next day morning

it's vidayi time...

madhavi : ishu, you are so careless up to now but from now on wards understand the meaning of relationship..please live happily and make raman also happy...

ishita not says anything just nods her head. after that raman and ishita leaves to delhi in train...

they reached to their home in delihi

in raman's house now it is ishra home

raman and ishita is at door and raman open's the door, ishita glances the full house which is neatly arranged, everything is in their respective places, ishita looks on when raman says : agar mere maa hoti toh vo tumhe gruahpravesh karva kar aandar bulathi thi ,lekin mera koyi bhi nehi hai...issliye...welcome home...says raman to ishita who is silently stand on the door...

ishita came inside the house and then raman says : iss ghar mein cook,gardener, servant sab mein hi hoon...lekin iss khar mein ek khami hai...vo hai meri biwi...aabh tum aagayi ho toh iss khar mein koyi kami nehi hai...aao mere sath...by saying so raman takes her to kitchen and says : yaha mein apna hath jala kar todhi si khanna ki cheeze banana sekh gaya hoon...

ishita looks on

raman by opening the shelf beside the stove and says : iss mein rasoyi ki samana hai...agar aur jarurat pada toh yaha pas mein ek shop hai vaha se karid lena...

ishita silently looks on...

then raman gives the keys of the house and says : aaj se ye khar tumhari...

then raman takes her to one room and says : shadi se pehele mujhe doh girlfriends thee...

ishita silently looks on

raman by showing books and musical instruments says : one is my books and another one is music...

raman takes her to their room and says : this is your room...

ishita looks on...

raman : aabh tak ye sirf cement aur bricks se bana ek jaga hai...lekin iss ko tumh khar ki taraha badalna hoga...

ishita : mein cement aur bricks se kush hoon...mujhe koyi khar nehi banana hai...

raman feels bad for her words and leaves from there...

in the raman's office

the movement he enters his office all starts congratulating for his marriage by shouting loudly,raman is saying thank you to all but they are not giving a chance to him to talk further...the raman's boss comes outside and shouts: what is this...?

all becomes silent then he says raman to come to his cabin...

inside his cabin

ashok : what you think of yourself...? is this a office or fish market...?

raman : sir, i am really sorry, i said to them to don't do this in office hours but they not listened to me...

ashok : i don't want any sorry...

raman : i said to them sir...but...

ashok : who asked you about it...?i gave you a leave of ten days...for your marriage but you came to office in two days...?what is the need to come to the office...?

raman : sir, work...

ashok : work will be there in all time...but these movements will come only once in life...you have to spend more time with your wife now...

raman : you called to ask this only sir...?

ashok : don't change the topic...i am your boss you have to answer my questions...

raman looks on...

ashok : you know about honeymoon...? sirf mangal sutar ghale mein bandh ne se kuch nehi hoga...biwi ko kush karna bhi hota hai...

raman : sir shall i leave now...

raman looks on...

ashok : then sit silently...

raman takes his position on chair

ashok : see raman,as a friend i am saying...spend time with your wife, i will give you some tips...

raman looks on...

ashok ; call your wife as jhannu,sweet heart,darling...and take her to somewhere and buy something for her, she will be happy then everything will be sort in seconds...you know raman...i did these things when i was married, you know she will do now whatever i like...

raman smiles and leaves from there...

in the evening raman takes ishita to the restaurant

they sit in the restaurant,opposite to each other

ishita : i want to ask you something...

raman : ha...

ishita : why you married me...?

raman looks on...

ishita : when you came to see me, i said many things to you , after saying these many things to you, why you married me...?

raman : because, i like you so much...actually i came there to say no to marriage but when i saw you i like you so much...you married me with your wish only na...you are happy with this marriage na...?

ishita: no...

raman shocks first but says : you know why newly born baby cries, as she don't want to come in this world...? no...she cries because...she don't know anything about this world...everything is different for the baby...new faces...new atmosphere it's all makes the baby cry...but when she came to know about the world,when she habituate the atmosphere she stops crying...in my point of view...you are like that baby...new place...new atmosphere ...one stranger man...i also wait for that time you will adjust with me...i really want to wait for you...

ishita looks on his words...

after having their dinner leaves from there, in the middle raman stops car in front of jewelry shop

ishita : why you stopped here...?

raman : because i want to gift you something...what you want...dress or ornaments...?

ishita : i don't need anything...

raman : please ishita...i want to give something to you...

ishita : i said, i don't need anything...

raman : please ishita...for me...

ishita: will you give whatever i want...?

raman : ha...

ishita : then give me the divorcee...will you give...?

raman sadly looks on ...

