Hello friends back with new update .Part 13
Subbu took the papers and went out from the room while Ishita looked at his retreating figure .Raman didn't spoke anything but went to ruhi and sat beside her . He took her little palm in his hand and kissed it lovingly while amma went to ishita and hugged her . Ishita hugged her amma tight and closed her eyes to hold her tears.Amma started caressing her hairs to console her but Ishita wiped tears from her eyes and she too went to ruhi . She too settled beside ruhi and started caressing her hair calling ruhi's name softly . Amma went near her and spoke " ishu kanna are you angry with us ".
I- no amma I m good .
Amma- actually kanna you were so tensed ,that's why we didn't told you anything about subbu .
I- amma don't take his name in front of me ,he is no one to me . Till now I was thinking that being a father may be someday he will accept ruhi but I was actually living in illusion . He is just not a person to think off ,I m ashamed of myself for even thinking this ,how can I be so blind .
Amma wiped her tears ,while she stopped and spoke " no amma ,don't stop them , these tears is not for him but these are punishment for my foolishness ,how can I even expect this from him . I m glad that he came by himself and cleared the status of our relationship, now I m free .Now I don't have to think about anyone but only ruhi".
Saying so she looked at ruhi and asked to Raman " is doctor coming to visit rooh or we have to take her there ".
R- let me confirm again .
Sating so Raman called mihir and come to know that the doctor is coming to check ruhi ,Raman informed same to ishita . All started waiting for the doctor . After about half and hour Raman's phone rang and he went out informing Ishita that the doctor is waiting outside . Soon he showed up with the doctor ,he checked ruhi and asked if some tests has been done . Ishita shook her head negatively and informed that ruhi has fever from morning itself and they had given medicine for it ,not done any tests yet . The doctor wrote some tests and told that he will treat ruhi according to the test results .After writing the test he instructed ishra to get it done and then bring her to him ,he will start treatment, till then the ongoing medicine will be given .Saying so he went out while Raman told ishita to take ruhi for tests Ishita picked ruhi and went along with him ,both settled in the car and drove towards the pathology center . Soon they reached there ,they went inside and test was done ,the pathologist said that it will take two hours for report . Ishra returned back ,the day spend in tension ,Raman couldn't go to office also as he was too much worried for ruhi . After two hours Raman collected reports and it showed that ruhi is suffering from pneumonia . Raman infirmed the doctor immediately and he told him to bring ruhi there . Raman agreed ,he went to hospital and took discharge from there ,iyers were surprised with his action but Raman assured them .Soon they all were in another hospital ,better than the last one . Ruhi was soon admitted as Raman has already arranged everything .
They took ruhi to the room ,ishita sat in bed and settled ruhi in her lap ,she caressed her hair and spoke " rooh beta why are you doing this to mamma , please beta mamma loves you a lot ,please be ok for your mamma".
Saying so she kissed ruhis temple abd hugged her close to her heart that's when Raman entered the room with doctor . He signalled ishita to let the doctor check ruhi . Ishita got down from bed and placed ruhi gently ,Raman signalled the doctor to check ruhi while the doctor assured that ruhi will be alright soon .
Saying so he went to treat ruhi while Raman came to iyers and consoled them that nothing will happen to ruhi . Mr and Mrs iyers started praying to murugan while ishita was still looking at Ruhi without blinking her eyes .Raman went to her and spoke " ishita ,what are you thinking, where are you lost ".
Ishita looked at Raman and spoke " look at her ,she is so small,how can murugan do this to her every time . she is going through so much ,please do something , I can see my baby going through so much ,please do something ".
She was go on crying folding his hands in front of him while Raman was trying to console her ,but she was unstoppable today . Raman tried a lot but she was not listening to him ,finally he pulled her in him and started consoling her by stroking her back while she cried aloud in his embrace " please save her ,she is my life ,I did everything for her and now by baby is in so much pain . please save her ,I will die ,if something happens to her ".
Raman teared her from him and spoke cupping her face " ishita listen to me , you trust me na ".
Ishita just looked at him without responding while he spoke " nothing will happen to her ,main hoon na ".
I(crying )- please bacha lo use .
The doctor gave some injection to ruhi and spoke " Mrs bhalla nothing to worry much ,your baby will be ok soon . she is sleeping now due to effect of injection but she will be better after this sleep ,don't panic you will see her playing after sometimes ."
The doctor went out telling this to them while an awkwardness spread in the atmosphere listening the doctor addressing ishita as Mrs bhalla . Raman can notice the uncomfortableness of iyers ,he just spoke " I m so sorry uncle and aunty the doctor misunderstood us as ruhi's parent but I didn't correct him as that doesn't make any difference ,may be ishita is not Mrs bhalla but ruhi is my daughter . you people be comfortable here , she will be treated best . You people stay here while I will return after sometimes ."
Saying so Raman went out from there leaving iyers alone . After he left, ishita didn't talked to her parents further and went to ruhi . Amma was about to say something but appa stopped her , seeing the situation . The day passed and it was night again ,amma and appa were still in hospital as Raman hadn't returned yet . As it was new hospital ,her parents don't want to leave ishita alone . It was about 10.30 when Raman retuned ,he apologized to them for being late and said he got busy in some meeting .
R- I m so sorry I got stuck in some meeting .
A- its ok Raman ,we were there with ishita .
R- (looking to Ishita )- Ruhi is bit fine na .
I- humm ,she woke twice ,played for sometimes then slept .
R- (passing a parcel )- amma appa ,I brought food for you people as it was getting late ,now you don't have to cook anything ,have this in dinner and sleep .
Amma- why did you brought this I would had made something .
R- its ok aunty ,take this .
Amma took the parcel ,they talked to Raman for sometimes and left leaving ishra alone . After they left Raman told ishita to serve the food for them . Ishita did same and both started having their dinner in silent ,Ishita looked at Raman, she was noticing that he is bit silent from morning after the subbu fiasco . Though they were tensed for ruhi through out the day but ishita noticed his silence .She felt him ignoring her which didn't go good with her .Till now she hasn't given any positive signal for accepting his love ,but today his silence was killing her .
She was looking at him time to time , that may be he will say something but he was void of any emotions .Finally she couldn't stop herself and asked
" are you angry ".
He looked at her and asked "are you asking me ."
I- humm .
R- why would I ?
I- no I m noticing you bit silent .
R- I was worried about ruhi .
I- it was more than that .
R- as if you care .
I- yeah , I know you are angry on subbu .
R- why would I ,who he is to me ?
I- aap mujhse gussa ho ?
R- nope .
I- I know you are angry with ,why what have I done ?
R- how can you even think that ,that person will accept ruhi when he once tried to kill her .you told that you will never go back to him then why the hell your eyes sparkled seeing him there .
I- that was my mistake ,I m sorry for that .
R- listen I don't know about you but for me you two are very important and I will not spare anyone who will hurt or badmouth you two .got that though may be the person is your husband or anyone else .
He declared glaring her while she listened him looking to him .
I- humm ,where were you till now .
R- I m not answerable to you ,biwi nahi ho tum meri ,jab banogi tab poochna .
Saying so he got up and went to washroom for washing his hands ,leaving a awestruck ishita behind .
