Chapter 6
Dev was staring at Sonakshi's face from the moment he had placed her on HIS' bed.He was disturbed with the knock on his door, it was his mother
"Dev beta! Tum ghar kab aaye?
"Haan maa, Abhi abhi aaya hoon.
"Thik hai beta, tumhare bed ke baju mein haldi wala dudh rakha hai, use pi lena.
"Haan thik hai maa, mai pi lunga, tum so jaao.
Dev closes the door and sits on his study table. And he doesn't even notice when sleep takes him over.
The next morning Dev gets up before Sonakshi and freshens up. When Sona gets up, she is horrified to find Dev sitting on the other side of bed and is busy with his mobile. But when he notices her he greets her with a smile.
"Good morning
"What are you doing here?
"Well actually this is my house so, basically I should be here. Right?
Sona checks her surroundings for a minute then speaks,
"Then what am I doing here?
" Well you were a... a...sleeping.
She was totally frustrated with his cheesy talks. Now knowing that she is getting angry, Dev decided to clear her confusion.
"Actually kal raat woh un gundon ne tumhe ek patthar par gira diya , jiske wajah se tum behosh ho gayi aur mein tumhe apne ghar le aaya
After a pause he says,
"Chalo tum yeh doodh pi lo, you will get some energy.
And gives her the glass of milk.
"Kya!!! Mai yaahan soyi. No no no no no this can't be happening
"But it is happening
"Kya...kya...kya humare beech... kuch... You know..
"Waise mai chahta toh bohot kuch kar sakta tha, but you know My tastes are very singular' so kuch nahi hua.
Sona was amazed by his audacity.Saying so Dev handed the glass of milk to Sonakshi (you can imagine the situation right?😉) and she had to have energy if she wished to go back home, so she drank it.
After drinking the milk she tries to get out of the room in order to get home as soon as possible, but dev stops her by putting his hand on the door frame and blocking her way. But she doesn't budge and so tries to remove his hand,but he is much stronger than her as she is having weakness and so she kinda loses her balance and is about to shout ,when Dev covers her mouth with his hand and also suports her as she loses her balance. Dev was not affected by the proximity they were sharing but for Sonakshi it was very intimidating
"Arey mere ghar mein mai akela nahi rehta, mere maa ne agar tumhe yaahan iss tarah dekha toh ...
She was not in the situation to talk, so she only nodded. After some time Dev peeped through the door the door and after ensuring that the path is clear Dev took her out of the room. And after descending down the stairs they saw Ishwari coming so they quickly hid themselves behind the stairs such that they were very close to each other. This time Dev was also affected by the proximity. Then they sneaked out of the house.
