when she runs behind him like a puppy he ignored her but today he is feeling like he is missing a part of his body,he is getting impatient to see her one sight,to hear her smile..where is she? his mind and heart asked to him at the each passing minutes..
"oh god whats happening to me? control your self raman,remember you are a professor not any teenage boy" he tried to make his mind understand but all went wail...
the whole day he spent thinking about her like a mad,he was unable to concentrate on his lectures,at last the end of the day he went back to house halfheartly...
it was night raman tried many ways to ignore about her thoughts,but it was increasing each passing time..thats when he see simmi passing through infront of his room..
"simmi" he stops her by calling her name
simmi:what happened bhai? kuch kaam tha kya?
raman:han woh..woh,han exams aa rehe hai na..i prepared my subject notes,you take that from me,it will help you for your exams...
simmi:ji bhai,..saying she began to go but again he stops him calling her name then said..
"simmi,agar tum chaho tho jo tumhari friends haina..kya naam thi..he thinks like he dont know their name..
simmi:bhai..ishita and mihika
raman:yah wahi,unn dono ko bhi notes de dena..
simmi:ji bhai..
raman:waise hai kaha tumhari woh dosth,aaj kal class mein missing hai..he asked with a casual tone but inside his heart he very desprately waiting to know about her..
simmi:who? ishita?
raman:yah she..
simmi:she is not in mumbai bhai,she went chennai with his parents to some native...she will be back on next two days..hearing her raman got some relaxation thinking atleast she is safe..
raman:ok simmi good night,tum jake so jao ab
simmi:good night bhai..saying she went from there..after that raman closed his room door and sat on his bed taking a deep breath..
"thank god,kuch tho news mila mujhe uske bare mein,patha nahi main ithna restless kyun ho reha tha..anyways now i can sleep peacefully.."saying he laid down after switching off the lights...
next day as usual raman starts his day in college,and compairing to his past days today he is little bit relaxed because now he get know about that where is ishita..now he was just waiting to end the day so he can meet her tomorrow...
at the next day raman left to college early than his usual time,simmi was little surprised by her bhais behaviour,because he went alone without taking her with him..but later shrugged it off thinking he may have to prepare upcoming examination questions..
it yas been 9 at morning,all students gets in to their respective class rooms,in ishitas class the first hour is ramans lecture,so at the moment when the bell rings raman quickly left to the class..
entering inside the class at first his eyes went to her seat searching for her..his eyes got relaxed when he caught his sight..he was feeling very happy seeing her there,he wants to ask her manythings but controlled realising where he is standing...
at last composing himself he began to take his books to give class his eyes again looks at her,he was fast enough to notice her silence which unusual in his class..her face was looking like very week..her beautiful smile was missing in her face..she was sitting there looking down..
raman was confused same time feeling helpless too because this not the time to have a talk with her..so thinking to talk to her later he starts to give classes..after about one hour raman completed his class and went from there giving a last glaze to her...
after one more hour it was intervel time,simmi and mihika calls ishu to come for sone refreshment,but ishita denied,they asked for the reason but she send them saying she is having a little head ache so want to rest some time...
raman was sitting inside the office thinking ways to meet ishita,now he cant wait more to talk to her so stopping his thinking section there he takes his steps her class.for his luck he find ishu alone in the class room and it has 20 minutes more to end the intervel so he was sure that before the bell ring no one will come back..
ishita was resting keeping her head on the desk thats when she felt someones touch on her shoulder,looking up she find raman standing near her..she just looked at him then again looked down avoiding him..
