Hi friends back with next update .
Part 2
Raman requested Mr and Mrs iyer to let him meet ruhi but ishita was adamant , she took ruhi to her room and locked IG from inside ,Mr and Mrs iyer told her many times to open the door but she didn't finally Raman went back to his house ,dejectedly . He reached his house and threw himself in the couch like a lost soul .His mother saw him like this and asked giving him tea ," what happened puttar ,you went to meet ruhi na ,did you meet her ".
R- no ma ,ishita is very behaving very adamantly ,she is not at all allowing me to see ruhi .
T- how can she do like this ,ruhi us our kid . ok you go and change ,tomorrow we all will go and talk to Mr and Mrs iyer ,how ishita can behave like this .
Raman nodded and went to his room with slow steps while toshiji felt bad seeing her sons condition .
Next day Mr and Mrs Bhallas along with Raman went to iyer house . They welcomed them wholeheartedly ,all settled in couch ,they all were looking at each other ,waiting for other to start the conversation .After sometimes toshiji asked " where is ruhi ".
Mrs iyer - ishita has taken her to near by temple .
Toshiji thought for sometimes then spoke "madhu we are here to talk about ruhi,know madhu what happened was not good,but if you had lost your daughter we too have lost our daughter in law . My first and elder daughter-in- law, we all loved her like just like you do . it was our bad luck that it happened in our house but our loss is bigger than you.You people had married her and send her to our house ,now she was a member of our family.Just place yourself in our place and assume what we must be going through . She was Raman's wife ,just think he had lost his partner what he must be going through and you people are going on blaming him for his own wife's death ,not even letting him meet his own daughter .Is this right .
M- I understand your point ,but what to ishita is being too possessive towards ruhi .this all is happening because of her appa and Raman only ,these two had spoiled her much ,agreeing with all her weird wish .Whenever she said this baby is mine,they agreed,saying of course its yours ,now she is doing same ,even she fight with us too for her .She has quit talking to me from yesterday as I tried to make her understand Raman's POV and told her to send ruhi with you people .
Mr iyer -Let her be with ruhi for some days ,may be she herself will agree to give ruhi to your people .
T- and what about Raman ,he has already lost his wife and is craving for his daughter .
Mr iyer - you people are right but the problem is her sister's death is a big blow for her .moreover only she is taking care of ruhi from the time she us born thats why she is bit more attached to ruhi .
Mr Bhalla - I agree with all your all the points but you should think about us also . Our house is so silent and empty as if its hunted ,at least there will be some sounds of crying and giggling if ruhi will come to our house .
M- I m getting your point but ishu is not in house,let her come ,I will try to make her understand .
They were talking when ishita entered with sleeping ruhi in one hand and prasad in other hand while a small bag was on her shoulder containing ruhi's stuff . She saw bhalla's and her expression changed , she walked to them and bend to take their blessings, still holding Ruhi in her hand . Toshiji blessed her and opened her arms for ruhi ,ishita hesitated for a moment then gave ruhi to Mrs bhallas when Amma eyed her . Toshiji took ruhi in her arms and hugged her close to her heart,then dropped numerous kisses on her little face ,breaking the sleep of little ruhi . She started crying at the top of her voice ,ishita immediately went to kitchen and made milk for ruhi ,then came running to them . Till then ruhi was going on crying though toshiji was trying her hard to conjole her .
Ishita walked to them ,toshiji forwarded her hand for milk bottle but ishita denied ,she told that ruhi is tired,she will have her milk after her massage . Saying so she took ruhi from toshiji and went to her room . Amma saw toshiji with pleading eyes while she was surprised with behavior . The chirpy and naughty ishita who was the kid of both the house , has now become so responsible and caring . Being elderly , mother of two two kids ,they didn't realized that ruhi must be tired and was about to feed her directly but ishita took care of it . Soon ruhi stopped crying , toshiji got up and went to check ishru , amma too accompanied her,they peeped inside ishita's room and find her massaging ruhi ,talking to her while ruhi was looking to her,sucking her little fist, moaning in between as if she was really very tired . Soon she was done with the massage ,then dressed ruhi nicely ,then fed her and soon she slept peacefully , ishita then lays ruhi in the bed and surrounded her with cushions ,covering her nicely . She then pecked her little temple and climbed down the bed to keep things to their places .
