PART 4

Almost an year have passed since Tanuja was lost from Rishi. Tanuja had recovered now from the accident. She is fit and fine and bhy now she has turned to be more confident, smart and bold. Manav's little daughter Parineeta lovingly called as Pari is very much fond of Tanuja. Pari has lost her mother at the time when she was born so she always had a craving to get mother's love and affection which she gets from Tanuja.

After recovering Tanuja had told her name to be Tania to everyone so everyone including Manav and Pari also knows her to be Tania and not Tanuja. Since she had no one to go to and Pari also became fond of her so Manav also allowed Tanuja to live in their house as a family member. Initially he was hesitant in trusting Tanuja, a stranger but slowly he also developed a soft corner for her. Now Manav's life centers around his daughter Pari, his work and Tania( Tanuja) , for whom he developed a special feeling.

On the other hand Rishi has now become a fully workholic. His world only surrounds work and work and work but after his work he takes shelter in his thoughts and memories surrounding Tanuja and offcourse his evergreen best friend the Moon.

At present the Bedis are working on a joint venture with Mr Mohan Mittal , an old friend of Raj. He came to India from America almost 6 months before and now he is collaborating with Rishi in business. Mr Mittal has a stunning daughter Sonia who is very dear to Rano.

Rano knows that Sonia likes Rishi very much and so she is also quite eager to make her Rishi's wife.

Well at present , we come to a scene whre in the dining hall Rishi, Raj , Mr Mittal and Sonia were disscussing about their new project.

Raj: Well Mohan , I think this will be a very fruitful project for all of us.

Mittal: Hmm Raj , you are right and the total success of this project goes to Rishi only. Really he has a wonderful sense of business tactics.

Sonia: Yes Dad! You are right Rishi is just amazing.

Rishi: Plss stop praising me like this, the project is not yet completed. Not only me but everyone's hard labour is visible in this project. I just wish everything remains fine till the end.

Mittal: Everything would be fine, there is nothing to worry.

Rishi: One thing uncle, this hospital project is not only meant for busoness profit but also as a social wellfare to the poor and the needy. The village that we have chosen for this project is ideal as it has has no facilities of proper treatment over there, but recently I heard that someone has planned to start off a new private hospital there with some special facilities for the needy.

Raj: Oh really?

Mittal: Ya that's true I have also heard about it. His name is Mr Manav Saxena and he also have all the qualities to become a pioneer businessman.

Rishi: Uncle I have no problem of him becoming a powerful business magnet but I was thinking if we could incude his project with ours then it would become really huge. We will have a series of hospitals at Khed village all with the target of fulfilling the demands of the poor and needy people.

Sonia: Very Good idea Rishi, we can opt for that but for this we have to convince him to come under our banner.

Everyone agreed to Rishi's proposal and deceided to find the whereabouts of Manav and contact him.

On the other hand at Pune Tanuja was having a good time with Pari, side by side she was also involved with the business work along with Manav. It's dinner time at Manav's residence.

Tanuja(Tania): Pari! Come on finish your food quickly.

Pari: Oh Ho Aunty I do not like to have this tasteless soup . Plss give me noodles

Manav: Pari , no not now. Today you have the soup , nextday you can have the noodles.

Hey! Tania you also plss sit down and eat with us. Do not pamper Pari so much.

Tanuja: Ok Ok I'm not pampering her Mr Manav, anyways Pari have your food quickly then I'll tell you a story at night.

Pari was delighted and so she finished off her food quickly.

Now in Pari's bedroom:

Pari: Aunty, come on tell me a story .

Tanuja: Ok, now what story do u want to hear?

Pari: See Aunty today the Moon looks so beautiful! Now plss tell me some story regarding moon. Plsss

Tanuja looked out of the window and saw the full moon blooming in the sky. All her memories with Rishi starts to flow in her mind. She remembers how Rishi used to talk to the moon and admired her beauty with the moon.

Tanuja culdn't control her emotions and tears came rolling down her eyes. She thought to herself: I don't know how is Rishi? May be he is still mourning for me.

Plss Chand(MOON) keep him happy and safe. It will take time but someday he will surely come out of this misery but if I go close to him then death will take him away from me which I can't tolerate. He will be fine without me , safe from all problems.

She remembers all the words that Katyani ji told to her regarding her kundali with Rishi.

Now on the other hand , we move to the Bedi mansion where Rishi as usual was in a melancholy mood.

He was also staring at the moon from his window and thinking about the words that Tanu told him in his childhood that no matter how far they are from each other but the moon would connect them.

Rishi was sobbing and telling to himself: Tanu you told me that you will come back to me and you kept your promise and came back as Tanuja ,but again u went away from me. Am I sooo bad that neither you nor Tanuja couldn't stay with me. Why Tanuja? Why? U left me like this or are u playing hide and seek with me as I still do not believe that u are gone.

Suddenly Rishi sees Tanuja's face in the moon and he gets cheerfurl seeing her face but that's only for a moment. The cloud comes and covers up the moon just like the miseries covering Rishi and Tanuja's life.

