Shivaay illegitimacy

Ok, so now I am writing this because i see the confusion the forum is in because of the spoilers and rumors. As per the latest spoiler, Shivaay is illegitimate not pinkys son ( well from the way she's doting on him that seems impossible) but kamini's ( well, that remains to be seen. Seems even more impossible, even if he's illegitimate more chance of him being shakti's son with someone else).
Well even so, he's shakti's son and that may make him illegitimate but he would still be an Oberoi that would not change. If he had been Pinky's son out of wedlock then it's a different matter.
