"Maan what happened, Geet asked looking at his shocked expressions. "Rhea had an accident...I'm sorry but I have to go back, He panicked. "I will come with you, Geet said. Their jet was ready and they started their journey.
Geet looked the the vast Mansion in front of her. "This is my home Geet. Come let me introduce you to my father, Maan said. He took her to her dad who was in his study, "Dad this is Geet whom I intend to marry. Geet was a little nervous but was relieved when she heard his dad, "Welcome Geet, to your new house, I'm really happy that Maan finally found a match. Please do come to visit here often, He smiled. He was genuinely happy for his son. "Geet please will you wait outside, I have to talk to my dad, Maan said and she nodded excusing herself.
"Dad, its Ayan who was working for Rhea and they were behind those mishaps, Maan told his dad. His dad was shocked to hear that. "Dad where is Rhea, I heard she had an accident, Maan asked. "Accident ...but she was out with Ayan since morning,His dad informed. "Another lie, I see. Dad we must stop this, He said. "Alright son, I will talk to Ayan. Rajveer (his dad) said.
Geet was outside when she saw Rhea and Ayan outside. Hoping to talk to her once more Geet followed them but was led into a trap. She saw them entering a room and when she entered Rhea smirked, "I knew you would follow us Geet di, your curious brain is never at rest right. Ayan leave us to negotiate. "Yes Miss Rhea, He said leaving the room locking the door behind. "Why are you doing this, Geet asked. "I told him and will tell you its all for money. I have been living in this room for ages, can you imagine being locked in this huge room like a bird in a golden cage all my life. My brother was my only light but he too left me...You see these gifts, Rhea said pointing at some broken diamond jeweleries. "These look expensive, Geet said looking at them. "Of course they are...they are one of their kind in this world, my brother bought them for me, Rhea said. "Then why have you broken them, Geet asked.
"Because I was angry on him...he left me ...I don't want these stupid things, Rhea yelled and Geet smirked.
"Hmm, interesting you have broken all this and kept this trash with you, let me throw it off for you, Geet smirked trying to reach for those broken pieces. "Nooo, don't touch them , they are mine my brother bought them for me. I won't throw them never, Rhea finally blurted the truth. "Oh then what will you do play a sorry figure again to gain sympathy. Well you are not getting my sympathy ever. Your brother never abandoned you, he still loves you the most. Even after knowing your accident news must be a fake he was worried and came back for you. He rejected his own feelings towards me because he had a responsibility to set you free, Geet said. "No he didn't ...I was locked up and ..., Rhea tried again what was filled in her innocent brain by Ayan.
"It seems that you don't know about your own self so let me enlighten you...you like your own brother or else why would you keep these broken trash with you..., She said picking them up dragging Rhea to the balcony along with her. "No you are lying, give them back, Rhea said trying to break free from her grip and stopping her from throwing away her treasure. "Why do you want them back, accept it...you like your own brother ...you are so gross, She smirked making a face. Geet threw the pieces off her balcony, making Rhea to push her hard to break free but accidentally Geet was pushed over the top by her. Rhea was scared now, and she screamed for help, trying to grab her hand but Geet didn't let her.
"What are you doing you will die, give me you hand, She panicked. "Rhea you have been caught off guard, now accept it and yes you are not getting any sympathy from me, Geet smiled. Rhea's call for help was heard by her dad and her brother who were now talking to Ayan who accepted all his crimes after Rajveer bribed him an amount ten times of what Rhea paid him and asked him to go away. Ayan happily accepted the offer. Maan and Rajveer rushed downstairs to see Geet's grip loosening and before she could hit the ground Maan caught her.
"Are you alright, He asked her. "Yup, you were here in the nick of time, She grinned. "Rhea what the hell is wrong with you, she is your would be sister in law, how could you just throw her off, Maan yelled.
"No Maan, it is not her fault, I was trying to throw her things so in order to save that...this happened it was just an accident, Geet clarified. "Rhea this has gone far enough, Ayan has spilled the beans, Rajveer said. Rhea saw Ayan standing there and she ordered him again, "Ayan what are you doing...go get my things scattered there, She said pointing in the direction she believed Geet threw her brother's gifts. "Sorry Miss Rhea but now I don't work for you anymore, it was nice playing with you. Goodbye Sir thanks for the huge sum you paid, He said leaving a shocked Rhea behind. "Maan she did not do it for money, she just wants your attention and care, that Ayan had brainwashed her, Geet said. "It is all my fault, Rajveer said. "It is never too late to mend your mistakes Dad, Maan said. They looked at Rhea who was just sitting numb with the turn of events. She understood how she was being manipulated. Rajveer went to console his daughter along with Maan. "I'm sorry dear, it is my fault that has led to this, He said. "Rhea, let us all live like a happy family, I never abandoned you, Maan said. She cried hugging her father and brother repetitively saying sorry for her mistakes. They were now a family who were going to start afresh. Geet was happy seeing them together and Rhea apologized to her, thanking her for giving her family back to her.
Maan and Geet are now married and expecting their first baby. Rhea was finally treated and her bonding with her father improved. Adi married his friend Priya who was always in the team of Geet making Adi dance to their tunes. They were now settled in London. Rhea pursued her dream to be a fashion designer and also found love in the form of Mayank in the course of time who loved her unconditionally. The Khurana family was grateful to Geet for reuniting them. Maan loved his wife more over the time but now he was really having a problem with her untimely demands. "Maan, I want to have a chocolate cake right now, Geet put forth her demand at midnight. "Geet its midnight, where am I supposed to get that from. And what has gotten into you to have such a monstrous appetite. You just had you last meal two hours ago, Maan said exasperated at his wife's demand. "I see, now you don't love me anymore...that you are indirectly calling me fat, She wailed. "Now where did that come from, He wondered but he knew if he didn't stop her now his dad and sister will be on his head as they have always supported her after she kicked out all their nosy relatives and helped them reunite. "Alright, you win...I will get something now, He spoke making his way out. He baked a cake himself and got it to her only to find her sleeping peacefully. He wanted to bang his head somewhere but he knew if he disturbs her she might put up a different demand so he let her sleep.
After 3 months Geet delivered a baby boy, all were happy and before Maan could hold his baby, Rhea grabbed him. "Aww he is so cute just like Bhabhi or else he would be looking scary like Bhai, She teased. "You mean to say I'm scary, how could you switch sides like this Rhea, Maan said. "Well she is right, Geet seconded her. "Well son you can't win when they team up against you so why do even try, Rajveer smiled holding his grandchild. "Bhabhi have you thought of a name for him, Rhea asked. "I thought may be you would like to give him one, Geet smiled. "Thank you Bhabhi, I think Reyansh would be good, he is another ray of light just like you all were once to me, Rhea said. "Rhea you are not supposed to think about that past, you promised us remember, Maan said now holding his child. Rhea and his dad left leaving them to rejoice the moment for being parents.
"Thank you Geet, for giving me the greatest joys in life, for always being my light, Maan said. "You don't have to thank me Maan, I would not have rested until you were mine. And now we have each other and our new light our son, She smiled. Maan hugged her and both smiled looking at their son dreaming about a new happy life together.
