Is there a set fee that they charge to come on board. Contract.
They will get paid that exact fee regardless of the film flopping or not.
So saying actors films are flopping as a taunt doesn't really effect them. They still get paid the amount they asked for.
Especially for those who benefit from Nepotism will still get films and paid despite their previous films flopping.
Anyone know more about this?
