Part 8
T- as you two are already married ,I wanna make it public because her family don't know anything and without their consent I can't bring Ishita to our house .
R- but ma ,why are you forcing ishita in it ,she don't like me ,was just helping me but landed in this problem .I can't ruin her life like this .
T- you don't worry about that ,that's totally my look out ,I will make ishita understand.(looking towards ishita ) ishita puttar I want that you will also say something but before you decide anything I want to talk to you for sometimes .
R- Ma not now ,we are getting late .
T- you go as you have your meeting ,I want to talk to her now only .
R- ok ,just for five minutes.
Toshiji smirked and went to her room holding ishita's hand ,she bolted the door and spoke " ishita puttar I know you must be feeling that i m forcing you and to some extent it is right but I can't help it as I have seen my puttar crying and loosing himself in these days .He hadn't come down to have any of his meals in these days ,even he hadn't talked to us and refused to come out of his room ,but today because of you he is ready to go to office and had his breakfast too . Ishita I was so scared to see his state in these days ,he has totally lost control on himself ,we were fearing that he is going on depressing but thanks god you came .We were thinking to take him to some psychiatrist but seems you will be better than any Doctor .
I- I m totally getting your point but you try to understand he has just lost his love ,how can we force him to enter in another relationship so soon .
T- I know and very well understand your and his point but that's the only solution .If we loose something or our old things get destroyed we don't mourn over it for whole life rather we replace it with other one na ,likewise his life partner can only fill the void created by shaguns loss with their new memories .
Ishita was silent listening to toshiji as till now she had decided to concentrate on her work and family forgetting everything but after talking to Toshiji her mind again started thinking about Raman. Toshiji cupped ishita's face in her palms and spoke " I know you are worried about your future in that case I assure you for a happy and lovely life as I know my son is a very nice person and once he will start loving you ,he will fill your life with all the happiness moreover me and bhallaji are always there to support you. I would have get him married to another girl but as you both know each other from earlier and had got married also that's why I don't want to choose any other girl for my son ."
Ishita was not able to decide anything and was standing rooted to her place as she was not able to deny toshiji at the same time she didn't want to enter in this unwanted relationship .Noticing her silence something clicked in toshiji's mind and she asked " puttar are you committed to someone ,teri shaadi tay ho chuki hai kya ,ya you love someone ".
For which she answered immediately" no no aunty nothing like that ".
T- to kya problem hai puttar .
I- I told you na ,I have responsibilities on me .
T- I will take care of that .
I- no please don't do that ,I don't want any mercy .
T- I m not doing any mercy rather I want your mercy for my son ,didn't you have any soft corner for him .
Listening to this ishita's eyes got teary ,she closed her eyes to stop the tears but they didn't stopped and rolled down from her cheeks .Before she could speak something Raman knocked the door and spoke " Ishita we are getting late ".
Her trance broke listening to his voice ,she signalled towards the door and spoke " but Raman wo nahi maanege ".( Reman will not be ready)
T- I will make him ready ,you give me your address .
Though ishita was scared of Raman but at the same time she too wanted to be a part of his life and she cannot deny again and again, as now destiny is giving chance to her but if she deny she will loose him forever.She so wanted to give her address to toshiji but was worried about his reaction .On one hand Raman was calling her and on the other hand Toshiji was asking her address ,she was confused a lot .She finally saw toshiji and spoke " aunty ji you at first talk to Sir ,if he is ready I will give you my address but now I need to go ."
Saying so ishita ran out of the room where Raman was waiting eagerly for her .Seeing her he went out ,she too followed him ,he settled in his car while she was going out to take the cab when he called her and signalled her to sit in his car . She sat and both drove towards the office ,the drive was silent as both were lost in their own thoughts . Ishita was still very much confused ,Soon they reached the office. Ishita called Mr khurana for meeting . Before the meeting starts she went to check Raman who was lost in his thoughts ,she went to him and spoke " sir are you ready for meeting ,mr khurana will be in any time ".
He closed the laptop and spoke looking to her " ishita cancel the meeting ".
I(narrowing her eyebrows)- what are you saying sir ,I had already called them .
