Saw the new promo just now and what I understood from the promo is Raman has lost his memory and when he introduced himself, Ishita was shocked.
Ishita did not understand why did he introduce himself and so just called herself as "Ishita" and not "Ishita Bhalla". So Ishita will go behind Raman without anybody's request to help Raman regain his memory.
