HHi friends back with new update .
Part 8
Raman hung the call and made his way towards the gate no 2 where his aircraft was waiting ,he boarded in his flight and settled in his seat . Soon the plane started crawling after completion of necessary adjustments and announcement ,soon the plane was in air ,Raman bid good bye to Delhi and started ,he closed his eyes to relax for some times as he has to attend a meeting after landing Mumbai . He tried to prepare himself for meeting but instead of project things ishita's images flashes in his mind .
He opened his eyes in jiffy ,shrugged his head and prepared himself only to think about his contract . After deciding he again closed his eyes but again ishita's image flashed ,he opened his eyes and spoke to himself ruffling his hair " what's happening to you Raman , remember you are marrying ishita only for ruhi and she too loves ruhi a lot moreover you know na these woman's are not to be trusted they are just opportunist ". Thinking so he took out his laptop and started working on it . He worked for sometimes then finally felt sleepy and slept for sometimes .
On the other hand ishita was gloomy she don't know what's happening to her, she don't know much about Raman, they hadn't met for much time then also she is feeling empty inside on his departure .She did Ruhi's work quickly and then sat alone in her room as she wanted to be alone for sometimes .
Amma too was tensed after Raman's behavior ,she was lost in her thoughts, when Appa asked " madhu where are you lost ".
M- viswa today Raman went yo Mumbai without informing ishita .
V- so .
M- arey they are engaged going to get married in some days then Aldo he didn't think its important to inform ishita before leaving .
V- you have kept this to you or had told ishu too .
M- no I didn't talked to ishita about this .
V- karna bhi mat .Arey he must have some important work , our ishu too is working so he must have thought not to disturb her of may be he will be in hurry ,thats not big deal ,let the marriage happen then everything will be sorted .
M- is it so .
V- yeah ,don't think much, murugan must have chosen best for my ishu .
On the other hand Toshiji to was also thinking same and senior bhalla's decided to do ishra marriage soonish . Next day both the mother went to temple together , talked to panditji and got a date after ten days for ishra marriage . Both the mother's inform ishra too ,but non of them reacted happily even ishita too was excited till now but now she too was in dilemma. Though she was happy that he informed her but at the same time her sudden departure made her suspicious that why he went all of a sudden .She wanted to talk to him once but was bit scared as they hadn't talked much till date .
It was about eleven in the night ishita was in her bed trying to sleep but sleep was far away from her eyes as she wanted to know his views about the marriage . After much debate between her heart and mind she finally called him ,he was doing some official work in his lappy and his phone was bit away , so he can't puck the phone till two three rings, .Ishita immediately disconnected the call thinking may be ,he is sleeping . He got up from his place but till he reached the call got disconnected he picked his phone and saw ishita's call ,he wonder why she had called this time ,he tried to shrug off but then called her . She saw his number and picked the call ,he spoke " hello ishita ".
I- aap so rahe the kya ,did I disturbed you .
R- nah ,was working .
I- till so late .
R- yeah ,I usually work till 12.00 . you tell why did you called so late ,didn't you slept .
I- actually I...I. wanted..
R- ishita why are you fumbling .are you ok .
I- humm ,wanted to inform that our marriage has been decided in ten days .
R- yeah ,ma told me .even she has started the preparations too ,ruhi was so excited .
I- yeah rooh was so happy ,she only informed me first then amma confirmed .
R- humm .she loves you a lot .
Ishita then stopped as she was short of stuff to talk to him ,even he too don't have anything to talk to her,both remain silent for some times then ishita asked
" you don't like Delhi much na ".
R- why are you saying so .?
I- you stayed for just two days here .
R- I had an very important meeting thats why I had to rush .
I- how is Mumbai ?
R- hadn't you been here ever .?
I- not yet .
R- its a nice place .
I- you like it much.
R- I work here .
I- with whom you live .?
R- alone who else will live with me ?
I- matlab you live alone in Mumbai .
R- humm .
I- who cooks for you .
R- I had a maid ,and if she doesn't come ,I myself cook .
I- you know cooking ?
Though Raman was serious but smiled listening to her childish questions and asked " ishita had you called me in night for talking all these ".
I- no ,actually yes . you know we actually we are getting married and I wanted to know some basic things about you thats why I called .if you are feeling bore or sleepy then I will hung the call .
