Ishita was numb to react mr bhalla words were ringing in her ears... Mrs bhalla who was helplessly crying thinking that what if some body again try to harm raman...
Mrs bhalla: bhalla jee do something... Ask police to give security.. I don't know i want my son safe..
Mr bhalla felt bad seeing toshi jee crying for her son he simply hug her and mouths some words of consolation... Both were consoling each other when mrs bhalla sees Ishita standing lifelessly..
Mrs bhalla gets scared of ishita reaction thinking if she has listened their conversation she signs mr bhalla to talk with ishita...
Mr bhalla walks towards ishita and places his hand on her head and says: tu fikar mat kar putaar.. i have already ask police to track down the culprit...
Other side, the disguised person gives bribe to the nurse and enters the icu he dails some number in his phone after bolting the door from inside...
Person: hello sir i am inside the icu now raman bhalla is in front of my eyes..
Other person: complete your task and leave from there as soon as you can.. i dont want to have risk...
Person: sir I think If I will inject this poison it will obvious that some one has deliberately harmed him. I think i should remove his oxygen mask

Other side suddenly ishita felt an emptiness around her and she directly runs to the icu... Mr bhallas and mrs bhalla also follows ishita..m Ishita tries to open the door but find it lock.. she start shouting for help...
Inside the person panic thinking about getting caught he drops the oxygen mask on raman face again and searches for a place to hide...
Mr bhalla also senses the danger he ask mrs bhalla to call the police and hospital official while he pulls away Ishita from door and with his all might pushes the door and breaks it...
Ishita just runs to raman and sees his pulse dropping she fixes the mask properly and shouts for Doctor while Mr bhalla get hold on the person ...
Soon the person was caught and poloce take him away while ishita was hugging raman and was not leaving him Doctor was asking her to take a side so that they can examine raman...
Ishita felt her grip loosen on raman and her eyes gets closed and soon she was unconscious...
After sometime
Ishita opens her eyes and holds her head suddenly she maoned in pain she sees the needle prick in her vein as the drip was attached.. she was about to remove it but ruhi comes and holds her hand and says: uffo mumma... You said you will take care of papa but shee you are laying here...
Ishita hugs ruhi tightly and cries ruhi wipes her tears and says: dont cry mumma papa is fine.. I have already seen him and talked to him and gives him two kisses...
Ishita: papa is fine??? You meet him... Kahan hain raman ... I also want to meet him...
Ruhi: mumma just lay down and rest...
Ishita: rooh... Let me go to papa.. and see him once.. you tell ap yahan kaise..
Ruhi: i cried and ask mihika aunty to bring me here...
Ishita smiles finally as she gets relax but still she want to see raman to believe that ruhi is right and her raman is fine... Ruhi shook her and forward the apple...

Ishita chuckles listening to ruhi words but suddenly her words register in her mind that baby is in her tummh means... She is pregnant... With ramam child.. their symbol of love in her womb...
Her hands automatically went to her tummy and she caresses the place where the little angel is...
Mihika came and asks about Ishita health ishita asks about raman to which mihika replies that he is fine and waiting for her to meet his wife and baby...
Ishita looks on while mihika nods and says: Congratulations Ishita... Don't ttake any stress mihir and bhalla uncle has settled everything... Come with me.. ruhi princess come let meet papa...
Mihika took ishru to raman who was laying and his eyes were only fixed at door waiting for her arrival... As Ishita and ruhi come inside his face lit up with a brighr smile the pain was very unbearable for him but he needs to be strong for his angels...
He signs Ishita to come close.. both ishru runs to him and occupy the side and cuddles to him conscious enough not to hurt him... Raman felt so much happy to have his two.. no.. three angels in his arms..
Bhallas and mihir were admiring the sweet little family and send thanks to god for making everything alright...

As Ishita lost her conscious mrs bhalla with the help of nurse took her away while mr bhalla slaps hard the disguised person.. he clutch the collar and says: tell me the truth clearly or else i will not think twice before i will kill you...

Mr bhalla punches him hard and says: innocent my foot.. here you were takinv life of my son and now pleading to me...

Mr bhalla again slaps him and his artificial beard falls he gets shocked to see verma standing in front of him the production manager of their company...

Mrs bhalla comes and happily announce ishita pregnancy while ruhi who have just came also jumps in excitement... While doctor declare raman out of danger and he has gained his senses...
All happiness came again in bhalla house together..

Mihika takes oit ruhi as all know that couple need privacy...
Raman i didnt thought that I will see you two again...

After five months
Ishita was sleeping peacefully hugging the pillow thinking it her raman door opens and ruhi and raman who was holding a stick come inside and chuckles seeing their sleepy beauty..
Both settles beside ishita and caresses her cheeks then plant kiss and says: good morning...
Listening to the chipry voice she opens her eyes and sees her two babies..
Seeing her open her eyes, both again kisses her cheek and says: happy birthday...
Ishita gets happy and pulls both of them closer and says: thank you..
Raman ruhi giggles and then they head to the little baby bump and kisses their little baby and wishes him/her good morning while ishita was admiring them...
Unable to hold her emotions duw to mood swings she again pulls raru closer and say: i love you so so so so so much...
Raman and ruhi says in union: we love you too...
Raman caresses the baby bump and says: come soon baby...
Ruhi: haan jaldi jaldi ruhi didi will take care of you...
Ishita gets teary and hugs raman. raman chuckles and says: why are you crying in morning
Ishita: its all due to baby.. he is making me so emotionall...
