Shanti teacher-luv letter spoiler??

I read the spoiler abt Shanti teacher being doubted by Rakesh regardin the luv letter tat it is for lochan sir.. I have jus seen a bit of the episode,where Shanti mam takes the luv letter with her,so spoiler mite b true..Shanti mam tells Naina she can guess its for Sameer coz hes the only one who's left to delhi now.. how can Rakesh doubt Shanti mam regardin this If Delhi is mentioned if the spoiler is true 😕 cvs kuch bhi 😭