Rishi and Tanuja both passed the night thinking of one another.

Next morning in the Bedi house everone was getting ready for the breakfast. Rishi also came a little late with swollen eyes. Biji asked Rishi about it.

Biji: Rishi puttar, What happened to ur eyes? Have u not slep the whole ni8?

Rishi was trying to avoid the topic so he said:

Rishi: Nothing biji, anyways Uncle today we need to talk to Mr Manav Saxena.

Mittal: Hmm, I know that. I have got the nos Rishi u better talk to him after the breakfast and arrange for a meeting.

On the other hand at Manav's residence Tanuja was running behind Pari to feed her and make her ready for school.

Tanuja: Pari ! Pari! Come on beta have ur food , u have to go to schhol na.

Pari: No No today I'll go for shopping and also to the Waterpark. All my friends have visited the waterpark with their family but my papa have not taken me so Aunty u plss convince him na plsss

Tanuja: Ok baba I'll tell him but for that u have to go to school today. We can go there during the weekends. Not only Waterpark but we will also go for a movie ...Ok, now plss get ready for school.

Pari: Aunty u are promising right? That u'll take me to those palces this weekend.

Tanuja: Hmm pakka promise.

Tanuja was releived that finally Pari agreed to go to school. She also have to go the office with Manav to handle a meeting.

Now we again come to the Bedi house where all have finished breakfast and only Sonia and Rano were sitting at the dining table.

Rishi was busy with some files at the hall and Sonia was eyeing on Rishi while he was totally unaware of that. Rano noticed that and smiled to herself thinking that Sonia is perfect for Rishi.

Rano: Are Sonia puttar, pasand hai tujhe?

Sonia was surprised so she said,

Sonia: What aunty?

Rano: Arey I know everything do not try to hide from me. Now tell me na that you like Rishi or not?

Sonia: Aunty ! Aap bhi na, I mean ha I like Rishi but Rishi is so smart and handsome that every girl would would like him.

Rano: I also like u beta, So if u really like Rishi then u can tell me because ur eyes completely show that u love him. Arey he is my son and I also want him to be settled in life and who can be a much better life partner for Rishi than u beta, so I was asking.

Sonia was a little bit confused but also happy from inside. She just gave a nod to Rano and went away to her room.

Rishi finally got the nos of Manav from Mr Mittal and he dialled his nos.

Manav's phone began to ring in his house but no one was there in the room. Tanuja was passing by and she heard the phone ringing .

Manav was not there in his room. Tanuja went inside the room but couldn't see Manav butv saw that that his phone was ringing. Manav was busy doing Yoga at time so he left his phone in the room. Tanuja thought of giving the phone to him but she stopped.

Tanuja to herself: Arey baba , Its not good to disturb him now, he will be very angry its better that I pick up the phone.

On the other hand Rishi was getting irritated as no one was answering the call from the other side.

Rishi to Mr Mittal: Uncle is this the right nos? No one is picking up

Mittal: Yes it's the correct nos , give another try beta.

The phone continued to ring and so this time Tanuja picked up the phone.

Tanuja: HELLO!

On the other side of the line there was Rishi. He was jolted to hear that voice but couldn't utter a single word.

Tanuja also felt something , she could hear the sound of deep breathing but no one spoke anything. She also had a feeling from inside that may be may be...it can be Rishi! As she knows each and every gesture of him.

Rishi was stunned to hear that voice. He knew from his heart that Tanuja was alive but today after almost 1 year he heard her voice. He just could not control his emotions, tears fell rolling down his cheeks.

On the other side Tanuja was also confused.

Rishi was so engrossed in his thought of Tanuja that he just became numb and carelessly collided with the book rack and he screamed: AAAH!

Tanuja who was confused on the other side heard that voice and now she was also sure that it was Rishi on the other side . She was also stunned to hear his sound amd the phone fell from her hand in shock.

On the other hand due to that collision Rishi's phone also fell from his hand and it landed near Mr Mittal.

So Mr Mittal picked up the phone and said Hello!

Tanuja quickly picked up the phone but she was surprised to hear some one else saying hello on the other side.

Meanwhile Manav also reached his room and saw Tanuja holding his mobile.

Manav: Tania , who's is there?

Tanuja was surprised and quickly gave the phone to him and ran away without uttering a single word. Manav picked up the phone and said hello! But got no answer.

Now Rishi came back to senses and ran quickly to take the phone from Mr Mittal

Rishi: Hello, Kaun?

Manav: Hello! Kaun hai aap?

Rishi was totally jerked to hear a male voice now, so he said

Rishi: Abhi abhi aap the line pe?

Manav: Arey bhai! It's my phone so oviously it's my voice na, but who are u?

Rishi couldn't believe his ears as he was quite sure that he heard Tanuja's voice.

Mr Mittal saw that something was wrong there so he ame forward and took the phone away from Rishi and spoke to Manav.

Both Rishi and Tanuja felt that they they had talked to each other but was totally confused and heartbroken.