R- no Ishita I can't do ,mujhse nahi hoga ,cancel the meeting .
I- sir but its a huge contract and you have done a lot of preparations for it .
R- I know but I can conduct it at this point if time .
I(straight)- why .
R- you are asking as if you don't know about my condition .
I- I do know but seems you are not trying to understand, sir why you are not getting my point you are not alone . your parents are with you ,your employees are dependent on you , if you will let contract go like this , will give your life to smoking and drinking how you will take care of them . I agree you have lost your love but that is not end of life if not for yourself you have to live for others .
Raman was listening keenly to ishita when his intercom buzzed ,ishita picked the call ,the receptionist informed about khurana's arrival .Ishita instructed her to send them to conference hall while she is coming .The receptionist agreed and disconnected the call ,ishita saw Raman and spoke "I m going to attend him ,you have to come and attend the meeting ".
Saying so she went out of the cabin without waiting for his response ,she went to Mr khurana, greeted him and told that Raman is coming shortly to attend the meeting .Till the time Raman reached the conference hall ishita has served tea and snacks to Mr khurana and was discussing about the contract about him . Raman greeted Mr khurana and both started the meeting ,ishita was with Raman all the time while Mr khurana's eyes were on ishita continuously . Raman was briefing something when he noticed that Mr khurana was not listening to him rather his attention was towards ishita ,he was lusting over her which didn't went well with Raman .He told ishita to go and do her work ,ishita told she will remain with him ,Raman almost scold her and send her from there .
After much time the meeting ended and all noticed that Khurana went angrily from there ,ishita too saw that and came running to Raman .She noticed his face was red with anger while his eyes were spitting fire ,she ran to him and asked " what happened sir ,are you alright ".
R(getting up from his seat)- I m good .
Saying so he went to his cabin ,she too followed him and asked about the contract ,he informed that he don't want to do any business with khurana's. Listening to which ishita lashed him out for only thinking about himself . He didn't answered her while she was going to shouting on him .Getting irritated he got up from his place and asked squeezing her cheeks " will you go with him ".
She became silent and looked into his eyes ,he too was angrily looking at her ,both shared an intense eyelock which he broke and spoke " that moron wanted you for giving that contract to us .jaana tha kya tujhe ".
She shook her head negatively and got happy thinking that he still cares for her besides being in so much stress .Ishita gave water to him and told him to relax, he settled in his seat and took out his cigarette, he was about to light it when she took it from him and spoke " sir this is office ,you wait I m bringing coffee for you ".
He nodded and settled in his seat holding his head as till now it has started hurting without smoking and drinking .Soon she showed up with black coffee which was his favorite ,he had it but still his head was as it is so she gave him head massage ,he felt relaxed after sometimes and then started his work .
Toshiji called ishita and asked about Raman ,she told about the happenings of office ,toshiji asked again " I hope now you can give your address to me ".
I- but sir .
T- I will handle him ,you tell me about yourself .
Ishita didn't argued much and gave her address to toshiji and she without wasting time went to meet ishita's family . Toshiji reached ishita's house , amma welcomed her knowing that she is ishita's boss mother and asked the reason for her coming ,toshiji told that she liked ishita a lot and had chosen her for Raman ,amma got happy as well as worried . Happy because Ishita will marry a rich guy while sad because she was worried for house expenses. Amma thought for a while then spoke "actually I don't have any problem with this marriage ,arey your son is ishu's boss ,how can I deny you but the problem is for now ishu is the only earning member of this house . Actually my husband died out of cardiac attack last year ,from then ishita is fulfilling the needs of this house as a son . The problem is if she will...
T- ok I understand ,I had a solution for it ,till Ishita's brother is studying ,you will continue getting Ishita's salary .
A- after that .
T- after that your son can do job in our firm according to his eligibility.
A- will you actually do this .
T- yeah ,I liked your daughter a lot for my son and want then to get married ,I had solved your problem now want to you to make ishita agree for this marriage.
A- ok ,as you say .I will make her ready ,she will surely marry your son
Toshiji got happy listening to him while amma too smiled fully .
