Quite a sad episode today although the beginning scene made me laugh.

Amrit slyly giving Preet the instructions to make the halwa. 😆That damn Mohini had to interfere though. I'm glad that the episode was realistic in terms of Preet's first rasoi not being perfect. She was making halwa for the first time in her life without help. Man, I remember when my mum went on holiday and I had to make dinner every night for my family - for two weeks - without help. The first time I made salmon it was rubbish as my brother told me. Sorry for the life story, just trying to point out that of course Preet flopped the first time round. Everyone does. Sick of shows that show the perfect FL making perfect food like a pro when she's never been in the kitchen before.

Raj 😡 The guy has been raised in a city but he such a cheap mentality towards women. Seriously? A woman's worth is measured by her cooking skills? Well I'm not a woman then. Amrit answered back and told him the real worth of a woman but I don't think one time is going to do any good.

Both mother and daughter suffered today and although Amba got caught talking to Preet by Jagan, it was worth it. She definitely gave Preet hope when she was going out of her mind in that kitchen. Looks like it pays off too, according to the precap.

Now, I can't see Amba getting the money she needs without Jagan's help. He crushed her phone as well so how will she contact that lady? Jagan is already being a tyrant Shah and he's only had the job for like two days.😒

Precap - Preet somehow wins the challenge (hopefully in a realistic way) and Raj carries her to their room. But apparently, her next problem is coming her way in the form of her wifely duties. Now, if that means what I think it does then oh man, here's another element of the show Phulwa in this show. For those of you who don't know, Phulwa's husband, Abhay, tried to scare her by threatening to rape her. Abhay's plan flopped when Phulwa herself went up to him and asked him to consummate their marriage. As you can imagine, he backed off after seeing that she wasn't scared of him anymore. Now I may just be reading the precap wrong because of my gutter mind but those are my thoughts.
