raman not a bit possesive for ipsita. She was lost in thoughts while the boy was busy in dancing with her touching her inappropriately. Though it was normal for ipsita but ishita was being conscious and awkward. Lastly she couldn't take it anymore and went pushing him a little. Everyone was startled by her sudden act.
Raman -wait, let me check. Today she is behaving differently. I think gussa hai mujhse kisi baat par. Saying so he went while all start dancing again.
Raman went to her and saw her standing holding the railing. He touched her shoulder and she turned and hugged him tight. Raman's shirt got wet in no time and he understood that she is crying. He was shocked seeing her crying when she said -please drop me home, I am not feeling good here. Mujhe aana hi nahi chahiye tha, please drop me home raman. She was saying and crying, when raman broke the hug and said -ishita??
Ishita looked at him all horrified and nodded in yes.
His instant reaction was, u cut ur hair, shit yaar I loved ur long hair.
Ishita look at him and said - kaate nahi hai, bas tuck kiye hai.
Raman sighed in relief and then said -tum yahan, toh ipsita Kahan hai?? And why u came dressed up like ipsita??
Ishita was tongue tied not knowing what to answer when he asked again.
Ishita thought for a while and said -woh akka ki tabiyat thodi kharab thi, toh she send me, she don't want to hurt u. Aap please bura mat maanna.
Raman smiled and said -aap?? Really ishita, we r classmates. Classmates ko aap kaun kehta hai.
Ishita look down feeling embarrassed.
Raman -no no, don't be embarrassed. It's actually cute. U talk cutely. And I am not going to feel hurt, actually I am feeling good that both of u did so much for me. Ipsita ki jyada tabiyat kharab hai. Shall I call her??
Ishita -nahi nahi, she was sleeping. Let her rest. Aap mujhe ghar drop kar do bas,actually main khud hi chali jaati hoon.
Raman -why u want to go, enjoy with us, it's ur birthday too.
Ishita -haan hai toh, but I don't like all this. Mere liye toh birthday ka Matlab hai, bas main aur mera koi special, Ek chota cupcake. Which both of us will share.
Raman -omg, so u have someone special too, u never told us.
Ishita -koi nahi hai, it's just my thought, I like it that way.
Raman -wow,u know u r more romantic then ur akka, usse toh bas dhoom dhadhaka chahiye. I told her many times to celebrate our happiness within ourselves but she always want proper celebration. Anyway, come I drop u home.
Ishita -main chali jaaungi, Aap party enjoy karo. She said pulling her dress for the nth time.
Raman -i can feel ur discomfort ishita, I can't let u go alone. Waise bhi tum mere saath aayi thi, toh tumhe drop karna bhi meri responsibility hai. Come with me. He said holding her by her waist. Ishita look at him and smiled.
Raman -kya hua??
Ishita -kuch nahi. She said and went inside with him.
Raman went inside and said -hey guys, we r going. Sabke saath party ho gayi, now we will party alone. Tum sab party karke chale jaana. OK. He said to all shouted, Okay.
Raman was going out when one of his friend call him and said -aaj toh kiss kar hi lena, it's more then an year since ur relationship and u guys haven't kissed yet. Toh aaj kar lena, waise bhi it's her birthday, gift her ur first kiss .he said to which Raman went nodding.
Raman -ab tumhe kaise bataun, yeh ishita hai ipsita nahi. How can I kiss her. He went out taking ishita thinking and smiling.
