Raman was busy in meeting while his phone was ringing again and again making him irk to no end. He was disconnecting the phone again and again but at last picked the phone and said in irrutation-hello,whose this, don't u get I am busy. he was saying when he heard scared voice of laajo chachi saying, sahab woh ishita beta.
Raman got alerted hearing about ishita and said -kya hua, ishita ko kya hua. She is fine naa.
Laajo chachi -nahi sahab, aap jaldi se city hospital aa jaiye. Jaldi aaiye sahab. She said worriedly making Raman scared too.
Raman -kya hua chachi, kiski tabiyat kharab hai. Ishita, ishita toh thik hai naa. He asked and heard her crying.
Hearing the crying he got more worried and said -kya hua chachi, boliye naa. Kya hua.
Laajo chachi -ishita beta chatt se kud gayi, Raman sahab.
Kya, Raman could utter this much only.
Laajo chachi -yes, ishita jumped off the roof. She said making Raman shocked to no end. He start sweating and he asked -but kya hua, aise achanak.
Laajo chachi -pata nahi, woh mere saath baithi thi, Main ek minute ke liye neeche aayi and she jumped off the roof. We took her to hospital, treatment shuru ho gaya hai, aap jaldi se aa jaiye.
Raman -ok OK, Main aata hoon. I am just coming. He said and ran out of the conference hall leaving the meeting in mid.
He settled in his car and start driving towards city hospital while his mind went on the incidents of the past week.
Flashback
Raman took ishita home after party and she slept in the car only feeling tired. Raman was driving the car and caressing her face softly in between. He pecked her temple and thanked matarani for keeping ishita safe. He pulled her more into himself and continued driving. He was thankful to laajo chachi for giving ishita, her mobile. And was thinking that why he himself never think of it. He thought to buy a phone for ishita to keep her in touch. He stopped at a shop and picked a phone for ishita. He took the sim and get it started.
Then he went back to his mansion and took ishita inside. He make her sleep comfortably after changing her clothes and himself went to laajo chachi. He thanked her for teaching ishita so much and also told her that how nicely ishita behaved in the party. She even thanked chachi for giving ishita, her mobile .laajo chachi was happy knowing ishita was improving. Later Raman went to sleep and slept cuddled in ishita.
Next day, Raman gifted ishita the mobile making her too happy. She happily learned many apps and start working on mobile. She use to call raman anytime and they use to talk for long anything and everything.
On the other hand, Raman started searching for the detective who was spying on them.
Everything was going normal when one day raman took ishita to the doctor. Ishita was being treated while Raman was waiting for her when some of his important clients came for meeting. He don't wanted to go leaving ishita but went on doctor's assurance.
After four hours, Raman came back and took ishita along. From that day he observed that ishita is being unusually silent. She use to talk less and always lost in thoughts. Raman tried to talk to her but she didn't said anything.
Two -three days passed like this, at first raman was thinking that she is being silent as she is recovering but slowly he start getting sad by her silence. She was just sitting all day lost in thoughts. Raman was trying to cheer her up, to make her talk with him but she wasn't opening up. Today raman has thought to take ishita to her doctor when he got the news of hef jumping off the roof.
Flashback end
Raman -mujhe lag raha tha ki koi baat hai joh ishita ko pareshan kar rahi hai but I never knew that the thing is so huge that she may try to kill herself. Hey matarani, meri ishita ko please thik rakhna, uske siva mera koi nahi hai. Uski joh bhi problem hai woh mujhe de dena. Bas usse thik rakhna, please matarani. Meri ishita ko kuch mat hone dena. He was praying to almighty and driving.
Soon he reached the hospital and ran inside. He asked about ishita and ran to the OT. He saw many helps were standing there,many were crying while many were praying for ishita. Raman ran to them and all went to raman .
Raman -kaise hua chachi yeh??
Laajo chachi -dont know sahab, Main aur ishita beta chatt par the.main kapde daal rahi thi while she was just sitting silently. I was talking to her while she was silent. Phir achanak uska hone baja, and picked the phone and was listening, now talking. Mujhe lagaa aapka phone hai, toh main hatt gayi wahan se, aur phir achanak kuch girne ki awaaz aayi. I turned to see and got shocked seeing ishita in the ground in mid of the pool of blood. She said and cried bitterly.
Laajo chachi -meri koi galti nahi hai sahab, mujhe nahi pata ishita beta ke yeh kyun kiya.
Raman -aao please mat roiye, I know it's not ur fault. Actually it's my fault. Mains hi dhyaan nahi diya ki woh kisi cheez se pareshaan hai. Dhyaan diya hota toh shayad yeh sab nahi hota. He said and walked towards OT. He tried to look at ishita through the hole but couldn't see her. He was hanging on the door when nurse came out and said -kya hua, kyun aap aise door par gir rahe hai. See we r doing our work, please don't disturb us.
Raman -i just want to see how's my wife.
Nurse -see is critical, sar par chot aayi hai. Khoon bhi bahut nikal gaya hai but we r trying out best, bhagwaan par bharosha rakhiye. She said and went inside while Raman crushed on the floor. He hide his face in his palm and said -bhagwaan par hi toh bharosha nahi hai. Wahin toh hai joh har baar mujhse mera sab kuch cheen lete hai. Ishita, kyun kiya aisa. Kyun apni raman ko akele chod diya. Ishita, please be OK bachcha, ur raman just can't live without u. He said and cried hugging himself. All his helps were looking at him with helpless eyes while Raman was sitting on the floor crying bitterly for ishita.
An hour passed like this, Raman was still sitting on the floor looking at the bulb when the bulb finally switched off. He got up hopefully and looking for someone to come out and gave him some good news.
Finally after few minutes, doctor came out. Raman went to him and asked about ishita.
Doc -chot toh gehri thi but humne stitches lagaa diye hai. Jab hosh aayega tab pata chalega ki kya position hai. Tab tak hum kuch nahi keh sakte.
Raman -meri biwi bach toh jayegi naa.
Doc nodded in yes and said -woh bach toh gayi hai but iss accident ka kya asar hua hai yeh toh uske hosh mein aane par hi pata chalega. Mujhe toh hairaani iss baat ki ho rahi hai ki ishita ne aisa kiya hi kyun. Woh toh kitni khush thi tumhare saath, she was improving, phir achanak yeh.
Raman -mujhe khud samajh nahi aa raha, kyun kiya usne aisa. Koi takleef thi, kuch bhi tha, she should have talked to me once, itna bada step le liya. She tried to kill herself, kyun kiya usne aisa. I am just not getting.
Doc -i think we should call the police. Yeh bahut badi baat hai, she attempted suicide.
Raman -police, Kahin woh log usse pakad kar naa le jaaye. Attempting suicide is an offence.
Doc -u r understanding raman, I think someone has provoked her aur issliye usne itna bada kadam uthaya, iski jadh tak jaana jaruri hai warna ishita dobara aisa kar sakti hai. He said to which Raman said -nahi nahi, don't say like this. Bulaiye police ko, Main bhi jaanna chahta hoon ki ishita ne aisa kyun kiya. Why she tried to kill herself. He said to which doctor nodded and was going when Raman asked -can I see her once??
Doc -unhe abhi room mein shift kar diya jayega then u can see her stay with her. Saying so he went while Raman just nodded and sat down waiting for ishita to be shifted in the room.