Then she took ruhi cloths and was going to arrange them when amma and toshiji entered the room ,she saw them and spoke " come auntiji baithiye na ".
Toshiji and amma settled in bed and amma spoke " ishu santoshi wants to talk to you ".
I- boliye aunty .
Toshiji so wanted to ask ruhi from ishita but seeing her affection and care towards ruhi ,she was unable to find words to tell the same . After much time she spoke " ishita puttar I know you are taking care of ruhi as your own daughter ,but puttar try to understand , one day you will get married and then ultimately ruhi will have to go to my house . So why don't you give ruhi now itself . "
I- ok will give her to you but tell me who will take care of her ,you yourself are always sick ,you will take care of yourself of ruhi and besides you ,you people don't have any lady to take care of her and I don't have a bit trust of her careless father ,who was partying carelessly leaving his sick wife and infant in his home .
M- ishita why are you being adamant, ruhi is their kid and they have all the right on her .
I- no she is my sisters baby ,who died because of their son's carelessness , here in our house we didn't let her walk much because of her wound and their she was allowed to climb the steps . She don't move much here and there she was doing her work of own .
T- ishita don't blame us puttar for wrong deeds ,we never let your sister do any work ,she was just taking care if her and ruhi ,but it was our bad luck the the accident happened in our house .
I- thats what I m saying ,may be you people were caring but it was not enough and my sister died ,leaving her two months daughter alone . I can't leave my little baby like this .
A- but ishita you have to give ruhi to them as we want to do your marriage and no boy will marry a girl who is taking care of a baby .
I- who told you that I m going to marry . Amma earlier also I don't wanted to marry buy now its impossible ,I m not marrying to anyone leaving my baby .
T- but puttar at least think about Raman ,she us his daughter .
I- no I will not ,he should go and party na ,now he don't have any responsibilities .
A(angrily )- ishu now you are going overboard ,stop you rubbish talks and pack ruhi's things .
I- no I will not and if you people will force me ,I will elope with ruhi .
Amma and toshiji were shocked listening to her ,fearing of her action , they came out of ishitas room and informed same ,listening to which Raman too got angry and spoke " till now I was silent thinking she is sad but now she is being stubborn ,now will take my daughter back st any cost . chalo ma ,we have talked to them a lot now we will take ruhi with another way .
Saying so he was gone ,Mr and Mrs Bhallas too followed him slowly while ishita's parents were in deep thinking , they were fearing of bhalla's action and thought to talk to ishita again .Few more days passed like this , amma appa were trying to make ishita understand while she was not agreeing at any condition .
Today morning ishita was having her breakfast ,holding little ruhi in her arms when amma spoke " ishu give ruhi to me,at least have your breakfast nicely ".
Ishita gave ruhi to amma and had her breakfast nicely ,then took ruhi and was going to upstairs when door bell rang , she was going to open the door when Amma stopped her and went to open the door .The post man passed an envelope to her and went ,Mrs iyer opened the envelop and spoke ," ishita Raman has send legal notice ".
I- legal notice for what ,ruhi's custody .
A- yeah .
I- unhe Jo karna hai kar le but I m not going to give my baby to that drunkard.
A- ishu how can you talk like this ,we can't stop Raman for taking ruhi's custody ,he is her father .
I- that doesn't make any difference ,if he would had a nice caring father ,I had given my lil baby to him happily but now I can't rely on him for ruhi .
Saying so Ishita went upstairs taking ruhi in her arms while amma got worried thinking Ishita is fighting unnecessarily as she don't have any lawful right on ruhi .At the same time amma received toshiji call ,both the ladies started sharing their pain .
T- madhu I tried to make him understand a lot but he didn't listened me and had send a legal notice to you people ,you people please don't mind , you know na he is not in his sane mind .
M- even I tried to make ishu understand but she don't want to listen anything , she is adamant that she will not give ruhi to raman .
T- I think I had a solution for this ,its just my thinking but we will implement only if you people agree .
M- tell na ,what's it
T- why to go court for family matters ,I think we should make ishita and Raman talk for once ,may be seeing his condition ,ishita will agree .
M- I think you are right ,may be this will work .
Talking so both mother decided ishra meeting on the occasion of lohri function in Bhallas house .
