Hello friends back with new update .
Part 4
Raman returned back home , toshiji was waiting for him . She saw him and spoke " puttar you are very late today ".
R- haan ma ,I told you na ,I will be late as I was preparing the project ,we have a very important meeting with Russian client ,we actually has to crack the deal, if we get this ,then our value will raise in foreign business also .
T- ye business visness ki baatein mujhe samajh nahi aati, you go and freshened up till I warm your food .
R- ma ,how many times I told you not to wait for me ,I will warm my food and will have it .
T- you bring someone who will take care of you from that day I will stop waiting for you .
R- ma ,you always talk about same thing .
T- haan to I m your mother and is concerned about you .Everybody is getting married except you .
R- if you are done with today's lecture ,can I go and change .
T- haan ja , apne man ka kar ,who m I to you .
R- not again ma ,for god sake stop your emotional drama .
T- haan haan meri baatein to tujhe lecture aur drama hi lagengi .
R-(getting irritated )- ma should I go .
T,- haan ja na ,had I stop you .
Raman shook his head in disbelief and went to his room . He freshened up and changed ,then had his food,both mother and son talked about the marriage preparations and then went to sleep. Raman also told about his meeting with ishita and also informed that ishita is awkward with romi as they had not met after that day . Toshiji told she will talk to romi about it .
Next morning toshiji asked same to romi making him restless with the thought that how he is going to tell Raman and his mother about his affair with mihika . He anyhow changed the topic and went from there . After that Raman too moved for office . Same day romi talked about the matter to mihika for which she told him to remain silent for few more days ,till then she will come up with some plan .Romi agreed , they spend some times together and then mihika went to her house . She talked about same to her mother . Both thought of some idea and come up with a plan to convince romi to elop on same day of marriage ,followed with another plan of getting ishita married to Raman ,so that they will get rid of ishita with a great revenge of getting her married with much elder man than her age . Mihir smirked at the plan and spoke " appa wanted best for his so called angel na ,now his angel with get a husband who will be almost 15 years older than her and that will be my revenge from ishita as because of her I was deprived of my own father's love ."
Though amma was bit scared but her love for her only daughter was more strong than anything else . Mihika shared same plan to Romi ,at first he denied but mihika anyhow convinced him . Though Romi told that he will go and talk to his family directly and they will fix their marriage but she denied saying that she don't want to hurt ishita ,she will feel cheated moreover after that she will not marry to anyone as per her nature ,she even convinced romi for ishra marriage too , blackmailing him emotionally saying ishita is a perfect girl for Raman ,ishita is very understanding girl as they want for Raman . Finally romi agreed then they planned and arranged everything .
Soon the marriage day arrived ,ismi marriage was two days before simmi's marriage as toshiji want to welcome her DIL first then send her daughter . Both the families reached the hotel from where the marriage was happening . All the rituals were done and now marriage was about to happen .Toshiji entered the room to call Romi for marriage as panditji was sitting in mandap and was calling groom . She called romi again and again but there was no response . Toshiji searched him everywhere and was panicking when Raman entered the room and spoke " ma what's this panditji is waiting for long and you people are wasting time , waise where is this romi ".
T- I don't know Raman ,I too was searching for him .
R- what does that mean ,I don't know . yaheen kaheen hoga .let me call him .
Saying so Raman called romi ,his phone rang twice ,thrice fully but he disconnected the call every time and finally switched off the phone . Raman got worried and spoke " ma he is not picking my call ".
T- hey matarani what we will do now .
R- let me think ..
They were still thinking when they heard " arey you people are here ,there Panditji is asking for groom."
Toshiji and Raman both turned and saw Mrs iyer standing there ,both looked at each other for answer when Mrs iyer asked " where is Romi ,I can't see him here".
T- wo Mrs iyer , the thing is romi is not there .
Mrs iyer - what does that mean .
T- actually we too don't know what's the matter but we are not finding romi anywhere .
Mr iyer - call and talk to him .
T- no he is not picking the call .
