"Nupur."
He shouted trying to wake her up but the efforts proved to be futile.
"Nupur please get up."
"Two more minutes Mayank please."
She pleaded while yawning.
"Nupur you've been saying this since eternity."
"Stop exaggerating and nagging. Let me sleep."
She complained.
"I am nagging? If this is called nagging how would you define this behaviour of yours?"
He questioned glaring at her.
"Can I answer this question after getting up?"
"You are getting up now. I am not going to prepare another cup of tea. You must get up now."
He said strictly while pulling her comforter.
Sighing she looked at him and sat on the bed while murmuring something constantly.
"You can call me 'Hitler', 'khadoos', 'sadu',etc etc. but please say what you want to a bit louder so that I can listen to your complaints."
He smiled handing her the cup.
"Nupur, don't you think you have become extremely stubborn?."
She didn't bother to reply and kept sipping from her cup.
"Seems like your mother is angry. Mood swings and her have become such great friends I can hardly tell you. But don't worry you'll get to experience all this in a very short span."
Mayank spoke while looking at her stomach.
"Mayank, dare you teach all this to my child."
She said while raising her brows and almost threatening him.
"Well, I won't have to teach her anything. She'll understand it herself. And by the way what is this my child' rant huh?"
"My child means my child and not yours.
She retorted.
"Really? But you belong to me and whatever belongs to you is automatically mine."
He said annoying her further.
"I don't think so Mr.Sharma."
"But i believe so Mrs.Sharma."
She paused for a while and questioned.
"How can you presuppose that it's going to be a girl? I know it will be a boy."
"Just like you can and I know my daughter will be beautiful and cute unlike you. And I'll love her more than you."
He said teasing her and enjoying her anger.
"Get out of my room Mr.Sharma."
"Why?"
He asked shocked.
"Out."
She screamed while driving him out of the room.
"At least tell me what you'll have for lunch?"
He asked while running out.
"Your head."
She shouted while banging the door on his face.
"Not a good idea."
He shook his head and headed downwards.

Nupur was reading a magazine when she received a call from Dia.
"Hello Nupur."
"Hello Dia. How are you?"
"I am doing great. Tell me about you and the member who will soon be joining us."
"I am good. Trying to cope with this pregnancy. The new member has already made things difficult for me. Keeps kicking me all the time."
She said laughing.
"And how's the father?"
"He."
She sighed loudly.
"What happened? All okay? "
"You know how he is. After this pregnancy, he has made my life hell. Doesn't allow me to do anything and keeps irritating me with his stupid reminders. Eat this,do that. Blah blah and blah. He irritated me so much this morning that I had to chuck him out of the room. Must be cooking downstairs."
"Well, I know how he is but he isn't wrong here. Can't you see his love and care in these things? I remember Benji doing nothing during my pregnancy. I had to do everything alone and you are complaining. Most men don't cooperate. You are really lucky. Trust me."
After the conversation, Nupur headed downwards. She found exactly what she had anticipated. She nodded her head negatively and hugged him from backwards.
"Hungry?"
He asked.
"The food is almost ready. Give me two minutes."
"How do you manage all this?"
She asked still clinging to him.
"Manage what?"
He asked turning around.
"Me, my mood swings, my tantrums. And now instead of being angry, you are concerned about me?"
"Nupur, you are pregnant with our child. It's just not your duty to take care of all this. I may not feel what you go through but i want to be with you at every step. I want give you all the comforts. "
He explained while cupping her face.
"Do you know what a sweetheart you are and there can be no one else like you?"
"I'll take that compliment."
"I love you."
She said hugging him.
"I love you too. Now let me serve the food before you experience another mood swing."
She laughed and kissed him for being 'him'.
