So somewhere my guess was right.

NK is related to Arnav & is his cousin.

Arnav had told everything to Nk that why he did that to Khushi.

And somewhere it is related to Lavanya.

It was a very nice update.

So sad for Khushi. Why don't he just tell her the truth at least she will understand than let her feel used by him and stress out being pregnant? He also needs to talk to her parents to make them not worry. Why did he inject La is she some mental patient? Waiting for your return.