next day in the office

raman is doing his work in the laptop then ashok came to him by closing laptop of raman and says : office ki kam kabhi bhi kar sakte hai...pehele ye bolo ki tum ne tumhare wife ko bahara lee gaya...asks ashok very excitedly...

raman : ha...

ashok : what she asked...? you bought anything for her...?what she asked you...?

raman : she asked me to give divorcee,shall i give...?

ashok face fell and he leaves from there silently...

in ishra house

raman comes to home...

ishita opened the door and next movement she turns to leave but raman held her wrist...

ishita : raman leave me...

raman : ishita one minute... listen to me...

ishita : leave my hand, and say what you want to say...

raman :why you are fearing this much when i touch you...

ishita : this is not fear...this is my request...please leave me ...says in teary voice...

raman : you don't like when i touch you...?

ishita : i said na...aap mujhe chuwa toh mujhe irritation ho rahi hai...

raman quickly leaves her hand...she left from there...

in ishra room

ishita came to there room and suddenly finds a gift packet...

ishita sees towards that and turns her head back side and finds raman there...

ishita : what is this...?

raman : gift for you...

ishita : i said na...i don't need anything...

ishita is again turns to leave from there...but raman says : you don't want to see what is there in that packet...

ishita : no...

raman : if i forced you then also you will not open ...?

ishita : you can't force me...

raman : i can, because i am your husband...

ishita : but i am not accepted you as a my husband...

raman : why you don't want to accept me...

ishita : because , my heart is not with me...says loudly and fell on her knees and cries uncontrollably

raman shocks...

raman shocked to know that she is loving someone else...

then ishita says: i loves subbu...i want to live with him...

raman : ok then i will give you divorcee to you...you go and marry him...

ishita : he is not there to marry him...

raman : what...?

ishita : he was died in an accident...by saying so she cries...

raman again comes to her and forwards his gift to her

ishita : itna kuch kaha phir bhi aap apna zid nehi chodega na...

raman looks on...

ishita by grabbing the gift from him and says : abh mein iss kol na hai...mein kol deti hoon...by saying so unwrapping the gift angrily...in the process some papers and anklets fell down from that gift...

she looks on...

raman by placing them in the correct position says : ye papers toh tum ne mujhse manga tha...aur ye payal mein ne pyar se tumhareliye laya tha...

ishita looks on...

raman : see ishita...mujhe nehi patha tha ki tum mujhe divorcee kyun mangi thi...lekin aabh tum ne jo boli vus ke badh mujhe lag raha hai ki tum sahi ho...lekin mujhe tumhare past se koyi lena dena nehi hai...mujhe matter karti hai aaj aur hamare future...agar tum apni past ko bul kar mere sath rehna hai, toh ye payal lelo...nehi mujhe ye shadi mein nehi rehna hai,akele jeena chahati ho toh ye divorcee papers par sign karo, tum jo bhi decision logi mein vus ko kushi kushi aapna lunga by saying so he places pen on above the papers and moves some steps back and sees towards her to know what reason will be...

ishita without thinking a second places payal away and places her signatures on divorcee papers...

raman feels bad but accepts her decision

next day in the court

lawyer : you want divorce...?

raman : yes...

lawyer : why you both want to separate from each other...?

raman : personal problems...

lawyer : court will not grant divorcee for your answer...

raman : why court will not grant divorcee when we came here with mutual understanding...?

lawyer : court have some rules and regulations...with out a valid reason court won't grant divorcee...

women : i don't want want to live with my husband...says with an attitude...

raman face fell...

lawyer : when you marriage happened...?

raman and ishita in unison : 3 days back...

lawyer shocks as well as confuses...

lawyer : three days back...?

raman : ji...

ishita : lekin according to court of law...their is a limit of one year to grant divorcee... because in this one your opinion may change, you both may fall in love with each other, your decision may change na... after one year you want divorcee like now then we will proceed

raman : no mam...we don't have any hopes like that...we just want divorcee...

lawyer : but after submitting these documents also, court will give divorce to you only after one year...

lawyer : still you both want to file this papers, then i will submit them tomorrow itself...

raman : ok mam...submit them in court we want divorcee as early as possible...

ishita looks on...

lawyer by observing ishita says : shall i talk with your wife personally for two minutes...?

raman says sure mam by saying so he leaves...

after raman left...

lawyer : dekh beti,mein nehi janti aap dono kyun alag hona chahat hai,vuska vaja kya hai...mein ek baat bol na chahati ho ki, bina husband ke jeena society mein bahut mushkil hogi,mein ne vusko experience kiya...issliye bol rahi ho...jo bhi decision lena hai soch samaj kar lena...
