Jhanvi is like Ranbir. She got into the film industry because of connections. But she also went to the Lee Strasburg school of acting in LA to study acting. She did not just land up in KJO's office on the strength of her mother's name. Sri of all people knows Jhanvi has to act to have a career. She has prepared more than most insiders.

I think she was getting offers from Telugu for a while but Sri rejected it.

What did Akki do to get a chance? What did SRK do to get Fauji? What does anyone do to deserve a film? To get a film, you need to attract the one making it and the two managed to do it.. Maybe they are good actors.. Maybe they are not.. But the hue and cry they have been receiving is ridiculous considering k no one has even seen their work

Wouldn't someone aspire to be one among the people whom they always grew up seeing?

My family is a teachers family starting from my mother's great grandfather. And my great grandfather was a teacher, so was my grand father. Now my mother is a teacher too and though i am a doctor i would go on teaching side of medicine because i grew up seeing teachers all my life. Even my father's side of family starting from his granr father are all teachers. My aunts retired as professors in university. My dad though in centran govt service never misses an opportunity to go and give guest lectures. We love teaching and we grew up looking at teachers.

Similarly a doctor's kid would want to become doctor as she or he grows up looking at parents treat patients.

If a starkid aspires to be an actor or a part of showbiz its because they grow up in such an environment and if they are getting a platform and they are grabbing it.there's nothing wrong.