"ishita can i have a talk with you?" he asked politely
ishita:why? she asked in her slow voice.
raman:ishita what happed to you? looking very different..i mean looking very tired..tumhari thabiyath teek hai na?
ishita:yah i am fine...she said without looking at him
raman:ishita dont lie..i can see in your face..you are not ok..tell me whats the matter
ishita:i told you na i am fine.aur waise bhi agar kuch hai bhi tho main aapko kyun bathaun? who i'm for you
raman:ishita i'm asking you something and you are answering something..tell me straight what happebed..
ishita:why you so bothered about me? jab ki aap already mujhe hazar baar reject kar chukke ho..
raman:ishita woh baath alag hai,please tell me once why are you looking so week..
ishita:sir please leave alone,i dont want to talk to you..its better if you leave now nahi tho main khud yeha se chali jaungi
raman:ok ok.i'm going but ishita..i am telling you ,if you want you can share your problem with me,i will always there for you...she looked at him hearing his words then said meekly
"No thanks" saying she again rest there in her old position..seeing alk thin raman felt very strong feeling that something very serious happened to her,after looking at her for sometime raman left the class room thinking he will talk to her later because the interval time is already going to end..
the whole day passed like ages for raman and ishita,he tried to meet her alone many time but never got the chance and also he has some restrictons as a proffesor..
later at the evening when college time ended mihika and simmi said ishita to come with them but she denies saying she will ho alone..but being her friends they are not ready to leave her alone because they also dont know what happens to her..
"mihika,simmi..tum log jao na.i have some work in library..woh complete karke main chali jaungi..."ishita said in her low voice
mihika:no ishu,we can see you are hiding something from me and simmi..bolo na baba..tum kahogi nahi thi hum tumhari help karenge?
ishita : maine bola na miku kuch nahi hua hai mujhe.please tum log jao..
simmi:tho teek hai,karo jo tumhe karna hai..we wil not ask you anything..mihika chalo yeha se..saying simmi dragged mihika out and both left the class room..seeing them leaving ishita slowly gets up and went to library..
meanwhile at the office room raman was arranging his lecture notes which is he made for students..he was thinking to set the notes on libarary..so he taks all the notes and books to library.when he get inside it was all empty,suddenly she heard some sound from behind the book stand..realising it is someones sobbing sound raman quickly went to the side..his eyes widened with shock seeing a girl sitting on thr floor crying bitterly..she was hiding her face in her knees..and for him it doesn't take a second to identify who is that?
"ishita" calling her name raman runs to her and sat on her level..he touches her shoulder to get her attenstion,she slowly raised her head up and looks at him with her teary eyes..now his all dought got cleard seeing her face,that something happened to her..he didn't said anything to her but made her stand up and dragged her out of the room..ishita was like a puppet just followed him..
it was college ending time so none is there to see them..raman quickly made ishita sat on his car and drive away from there..the whole jourey ishita was just silent,even she didn't give look to him..after about 10 minutes raman stopps the car in a lonely area..he quickly gets down from the car and opens the door for her too..but seeing her not coming out raman again pulls her and takes her to a side..
"now tell me..what is your problem?" he asked holding her shoulder..
ishita:i want to go home..saying she shrugged his hands and turned to go but raman again pulls her making her land on his chest..
raman:its enough ishita..tell me why are you crying..kuch hua tha kya? i mean tumhare khar mein thi sab teek haina..
ishita:thats none of your business sir..
raman:its only my bloody business damit..because..suddenly his words chocked inside his mouth
ishita:because what sir?..i kow you dont love me then why this much concern for me?
raman:ishita amswer my question..what happend to you?
ishita: kuch nahi hua hai mujhe..mujhe chod do mere haal pe.main teek hun..
hearing her raman got angry and tightend his grip on her hand..
"Ahhh" ishita moanes feeling pain in her hand..he quickly loossend his grip and looks at her hand,thats when he noticed a big red mark on her hand.it was a deep mark in a round shape..
raman:ishita yeh mark..yeh kaise lega..bolo..kya hua yeh..
seeing him ishita tried to hide the mark with her dupatta..but raman didn't allowed her to do that..he deeply observed the wond and find it as a burning mark..raman thinks for some time then asked to her in a slow voice?
raman:is someone hurt you?..

hearing his words ishita again looks at him,and with a look ishita lost her control over her emotions and hugged him tight crying bitterly,and without any hesitation raman hides her in his arms...
