Will Priyanka Chopra play Aamir Khan's wife in astronaut Rakesh Sharma

If industry gossip is to be believed, Priyanka
Chopra will play Aamir Khan's wife in his
next film, a biopic on astronaut Rakesh
Sharma, the first Indian to travel in space in
1984.
The film, directed by Mahesh Mathai, has
Khan as co-producer along with Siddharth
Roy Kapur. If the buzz is true, it will make
Priyanka Chopra's wait for her next B-Town
outing after 'Jai Gangaajal' (2016) even
longer. The film will not roll till mid-2018, or
till Mr Perfectionist feels everything is in
place.
Currently, Aamir is busy with Vijay Krishna
Acharya's 'Thugs of Hindostan', which also
stars Amitabh Bachchan and Katrina Kaif.
The film went on the floors in Malta earlier
this month. This is Aamir's second biopic
after the grand success of 'Dangal'.
