Meera has a gloomy and worried look on her face. Her sister sees and asks whether she is nervous about tomorrow's meeting with the potential groom and family. Meera admits that she is and asks whether she is a bad person. Her sisiter tells her that she is not but she would have to change some of her habits. Meanwhile, Meera's dad is angry with her mom and daadi for lying to get an alliance for his daughter. He asks what's the need for being a qualified bahu. He says that Meera is his pride and joy and she was the one who nursed him back to health when he was ill. He stresses how she ran his business competently. Dolly says she understands what he is saying. Daadi says that they will pay dowry for Meera's marriage. Dolly asks from where they would get the dowry. She says there is nothing wrong with telling a little lie.
Meera's sis tells her that she learn learn English. Meera asks what if the boy's side want her to speak French. Sis says then Meera should learn it to. Meera continues to ask what if the boy's family have more expectations. Sis tells her she needs to adapt. Meera says she is like a custom made dress and cannot be altered so therefore the boy must like her just the way she is. She changes and says she has to go for her practice of Kannadi as this is her first love. Sis wants to know what to say to her mom. Meera tels her to handle things at home for an hour. She escapes through the balcony on the pipes. Dolly comes just then with a sweet dish and asks for Meera. Sis fumbles a bit. Dolly hears Meera's bike and shouts out that Meera is running away.
At the Kabbadi ground, Meera wins. Her brother comes and tells her that her dad is looking for her. Back home, Dolly is restless and is not having food until Meera returns. Daadi tells her not pressurize the kids with her expectations. Dolly gets angry and tells daadi that she has a right on Meera just like how daadi has a right over son. Meera returns and tries to calm them.
Meera comforts Amar, her dad. She serves him tea. She apologizes and tells him she should not be a burden to him and that she is ready to accept any proposal for his sake. She promises to conform and behave. Amar gets emotional and says if he had not gotten sick then she would not have had to take up such a huge responsibility of having to run his business. He says she stopped her studies for him. He feels remorseful. Meera comforts him and tells him not to take stress. She tells him he is such a good dad that he drank his tea without telling her she forgot to add sugar.
Precap---- Meera tells Dolly that she can get her married to anyone so that she would be rid of her. Dolly retaliates and slaps her hard.
