Shivaay & Anika's divorce

I don't know if anyone has already mentioned this in their post or not but I have a feeling that Shivaay and Anika aren't divorced, yes he signed the papers but it didn't actually show any process of the divorce itself.. Maybe he still has the papers but hasn't actually done anything with them