Mr iyer - (faking to be worried )- hey murugan what happened with my innocent daughter ,now what will happen. if people will come to know that the groom runaway ,all will blame my daughter instead of saying anything to your son . Ab kaun karega meri beti se shaadi .we hadn't come to you people ,its you who have come and asked my ishita's hand . she was not ready to get married so soon,but we anyhow convinced saying you people are nice but see what your son has done to her . how I will tell this to her ,she will be all broken ,don't know how she will react ,may be she cannot take this and try to suicide ,may be she will be devastated and can go to depression or may be she will loose trust in marriage and relationship ,don't know how I will convey this news to her.
Mrs iyer was go on saying many things while Raman and toshiji were listening to her down casting their eyes .When Mrs iyer saw them silent she herself suggested " Raman you can only save my ishu ".
R(surprisingly)- how ,how can I save her .
Mrs iyer - you marry ishita .
R(shocked )- what are you saying ?
Mrs iyer - haan kanna thats the only way we can save ishita by getting defamed .
Toshiji too thought about it and spoke " yes puttar I think Mrs iyer is right ,you should marry ishita ".
R- ma I was not agreeing her and you too started .I can't do this .
T- Raman you have to do this puttar .
R- ma are you even listening to yourself .
T- I do know what i m saying ,not even me but Mr iyer too wants this only .
R- what's wrong with you ma ,you want to me to marry a girl who is almost 15 years younger than me .Till now we hadn't talked nicely ,just have some casual work related talks only , I m elder brother of her would be husband.
T- I know that puttar but just think about our family's and iyers reputation moreover think about ishita , how she will feel when she will come to know that her groom has gone leaving his own marriage .
R- but ma ..
Mrs iyer- aiyoo Raman,please agree for this ,either our reputation will be spoiled .Already your brother has kept out reputation in stake and if you will also not marry ishita ,then what people will say and think about my daughter .
R- you people are bothered about your reputation, at least think about the girl , she has thought a life with romi ...
Mrs iyer( interrupting Raman in mid)- ishita did not have any feeling for Romi ,so it doesn't matter whom she is marrying.but if you will back out everything will be ruined .
R- ma but ..
Toshiji and Mrs iyer in unison " no but you just get ready for marriage, muhurat ka time ho raha hai ".
R- I will do this marriage but before that ,I wanna talk to ishita ,if she will agree then I m also ready .
Mrs iyer thought for sometimes and then spoke " ok but not you ,I will talk to her and if she agreed ,you have to marry ".
Raman nodded and all went to ishitas room where she was sitting ,waiting for her chance to be called . The trio entered the room and ishita got up ,she was surprised to see them while Raman was mesmerized to see ishita in bridal attire.She was looking ethereal in her attire . Mrs iyer told "ishita your Mother in law and Raman has come here to ask something to you ."
I- (meekly )- what .
Mrs iyer signalled them that she is asking ,signalling them she asked in Tamil language " ishu kanna they are thinking that you are not happy with this marriage . Even romi too noticed you sad so they just wanted to ask , you are happily ready for this marriage na ".
I- yeah I m ready for this marriage .
Mrs iyer ( in Tamil)- you don't have any objection with this marriage na .
I- no I don't have any objection.
R(surprised)- you mean you are ready for marrying ...
Mrs iyer ( cutting him in mid)- she told she is ready na, kanna .
R- then don't blame us afterwards that we trapped you .
I- why will I do that .I myself is agreeing for this marriage then why I will say that to you people .
Mrs iyer - I told you na .Now you people go to mandap ,then I will bring ishita .
Bhalla's nodded and went from there .Raman halfheartedly started getting ready in groom attire ,soon he was ready .Toshiji's eyes become moist seeing him decked up in groom attire , she kissed his temple and spoke " I always wanted to see you dressed up like this but never know it will happen like this ,sahi kahtein hai jodiyaan ooper banti hain ".
Raman gave a meek smile and was going when toshiji covered his face by tucking flower strings in his sehra ,she asked " ma why are you hiding my face , we have already talked to ishita na ".
T- but only ishita knows it ,not our guest and relatives ,all had got invitation of Romi's marraige ,I don't want anyone to know about the truth of this marriage . you and ishita know the truth na ,then what's the need to tell everything to world and become laughing stock .
Raman nodded and let her cover his face ,soon both mother and son moved towards the mandap .