R- no its ok ,we can talk but you could have asked this from ma too .
I- yeah but she will tease me thats why I thought to ask you .
R- ohh .
Before they talk further she heard a knock at her door ,she opened the door and saw amma standing with ruhi , ishita saw them when amma spoke " she has pain in her teeth and was crying for you ,thats why toshi brought her here . "
Ishita took ruhi inside and took her to bed ,she told that same and hung the call saying she will call after making ruhi sleep .Then she gave ruhi medicine and she slept after much time , and ishra too slept with ruhi on the other hand Raman too slept while waiting for the call.
Days started passing and soon one week passed ,in this week both iyers and bhallas were too busy in the marriage preparations . Now only three days are left for ishra marriage ,guests have started coming in iyer house and all were asking for groom . Amma told about Raman ,all wanted to see him ,though amma told them that he is busy and will come two days before marriage but then went to ask same to toshiji . Both the mother's had hided something about ishra so both were bit worried . After assuring amma that Raman will come soon ,toshiji called him .Raman was in office he picked the call and spoke " hello ma ".
T- Raman what's this puttar, marriage rituals had already started in Ishita's home and you are still not home .
R- So, what's the big deal ma ,its Ishita's first marriage ,they are excited and doing it with all the rituals ,that's why they had started, but for me its just a deal with ishita for ruhi .
T- why do you talk like this Ramam ,arey she will be ruhi's mother ,but at the same time she will be your wife too .
R- ma please ,I had already told I m doing this marriage for ruhi not for myself ,you have conveyed my condition to iyers na .
Toshiji got startled listening to him , when he asked " ma why aren't you answering me ,hadn't... "
T(composing herself )- haan haan ,I have told your condition to them ,you don't worry .And I don't know anything you have to come home today itself .
R- no ma ,I can't come today as I have much work ,but will come tomorrow morning . Now let me do my work ,I m busy right now .
Saying so he hung the call . On the other hand ishita was sitting in her room surrounded by her friends , all were asking for Raman . she showed his pic to them seeing which they praised him a lot and one of them asked " ishita I had listened that he house is in this society itself ".
I(blushing )- not only in this society but next to our appt .
F2- matlab .
I- matlab they are our neighbor
F3 - oh ho ,then your romance must be going on full pace .
I- nothing like that ,he don't live here ,he leaves in Mumbai .
F2- ohh ,achcha . chalk friends let's meet him .
I- no he hadn't come yet .
F3- what are you saying ,only two days are left for marriage and jeeju hadn't come yet ,kahin tu zabarjasti shaadi to nahi kar rahi hai na .
I- nothing like that ,its just he is bit busy .
F1 - is that so ,koi aur baat to nahi .
I- what do you mean by that .
F2- nothing yaar ,was just joking .
They teased ishita for some more time but ishita's mind was very much disturbed ,after they left she called Raman . He didn't picked the call as he was in meeting . Ishita got sad not getting response from him . She went to her room and started crying feeling sad ,she was still crying when her phone rang ,she didn't wanted to pick the call but cannot deny seeing his number ,she wiped her tears and picked the call " hello ".
R- ishita you called me .
I- humm .
R- koi kaam tha ?
She couldn't form the word and started sobbing .
He felt she is crying and asked " ishita are you crying ".
She didn't answered again ,he asked " ishita for god sake will you please tell me the reason for you cry".
I- what else I can do ?
R- I didn't get you .
I- we are getting married after two days and you are asking did I had some work with you . can't I call you without any work . my friends are asking for you , they wanted to see their jeeju and you are still in Mumbai . aap sach sach mujhe bataao ,do you actually wanna marry me or not . if yes then you have to be here till night either I will cancel this marriage tomorrow .
R- ate you even listening ,what are you saying .
I- yeah , it seems that ma papa is forcibly getting you married . arey ruhi is your daughter ,she will get her parents unki life to aise hi chal rahi hai , its we whose marriage is going to happen and you are not coming . your office don't have any other employees or what ,ek aap hi kaam karte ho kya .
Saying so she hung the call and then thought that she went overboard in her anger and don't know what what she blurred .On the other hand Raman ruffled his hair ,according to his nature he should have got angry but he was smiling . He immediately called his travel agent and booked his ticket for today itself . He then took leave and went to his flat packed his luggage and till 11.00 pm he landed at Delhi airport .
