Author's note-finally I am here with first part of this story, this one is specially for sharmilasairam, who turned Goldie and want this story's updt as gift. So here I am with its first part, enjoy. But before that have a look on the prologue.
PART 1
Raman picked the little girl in his arms and took her to his car. He placed her gently on the seat and start driving. In sometime, he reached the hospital. He picked the baby in his arms and took her inside.
Raman looked for doctor and said -anybody here, somebody help. He shouted and a compounder came with a Doctor.
Doc -yes??
Raman -doctor yeh bachchi mere gaadi ke saamne aa gayi thi, please check her.
Doc -sorry, yeh toh accident case hua. I can't treat her.
Raman -dekhiye Isse chot nahi lagi hai car se. Aap please isse treat kijiye, aur waise bhi kya yeh sab rules and regulations kisi ki zindagi se badh kar hai.
Doc-but it's police case.
Raman -i am informing police, u please treat her. Choti bachchi hai, pata nahi kya hua hai. Please check her. He said to which doctor nodded and took the baby girl inside. While Raman called the police and informed about the accident.
Soon police reached there and asked about the baby girl. Doctor informed that she don't have any injury but fainted due to hunger. She is hungry since 48 hours.
Cop-48 hours is a long time, I think yaa toh bachchi kho gayi hai yaa phir kisi ne iska kidnap kiya hoga aur nikal bhaagi hogi. Kahan mili aapko yeh bachchi.
Raman -raaste par, I was driving and she came out of nowhere. I press break and she fainted, may be due to fear.
Cop -ok thanks, now u can go if u want. Hum bachche ke parent ko dhoondh kar usse unke hawale kar denge.
Raman -thank inspector. He said and was going but turned and said to the doc -can I see her once.
Doctor nodded and raman walked to the room. He saw the little girl laying on the bed while IV was attached to her. He sat on her bed and smiled seeing her. She was a little girl of an year or little big. She was milky white with tinge of pinkness on her face. He took her little hand in his and said -i don't know u bachcha, but want u to reach ur parent safely. God bless u bachche. He said and kissed her hand. Then he went out and said giving his number to the doctor and cop too-this is my number, jab yeh bachchi thik ho kar chali jayegi apne parent ke paas do inform me.
Both nodded and raman went. Though he don't want to leave the little girl but can't even stay there as he was Noone to her.
On the other hand, in Mumbai, ishita was still sitting in her office looking at her phone waiting for cop's phone saying, they got her daughter. She has a house to go but that house is not her home without her daughter. So was waiting for any info about Ruhi.
In Delhi, Raman reached his home and Toshiji asked him about being late. He told her about the baby. She too prayed for her and both settle to have dinner.
Raman -papa kahan hai??
Toshiji -he slept early, tu bhi kha kar so jaa. She said to which he nodded and went to his room finishing his dinner.
Two days passed, Raman didn't go to check on the girl thinking she must have gone to her parent. He was busy in his meeting when he received a phone. He picked it and said -hello.
Doc -mr bhalla, it's Dr prasant. U remember u left a baby girl in our hospital.
Raman -haan, kya hua usse??
Doc -usse hosh aa gaya and she is crying bitterly. Kuch kha bhi nahi rahi and is just crying.
Raman -sorry but what can I do in this. Call the cops, he will look after the matter.
Doc -i am calling him but he is not answering my call. Maine unke police station bhi phone kiya, they r telling me to keep the baby till then they r searching her parent. I can't keep her here for long since its a private hospital. Aur usne ro ro kar bura choas macha rakha hai. Aap aayenge toh th hai,warna main iss bachchi ko police station yaa orphanage bhejwa dunga.
Raman -no no, don't do that. I am coming. He said and went to the hospital adjourning the meeting.
He reached the hospital and then to her room. She was sitting on her bed and crying still in her dirty clothes, her bed was filled with her urine and was smelling. Raman made a face seeing that but couldn't see her crying like this.
He called for the nurse and scolded her for the carelessness.
Nurse -koi hai toh nahi Iska, koi payment bhi nahi hui hai iske liye, why we will do anything for her.
Raman -please change her clothes, give her bath, I will pay for it.
Nurse -par kapda toh laana hoga. Aur soup bhi.
Raman -u give me the list, I will bring everything and will pay u something extra for doing this.
She nodded and give him the list. He went to bring the things while nurse took her to freshen up.
After fifteen minutes, he was back with the things and nurse made her ready.raman looked at her and smiled seeing her smiling showing her tiny teeth.
Raman picked her in his arms and said -now u r looking like princess. He said while she start rubbing his chest looking for milk.
Raman -she is hungry, can u please arrange for milk.
Nurse nodded and soon showed up with milk in bottle. Raman was giving the baby to nurse but she didn't go to her but hide more into Raman.
Raman -aap rehne dijiye, mujhe de dijiye. He said and took the bottle. He started feeding her and she start sucking the milk hungrily. Raman was looking at her while she soon slept having her tummy filled. Raman tried to keep her back but she start crying. Seeing her crying he picked him again when doctor entered.
Doc -glad u came, Mr bhalla. Ab bataiye kya Karna hai, I talked with the inspector, he told me to keep her here as they r still searching for her parent. Maine baat ki apne official se,they can't keep her here free of cost. I have talked about her in the orphanage, and they r ready to take her. Toh orphanage mein bhej diya jaaye isse. He asked to which Raman thought for a while and nodded agreeing to let the baby girl go.
